Casey's a worker

Ah employee is rude to me every time I go in there. She never says hello or bye to me. Barely speaks a word to me when checking out. Her name is Angie. When she's checking out other customers she is polite but when it comes to me, nothing. I did nothing to her nor do I even know her. I don't like to go in there when she is working because I feel so put off by her.

Casey's exchanging a propane cylinder

I went into CASEY'S in Syracuse Ne. March 15th 2017 shortly after 6:30 pm, to exchange a propane cylinder. When I arrived there was only one other customer in the entire CASEY'S property and they were fueling their vehicle at the time. I walked inside and noticed the person running the cashier station was inside the store office reading something. I then observed that two other employees were also there working in the kitchen conversing with each other. I then begin to wait 30 to 45 seconds before the cashier even noticed​ that I was standing at the counter waiting for service. When the cashier finally looked up from whatever she was reading in full view of me, and noticed that I was standing there nearly a minute has passed. the cashier slowly got up from her seat and approached the counter never offering​ a greeting eye contact or acknowledging that I have been waiting. The cashier looking inconvenienced walked towards me slowly and without purpose. I asked for two packs of cigarettes and waited until she had acquired those two items, I then I asked her for a propane cylinder exchange, which at that point she was visibly annoyed by the request rolling her eyes and appearing uncooperative, at that point I continued the transaction paying for my two packs of cigarettes and the propane exchange with cash. She took my money and gave me my change back. At this point a customer walked in behind me, I'm unsure if it was the vehicle that was fueling at the time that I initially arrived or another customer. The cashier again, seemingly annoyed by my request for an exchange told me she would be with me in a minute, I proceeded to my vehicle to sit inside and wait for her to come out to exchange my cylinder. she then began to ring out the customer that came in directly behind me. and during this time another customer arrived and entered the store. and the cashier proceeded to assist that customer. while making me wait outside the store. The entire time I was sitting in front of the store in full view of the cashier, and the kitchen employees. still conversing. Watching her the cashier moving as slowly​ as possible to help the second customer that came in, again after my purchase and another customers purchase. While I'm watching and waiting for at least 4 to 5 minutes a third customer pulled next to me parked and entered the store. At this point I was frustrated to say the least. Having food on the grill for my family waiting for a new propane tank. I then entered the store again. To make sure the cashier was not going to help the Third customer as she was in the process of beginning to do so over me. The cashier made no eye contact with me still looking annoyed knowing that I was standing there. She then stated to me! that she would be right with me. I then said to her you have other employees in the store can't they run the cash register or come get my propane tank? she then proceeded to tell me it was "not their job" they were the kitchen staff and "I would have to wait for her"! This is not my first propane exchange with Casey's General Store in Syracuse
I have done this many times, for many years And the cashiers I've worked with previously at this location, have had one of the kitchen members come and run the cashier station while they the cashiers assist me with the propane exchange but this employeervc was unwilling to do that because she was going to be inconvenienced to have to help me as a customer. I've seen a lot of employees come and go from this location in 15 years and for a new employee to treat a customer of​ 15 years like she can't be botherd to do her job is a disservice and disgrace to your brand. there are plenty of other stores in Syracuse that sell and or exchange propane tanks I.E. Love's truck stop/ BP/ Farmers coop/ Dollar general. That I will be patornizing from this point forward. And as long as that employee is working I will take mine and my family's business elsewhere...

Casey's theft

Ever night I'm outside at 11 p.m. before I go in for the night. I see Beth from your cullom il store load a bag some night's more than one in to her van of prepared food. I believe she is in the wrong here. This has been happening for a couple months now. I have also noticed that evert me I go in to make a purchase she is not in a uniform of any kind while everyone eles has on a shirt with the casey's name. I hope you can solve this problem. I believe in your store to be a welcoming part in my community. I hope you can solve the issue that I am informing you up.

Caseys does not donate food at the end of the night to a food bank or shelter! I am an asst manager for a Caseys store but started in the kitchen. I will never understand the waste of throwing food in the trash, but it is not donated. I agree that this person doesn't know for sure what is in the bags and is making an assumption of theft.

