Casey's service & food quality.

We have two Casey's General stores in Paris, IL. Today I went to the one on Jasper street and waited at the sub station for 10 minutes or longer. A women was back in the kitchen and looked at me multiple times.(She knew I was there) I was being patient and thought maybe she was finishing up a call in order so I didn't bother her. Some more time past by and the lady at the register noticed I was waiting and went to the back to tell the girl I was waiting for a sub. She was back there for a short time. I heard them talking but couldn't make out what they were saying. The lady from the register came back up and said "Umm do you know exactly what you want?" I told her yes and I explained.(It was just an Italian sub) She proceeded to tell me "Well there isn't anyone here that can make your sub but we have pre-made subs you can get. I was irritated but I politely told her never mind and it's okay and I left. I thought it couldn't get worse. I went to the other one across town and waited for a few minutes but not nearly as long. Three women were behind the counter so I went up and asked if someone could make my sub and I proceeded to tell them my service from the other Casey's. They were very helpful for the most part and were happy to make it for me. I got the Itialian sub.. When I got home I took one bite and it tasted off.. like chemicals or something sour. I thought maybe I was just imagaining things so I took another bite and it was even worse. I pulled apart the sub and the salami was absolutely disgusting. It was grey and smelled just as awful as it tasted. I just feel as if my time was completely wasted. Although I'm more upset with the service of the store on jasper street I also feel as if I wasted $7.00 on a sub & can't believe I was served bad meat.(I usually have decent service and food quality). I ended up having to go somewhere else and spend even more money. I'm just 100% dissatisfied. I'm not the type to complain on surveys but I believe this is something that needs to be addressed. I did also take pictures of the bad salami for proof if needed.

Casey's pizza / food

The last three times I have tried to order pizza with wings or bread sticks they are out of one, the first time no wings, second time no delivwry driver so no delivery and was also out of bread sticks then just now no wings and the cashier had an attitude. How do you run out of wings or breadsticks. Didnt even get offered anything else for no wings. There was no washer fluid at any if the phmps

Casey's wrongful termination

My name is Brady Kerns, I was fired from Casey's General Store at 515 South Sangamon in Gibson City on Sept. 13 2017. I was terminated by Janet Harden with no previous warnings, write ups, or violations. I watched a kitchen employee discard of a dirty piece of clothing (jacket) that had been left on top of food product all day. The jacket turned out to be another employees that left it there all day where no one had bothered to move it. Mind you I never came in physical contact of the jacket. Two weeks later after this event happened i returned from a small 3 day vacation where i was pulled into the office with the employee that discarded the jacket and we were fired. We were not offered termination papers or anything of the sort. Now it has been two months and members of the community have been coming to me and stating that Janet Harden and Chris Coker are stating I quit my job voluntarily. Since the termination I have not been able to find employment due to possible employers contacting them and recieving information of me resigning when my applications say I was fired. When it happened I swallowed my pride and let it go, but now it is still having effects on my life and future careers while no reprocussions to Janet, Chris, or anybody involved but me have arrisen. Casey's food quality

My boyfriend and I order pizza quite often from our nearby store in west union, ia tonight out pizza had hardly any cheese (after we ordered extra), our wings were way under cooked to where we couldn't eat them and the breadstick were hard as a rock. When we picked up our pizza there was 5 employees in the kitchen and our pizza was sitting on the table while our wings were just put in the oven. We were obviously not happy.

Casey's employee

A employee by the name of yelsey at the east main street caseys in knoxville iowa, store #3217, has been showing inappropriate behavior towards his fellow female coworkers. Such as dirty jokes, commenting on appearance. Comparing workers to people he has intimate relationships with to out side of work, asking about sex lives. Discussing fellowr female coworkers appearances with other male customers. Calling a fellow coworker fat. Saying how one of his fellow pregnant coworkers husband is not a good man if he makes he work. Down grading her constantly, she does not need that kind of stress!

