Despite of several complaints about the new bought gas stove. Company kept ignoring the fact that it can cause some damage. They are not willing to replace the set despite of the fact that it was bought and complaint was entered into their system within next 15 days of purchase/use. Seems that they are waiting for some kind of damage to happen to me/family before they take any action. Tried to reach out concerned persons for help. One such person is Ronald Sung - he promised to replace the set but now he has rolled back and saying that we cannot do it because of bla bla... Its all crappy reasons, only important thing I see is someone's life.