Casey's madrid kitchen/management

Me and my girlfriend ordered a pizza last night at madrid Caseys, This was one of the worst pizzas I've ever got from any Caseys. The pizza was not done! The crust was soft and not cooked. Casey's bad customer service

Lisa Ryckman harasses people she doesnt like. While I was in Caseys tonight, i walked in the door and she didnt welcome me and just walked away from me and this incident happened around 7:20 p.m. on December 13, 2016. She also calls my friend an 8 year old on more than one occasion. My friend works at Caseys and tells me how about she talks about her. Lisa, also talks to other employees about how she doesnt like this certain employee at work. The kitchen manager doesnt do her job while on the clock and doesnt wear proper uniform. Mostly everyone doesnt like my friend because of who she is. But Lisa does harass my friend and talks to every other employee about her. This is getting out of hand, and it needs to STOP! Caseys is about to loose my business due to Lisa and the night staff. Mike Monti doesnt wear gloves while he is cutting pizza, I will not get pizza while he is working becuase of this reason. The night staff has very bad attutides towards certain customers. Im sick of being harassed and my family and friends.

Casey's poor customer service

The President stated on their contact page "We want to do an even better job of serving you. I will personally review your comments." This is the second time I have contacted them about their store in Wagoner, Oklahoma. I never received a call or an email to address my complaints. So, let me tell you about the bad experience I had at this store on 9/30/16. I placed an order for pizza via phone at 5pm. I spoke with Tom. He told me it would be about 15-20min. I arrived at 5:23. Tom was making a pizza. I tried getting his attention, rang the bell and he completely ignored me. I was able to finally get is attention by going back to where he was at. Told him I was here to pick up an order. He told me that he preparing my order now. I told him, that I called it in and was told 15-20 minutes. He gives me this lame excuse that he had 30 orders called in right after me. Really? Because based on this work station and his tickets for orders, I was the only order he was working on. His station in now way looked like he had been taking 30 orders! There were only two tickets hanging up and both had my name on it. So again, I had to wait. While waiting a kid came over to me and told me that the reason for the delay is that Tom is the only one allowed to work because he (the kid) made a mistake with the vegetables and he cannot make pizzas? I'm sorry but what does that have to do with my order? I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for me pizza. I had received a coupon (via email) for $2 off any regular priced pizza (not specialty). I was told I cannot use it, that these coupons were sent out in error? I ordered 2 larges, 1 with bacon & extra cheese and the other with pepperoni & extra cheese. My whole point is that they have an employee (Tom) who doesn't give a dam about the customers, who bold face lies, makes god-awful pizzas (mainly raw or burnt)and really does not need to be representing Casey's. When I first started coming here, you had a manager (I don't know her name) who was AWESOME. She took orders, prepared the pizzas great, positive attitude and super nice. She made me want to come back every time. I was told by Tom that she got fired because she wasn't taking care of customers correctly. This "Tom" you have, is beyond a bad employee. He is the one they need to get rid of. The last time I dealt with him, his excuse for the phone line being busy is that he had a ton of orders come in. Well, come to find out, he would keep the phone off of the hook so orders cannot be called in. The first time I contacted their offices, I requested a refund. Never received anything from the office. Now here is the second time, between the awful experience, lack of customer service and the denial of using one of their coupons, I feel something needs to be done. The lack of response from the corporate office tells me that their beginning statement is a lie. They don't care, they don't personally review comments because if they did, someone would have contacted me and more importantly someone would have made sure Tom does his job correctly or be removed! People, don't waste your time or money on this JOKE of a store!

Casey's laziness

extremely unreliable for help with everyday chores no help.Employees have friends inside and outside.Please that is so awesome to have friends but you are there to work not socialize do that off work and also cell phones are a big issue we are there to work not texting or calling or sitting. I work third shift This is so frustrating the roof is leaking in the kitchen in front of the kitchen freezer, between the long table and the short table this is a safety issue. The back room by the freezer

Casey's asst. manager jackie

I don't know what her problem is but for some reason she decided she had a problem with me and how I was doing my job. She just kept up complaining about everything that I was doing and then when I do something wrong (Which we all do) she just kept up with comments about it. Even another employee I was working with tonight made a comment about her being really pushy. I understand managers have to make sure things are getting done right. I have worked in management. I don't care what she says. I feel she had it in for me today. Talked to me like I am stupid and tired making me feel like I don't what I am doing. Then she tells me another employee has complained about me being rude to them. Which I think is hilarious because I am nice to everyone. And ive went out of my way to help everyone. So I dont know where this is coming from. I can see why other employees complain about her. My husband has heard complaints from other employees about her. What sucks is is that I like lisa and heather. They know how to treat people. And I had every intention of finishing out the rest of my week. Im just not going to subject myself to anymore of jackie's crap. And btw... I dont think a manager should be talking about one employee about another. So not professional. It didnt take me long to figure out the problem area there.