Casey's the kitchen

I was in Casey's tonight around 7:30, I simply came in to grab something quick to eat, I am use to coming in and grabbing something at this time of day, I expected there to be food ready. I was thinking maybe they were busy and sold out, so I asked the cook while pointing to the empty food holders, the cook (name was Kaishia Melendez) said "Well we just wornt selling so I closed it down." At which time I said "Well that's to bad I come in around this time a lot."She replied after looking at the clock "uhh I can make you something..." I said thank you. But I didn't have time to wait since I wasn't planning in the extra time for something to eat. I ended up grabbing a piece of pizza (undercooked) and went on my way but I was a bit put off and so was a few other people that came in to grab food, but figured no big deal and grabbed a apple fritter for my friend. Paid for my things with a very nice cashier (name Ken I believe) and left when getting back I handed over the apple fritter to then hear my friend say what the heck! The inside of the fritter was raw, undercooked and doughy. I had her take a picture and I had happen to take pictures of the empty food warmers in store to show my friends why the only thing was available was a couple pieces of pizza.

Casey's unethical behavior

I was recently at the Ft. Branch IN, location on Sunday 10-22-2017 in the afternoon and the cashier Kenzie was very rude and hateful, very loudly almost as she was shouting and talking very bad about the black man that works in the kitchen. Sounded to me like she was very racist honestly you don't need someone like that representing Casey's. I was telling co-workers about this and several of them said she is always rude. I will never go back in there I will go across the street to hucks. I personally think she should be fired for the way she was acting.

Casey's personnel service

I am a regular customer who works a graveyard shift I come into your store every night on my work, you have an employee who is the most useless employee I have seen u belive his name is Gary or Jerry . Everytime I'm in there he not sure I have asked on a couple of occasion for assistance or if there would be pizza that is nice he comes back in from outside talking to a group of people almost every night he works. He either gets snotty if anyone ask for something or tries to get the other workers to do it so he can just stand there. I have also heard him belittle his co-workers saying he is the best and only one who does anything around the store. Which I'm not in there but 10 or 15 min but from what I have seen he does less or tries to do little and unless he knows you he doesn't want to wait on you then he is all about waiting on them and ignoring everyone else. I know since he has started I have seen just brag and put down his co-workers this bothers me as a customer seeing one person out down those fellow co-workers we don't have this where I'm employed or at least not allowed I just think your main office should know. I'm sure everyone is afraid to tell on him but as a customer we don't want to hear bragging about how good you are when I've only seen the others who will do what they can to help customers and not just the ones they know or they arnt outside hanging with there group of friends.
Sincerely a loyal customer even in my days off

Casey's hiring drug dealers to work in your stores

I would like to know how a person who was caught on camera working at caseys in oronoco mn selling METH was fired and than rehired back and was caught selling and using again and is still employeed there!?!? Do you not care about your repuation as a business...i use to go down there to purchase gas and pizza but seeing majority of who work there are drug addicts and one known drug dealer who works there and when i looked her criminal record up it shows she has several drug sale charges and she was hired and works at your store!?!?...store manager are aware of her current and past situatuon for they are the ones who fired her when she caught selling meth while working! I was going to apply for a job there as they are having a hard time keeping employees which is not hard to understand considering what type of people they have working there but the one who was fired for selling meth on property while on companys time basically threatened me and said i would never be working at that store due to i hace confronted her about her selling meth as i am against it and dont do drugs or want it in area i am raising my children ..her name is Stephanie Lang and you might want to clean up the employees who are selling or using as it dont look good when see some of the employees high as a kite or selling dope on property of your business while on the clock as eventually yoy will start losing your customers over time. Again i want to remain annon. For my safety but i am sure if you drug test and did criminal background checks you would be terminating a few employees and getting decent people working in your store.

Casey's manager

The manager at Caseys in Greenview Illinois is so poor that she is hardly there. I have lived there my entire life and I’m in my late 60’s so I’ve been through a lot of the managers but this manage Caroline Rocha is so bad that she doesn’t even do anything for the store or employees. She never orders enough product and when she’s out of something she won’t try to change it she has even told me and others oh well complain to corporate. She has not even been there a year yet and has driven customers away. That manager has yelled at another employee in front of customers, she has talked badly about other employees and she has talked badly about customers. I think you should get rid of her right away.

The manager Caroline Rocha is so lazy that she leaves most of the paperwork for her assistant manager, who is a very good person and we all thought was a new manager since she is there more than the manager, that her assistant Nancy, didn’t get her last name, dies like 3 jobs in one shift. An example is the past Saturday Caroline was out of town again, like always, I noticed that Nancy was training another employee in the kitchen and running the cash register and when I went back a few hours later Nancy was there doing paperwork. Caroline needs to be fired and let the assistant Nancy be manager, most everyone thinks she is since Nancy is there more than Caroline anyway and Nancy always tries to help unlike Caroline where she rather sit in the office do nothing or talk badly about employees and customers. I always thought that Caseys hires good people until this manager Caroline Rocha came to our town to run the store. I’m wondering why she is still there. We hasn’t she been let go. I’m sure her sales and stuff have went down since she took over. I know people including myself that won’t go in that store if Caroline is working we stay away and that can’t be good for business

I am the assistant manager that this person who is talking about. My manager Caroline isn’t that way. I know every time if she is out of town or the reason she has a day off. The day this person is talking about me doing 3 jobs well there was circumstances about why I was every where in the store and it actually is not any customers business to why. If this person sees me more than her then it’s because they are coming in at night and I work the night shift as she works the day shift so that we have management there all the time. As for “not enough product ordered” we both do the ordering and we can not help it that when we get stuff in other customers buy it up or there is a reason that we don’t get it in such as the warehouse didn’t ship it to us for reasons. This wasn’t a fair review of the manager because it seems that this person only comes in when I the assistant is there and not when the manager is there.

Casey's product

I ordered pizza for supper tonight and as we went to eat we discovered on our bacon cheeseburger more onion then even an onion lover could handle. We submitted no onion. To top off the overly loaded onion pizza the pizza was soggy and the topping just fell off. This has become a regular occurrence lately. I love Casey’s Pizza and want to keep going back. But I can’t keep paying for food we can’t or won’t eat.

Casey's - coffee cups

I am so tired of your terrible coffee cups and lids. I have had the lids come off and spilled coffee all over me. I have called and complained and was told that I wasn't the first one that has complained about them. I just had another lid leak all over my top and slightly burned my skin. My top is totally ruined. Please do something about this. ASAP. Also...

Casey's rude employee

At [protected] around 7:30 PM I ordered 3 pizzas from Casey's General store in Milford Iowa when I called there was so much background noise that She could not hear what I was saying When she asked me to repeat what I said I spoke a little louder so she could hear me then she said I don't have to yell me it'll be 25 minutes and hung up on me so I called back and told her to cancel those three pizzas because I was not going to be talked to like that she said I did not yell at you and hung up on me again So I called back and asked to speak to her manager she said we do not have a manager at night she won't be in till 2 AM tomorrow then hung up on me AGAIN! So I just went to godfathers and I ordered 4 pizzas instead of three

Casey's understaffed

Put in order at 6:50 on 9/29/17 and didn't get it until almost 9 cause the store was understaffed and terrible training for a new hire they had. Had to call twice to get information about what was going on and call was barely answered cause they had no one there to answer for pplace that supposed to be open 24 hours and is quite annoying cause worked 12 hours myself and wanted food but didn't get to eat till late at night.

Casey's back in deli/ pizza cook

This has been going on for months.
There is a lady back in the pizza/sandwich/deli area well she coughs and hacks all over the food she prepares. For I who has taking college courses for cooking and catering, for what she is doing it is not sanitary at all. Actually it turns a lot of customers away. I have noticed.
I don't know her name but I honestly think you guys should check it out.
It is disgusting to listen to her cough and hack minute after minute.
She doesn't even cover her mouth at all. Its a big turn off.
And its been going on for months now.
Can u please look into it and do something abt it.

Casey's pizza delivery

I put in an order online around 1p on 9-24-17 to be delivered to me at work at 5:30pm. When I called At 5:50p to inquire about my order and the girl was very rude. Told me she had no control over how long it takes for the pizza to be delivered. This store has really good pizza if the right cook is there if you can get the pizza at all! I don't think I will be trying to order from there again. You need to get some management in there that will do something or shut the place down because this caseys is a joke.!