Casey's district manager and store manager needs to go!

I have been going to Casey from the day it open its doors, in the last few years the Management and the District Manager has been really NASTY to it customers. The District Manager will not speak to anyone employee and customer and Zack the Store Manager is VERY RUDE to his employees, I've seen him yell at his employees in front of customers. There's a young man CHAZ, he made donuts overnights, this young man is GREAT, chaz has always helped everyone, and Zack has yelled at this young man from day one. I have yet to see him. We need this young man back at Casey because there donuts have gone down hill fast, I've taken my money somewhere else, I spend 80-150 a week in the store. I will be taking up a Petition to get the district manager in the manager fired In to bring back Chaz. WE WANT CHAZ BACK! LET THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER GO.. I have gone to the TV Stations and the newspaper company about the situation. We need them gone now.

I m writing about the Dixon Mo store, the management at this store is terrible they can not keep the store running like this it take hours to get food in this store, on Friday nights DONT ORDER ANY FOOD BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS GOING TO BE A HOUR OR 2 AND THATS WITH NO PIZZA ON THE RACK . Your store is closing the doors because they just can not run with 2 people. Wake up Caseys you can not run a store with two individual. Some of the owners need to visit this store just show up.

Casey's management

my son just finished employment for just over 30 days. he was fired in an id or not id bust. the only problem is his manager and assistant manager. my son is not familiar with corporate politics and crap, he just wanted to work and make money. when he signed his paperwork his manager put a bunch of forms in from of him and said he sign these. one of them was a form that stated if he screwed up on someone's id then he could be fired on the stop and get a fine of big bucks. but he wasnt told that. his manager then told him and all the employees "dont worry about id'ing people if they look over 27 years old." when my son was caught in the sting and got fired, he went to his manager who then told him "you should id everyone." to bad she didnt tell him that before. his assistant manager was also arrested for dui but not fired and was constanatly coming in drunk on duty. what the hell? casey's is running a monkey house in madrid, meanwhile i witnessed labor and security violations that should have the manager and assistance manager fired. why arent they?

Casey's dirty employee

Caseys has an employee working and it is known fact he's got genital warts.many people have witnessed him going to the restroom never washing his hands and returning to work.ok so he's got a problem, his business right well it becomes mine when he's serving food to the public.This guy is real tall, dark hair, and usually works nights.His name is jeremy.if he happens to make your food I'd for sure request someone else remake it just a warning if you eat caseys a lot.

Casey's inappropriate conversations by workers

Was just in casey's general store in marquette iowa and had the worst service that i've ever had there. I went in to get a pop and cigarettes put my pop on the counter and told the lady my brand of cigarettes and the 4 workers were so engrossed in the conversation that they were having that it took 3 times of telling and the 3rd time of say it i had to raise my voice for her to hear me. The topic of conversation was: the one worker asked another while the other was helping a customer how do you make meth which started the conversation among the 4 workers. I work in a store and if we were talking about that in front of customers we would probably be fired and especially if you are not even paying attention to your customers like was the case. I think the worst part was the manager was the one waiting on me and was so into the conversation instead of stopping the inappropriate conversation. Very disappointed and going to think twice about going back in there.