Casey's employee lorna mccracken

I went to the north Casey's in Chillicothe, Mo and bought Starbucks protein coffee. There was an ad stating the coffee was on sale 2 for $3. When I arrived at the cashier the coffee was ringing up $3.69 a piece. The lady working the register was very nice about it and was attempting to correct the problem but could not. Lorna was stacking cigarettes and the cashier attempted to ask her how to fix it. At first it appeared that Lorna was ignoring the cashier so the cashier continued to try to figure it out, when she could not she asked Lorna again, at this point Lorna appeared aggravated because the cashier kept asking questions, she yelled at her to just do a price override and then shook her head and huffed. She was very unprofessional and wasted an extra 5 minutes of my time because she would not assist the cashier when she first asked. As a long time customer of Casey's and with the amount of people that were in the store at the time of the incident it is a bad image for Casey's.

Casey's manager

i know that the manager at caseys in cayuga is a nice person but a terrible manager i live in the same town as this specific caseys and know every one im 43 years old so not like im dumb ive been in the workplace since i was 15 and know how it works...she is only there maybe 2 hours a day she clocks in walks to her house comes back like hour before she is supposed to get off ive never seen her help employees with truck even when they our short handed and just stands and watches...allows 2 other employees clock in and go do there own personal things on the clock when they want too.and that would be the pizza manger and assistant manger...soooo more less there are 3 mangers that our waisting your money and not doing there job and being paid more than the ones doing the job and making caseys general store there money and i find it soooooo wrong..i am friends with everyone there so i know what im talking about but none of them want to start drama at workplace by setting the slackers straight but i just cant take it anymore cause there is ONE employee there that DESERVES THE MANGER JOB she knows how to make pizza and register has a great personality dont talk to much but makes you feel welcome and that she is glad you are there i knew her to work somewhere else in town and never seen her any other way but a good person who knows what to do to get the job done in a quickly manor and done right with a smile no matter how rough the day she keeps working and smiling and very good with numbers register messed up and actually knew how to count money back when there were girls older than her working too and had to use a calculator..lol just saying that corporate needs to pay attention to who works there and who dont i know 5 people that work there need new job..and 3 people that would love to be bosses make the money and do the job and would and i and others agree! #getridofmanagersthatarelazy#

Casey's second assistant manager's lack of work ethic, and poor treatment of other employees

The Casey's location in Piggott, Arkansas hired a woman by the name of Shelby Hughes, as 2nd Assistant Manager, back in late June or early July of this year. I have noticed that Ms. Hughes has been poorly trained in all areas, seeing as how she is in constant need of the other employees assistance. In return, Ms. Hughes will antagonize the other employees, by consistently criticizing the way they do their jobs, and consistently threatens them with a right up or termination if they don't do what she says. When Ms. Hughes speaks to the other employees, she will do so in a hateful, condescending tone of voice. Ms. Hughes has bad mouthed the other employees to the customers. Ms. Hughes has even spoken to me, as well as some of the other customers, in a sharp, hateful tone of voice. I have had one of the other employees confide in me, that Ms. Hughes tends to expect the other employees to follow the rules to the letter, but has been guilty of breaking them. He told me that he caught her in the act of not filling out paperwork that she is required to fill out at the end of her shift, when operating the register. Unfortunately, Ms. Hughes unethical behavior has been an ongoing issue for the last couple of months, and I thought it was high time someone addressed it. I strongly believe the best course of action, would be to suspend Ms. Hughes, until a throughal investigation can be completed.

Casey's im complaining about the way the kitchen is managed in casey's at coffeyville kansas.

The kitchen manager slams things around, cuses, she plays favortisms, she talks about the workers with their Co workers running them down and threatening them. She has made workers miserable to the point they quit. She has ran off customers as well. She also thinks she doesn't have to work because she's kitchen manager. She and what she does reflects directly on the Casey's company! It makes me ashamed to work for Caseys !