Casey's employees using drugs

I recently stopped into casey's while visiting in haysville kansas. The young man at the checkout seemed very on edge like he couldn't wait on me and my children to leave. After checking out I went out to my car and proceeded to help my youngest open his chips. I looked over and the guy from inside was sitting in his car smoking to what appeared and smelled like marijuana. The next day I called corporate office and filed a complaint. Nothing has been done. I went back in just a few days ago and the boy is still working and this time I got his name. Jeremy. Again he looked very high like he had no clue what was going on. At very least it think he should be screened for drugs along with the other employees. I don't feel a bit comfortable with people strung out on drugs handling big amounts of money,

Casey's manager harassing step son's mom's family

I am making the complaint on the manager of the store in george, iowa named jenna honkomp. She is my son's step son and lives on a farm a half hour away and decided to come to work in george "so she can watch me" as what she told my son. Tonight on 5/1/15 I started receiving snap chat pictures of her drunk and at the races in rock rapids, iowa with the sister in law that has gone out of her way to make things worse for my husband, my kids, and i. I told jenna to stop and she continued anyways. I started to receive these messages at 22:30 on 5/1/15 when my family and I were trying to go to bed for the night. My sister in law and I have a very long and not so nice past along with jenna and I beings she is my son's step parent. I have told both of them to leave me and my family alone because it has gotten to the point where I have no communication with my dad and my brother anymore over something I have no clue what I or we did. These two girls app. Told my son and my daughter that they were going to go make our lives a living hell and both have asked why because their mother (me) has not done anything to deserve this treatment. Both infact a lot of people in this town has told them both to leave my family and I alone bc my husband and I both work and I am in my final year of nursing school and since we have 5 kids we do not go out or do anything wrong. We focus all of our attention time and effort into our kids and I can speak for myself I am trying to better myself for my kids and husband and trying to give them the family life and life style they deserve. I want this harassment to stop please because it has gone on long enough and I have kids that are in tears and is peterfied by these guys and I don't know what to do anymore. If action is not taken I do have a lawyer and I am fully ready to press charges against jenna and the store company because I am a desparete mother who needs the harassment on me and my kids to stop. I am also going to complain because jenna can not keep employees for more than a few months especially if they are not males. You guys seriously need to look into the george store as to what it was and what it is now. Her business sucks and so does her management skills and that is not just coming from me. The store has declined big time and there are several complaints going around about jenna in this town. I work with bailey sprock who had a part time job with jenna but like most employees (esp not male ones) she loses them with in months. But I seriously need help about the harassment my kids and I are receiving from jenna especially after tonight. This is not right and i'm getting close on calling the cops. My family and I are willing to do what ever it takes to help you guys get to the bottom of this with you guys.

Casey's managers

I am currently an employee at a casey's general store and have noticed multiple things wrong with the place. I have been sexually harassed by a fellow employee and my boss swept it under the rug, I turned in another fellow employee (who was doing deliveries that night) because they bragging about how much vodka they drank before going to work (i'm sorry but he's not only jeopardizing our work place but other people's lives as well), again, swept under the rug and claimed as hear say, (even though a few other customers said he looked drunk and or high when he delivered pizzas). But for me, I was more angered with a incident last night that happened to me while I was covering another shift (the same day I had already covered for my boss). The same employee that sexually harassed me last night did it again last night but he took it even farther. While we had a group of customers in the store waiting on their pizza, he took a rubber band between two fingers, place it to my butt and snapped it, all the while there are customers in the store who looked baffled that he did it. I was also snapped on the shoulder and he mad several sexual jokes towards me. While the same customers were in the store, he walked outside on the phone, stood by the big window and made a sexual gesture towards me while another fellow employee (she was off the clock) saw everything along with the same customers. After the customers left the store he was taking care of the doughnut case, I decided to take a restroom break. As I was headed towards the restroom he turned around and pinched my butt with the doughnut tongs. I told my boss about it and something tells me this is going to be swept under the rug as well.
Another incident involves my boss, I understand it's frustrating if someone messes up but it is no reason to belittle an employee in front of customers, especially if you are the employer. I don't know about anyone else but when you have people looking at you like you are dumb while you're being chewed out by your boss for a simple mix up, you're going to feel over whelmed and (if you're like me) you might break down and start crying because of how they make you feel.
I'm considering quitting my job because it seems like my boss with do anything to avoid having to fire people even if it means other people quit because of it. As long as you are close to certain people in the work place, you get special treatment but if you stick to yourself or a few of the "less popular" employees you get walked all over and often times taken advantage of.

Casey's moldy pizza

I worked at caseys making pizzas in the kitchen. I have worked at a lot of food places and have seen some gross things, but that caseys was the worst. When I started there it seemed like no one had cleaned behind anything in years. There was a serious ant problem and we had a few mice in the few months I worked there. I killed a ton of ants with windex. They use a dough machine to form the pizza, and inside was black mold which I took a picture of on a pizza dough and uploaded. When I found the mold I immediately turned in my two week notice and tried to clean the mold out but was never trained to take apart the machine. I came back two days later after a day off and no one had cleaned out the machine and they continued to serve pizzas the whole time. Some customers would tell me that it was the best pizza they ever had, but I never ate it. Dont buy pizza from a gas station, it's common sense.

Casey's Management behavior

Where to start, I was lucky enough to have gotten a job at casey's a few months ago or so I thought. Until you are hired on as an employee you don't realize just how corrupt it is. The manager, jessica eubanks is very childish, rude, and unprofessional. She will discuss her personal life with all employees no matter the circumstance. If she does not like you as an employee she will then result in unnecessary accommodations so anything you do will never be right or enough. When that situation occurs you will then be degraded to other employees and customers. She has a total of 5 employees working a 24 hour store because we have beaver dam casey's employees training so she will not hire any employees for our owensboro store and refuses to, simply because she doesn't like people. She has cut our hours down to 7 hour shifts so she doesn't have to give us a 30 minute break, and even sitting down when all work is done is frowned upon. When I first started I tried to go above and beyond to help make that store clean and run as smoothly as possible. As the weeks passed I started having to pick up the slack for employees the shift before me just to make sure my duties could be done to the fullest of my ability. Now I do only what I am required for that shift because it is each employee for themselves there is no such thing as teamwork. I have not been properly trained and when something is not done to her standards she talks down to me like I should know better. The people I was trained by was an older woman who fell asleep 5 hours of the 8 hours we worked together and a young girl in the kitchen who wasn't properly trained herself. Jessica will tell people she trains all of her employees but I can count on one hand the times I have had encounters with her in the 2 months I have worked there and they haven't all been pleasant. I will avoid all contact with jessica and josh (assistant manager) at all costs. Even though josh truly wants to help us better ourselves he doesn't even know the first thing beyond being a cashier. He only gives out orders handed down from jessica. When trying to go to jessica about a situation it either costs too much money or goes beyond her ability to leave the office chair and will roll her eyes and make rude comments if she has to leave the office. When trying to go above jessica to april (district manager) we were told that april is aware of everything jessica does and her and jessica are friends! No matter what who we talk to it is always a dead end. Come january 15, 2015 beaver dam store will open and owensboro store will be left with 4 employees not including management. I'm not sure how a 24 hour store is supposed to run but it will either crash and burn or someone will have to step in and save the day.

Casey's refuse to service me

I went into the casey's general store to buy some merchandise. Walked up to the counter to pay and the employee named stephanie said she wasn't going to service me and walked out of the store to smoke a cigarette and started using her phone. I then waited about five minutes for service. Finally I walked over to the pizza part of the store and asked if she could check me out she did. That was by far the worst service I have ever had. I am a regular customer, I hope no one else is treated like this. No employee should have the right to do that and get away with it. I am very mad, I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me. Thank you for your time

I am retired from whirlpool after working for 35 years. Want something to do a few days a week. I have also had two knees replacement. Well to make a long story short I could not do it. Well the ###, manger decide to bad mouth me in front of my husband and another employee . I think this is wrong and he owns me and my husband a agonize[sorry that spell wrong but know what I mean] I leave this in your hands .

Casey's food quality

There pizza has hardly anything on it, the last three time we have ordered it was awful, no meat (we order meat l0vers) this time I ask the girl if she had sandwiches, she said they have pork fritter sandwiches, I ask what she would order, pizza or fritter sandwich, she said she would never order pizza from there. Because of that I ordered pork fritter sandwiches, we got bread with fritter, no sauce, no ltettus, or any thing. I won't try again but just thinking someone should know.

Why in the world would you delete the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, that is the BEST one that you had to sell. I am asking that it be brought back to be sold again.

Last night we ordered the (All meat) pizza, there was not much meat on it, and it cannot hold a candle to the Bacon Cheeseburger . I was not very happy with it, as we like the cheeseburger one.

I think you will lose sales with that pizza unavailable, so I suggest that you rethink that decision, if you need to take one away, try one of the other ones.
