Carter's rude employees

On 12th of march I visited one of Cartes' stores in San Diego.
One day before my due date I had some missing items so I made some quick shopping from this store. After I left the shop, when I checked my receipt I realized that the lady who was at the cashier (named Ana) didn't applied my %20 discount coupon. Although I asked her to apply it and she said that she applied it.
It was less than one minute after I left the shop I returned back. The doors were locked because it was 9 pm. I knocked the door the 2 lady were at the cashier they saw me but they didn't even respond to me. I thought they were doing something and after they finished they were going to come and ask the problem. But after 5 minutes I understand that they didn't care. I knocked again and said I was going to ask something they again didn't respond. I understood that they knew their fault and they didn't want to correct it. I called the store by phone they answered too late. I explained the situation. She told me to came tomorrow. I said I am going to have a baby in a few days. Why I am coming from miles away because of your fault. She told me that she couldn't do anything right now. Also she said in clearance items coupon isn't applied. But I told her that not all of my items were from clarence, she could come and check my receipt. After that she told me that she had lots of things to do and she couldn't come right now if I liked I could wait 20 minutes until she finished her job. I got so angry and turn off the phone. I was with my 2 years old who was sleeping in his stroller so I didn't wait.
But if I don't deliver tomorrow the first thing I am going to do is, going to that shop and return all the items and post this situation to every portal.
Everybody can make mistakes, it is not the point. The thing that make me really angry is the behaviour. They saw that I am a nine months pregnant woman with a sleeping baby with me but they didn't condescend even to come to stores door...
This will be my third kid and from many years mostly online, I shop from Carters. Also during my entire life I have never faced this kind of rude behaviour in any other companies.
I wrote all the details to the company now I an waiting response from them. I just want these two of rude employees won't get away with this situation.

Carter's management

I am a current worker at the store in west Des Moines, IA . I was put on the schedule for a few hours when I started. I asked the manager to if I get more hours due to child care. They complied. I had to change my hours and was told they won't give me the hours. I called in once and the manager had an attitude about it. I told on her to the store manager and ever since that incident. They taken me off of the schedule for 2 or more weeks. Its only me no one else.

Carter's baby girl sleepers

My Grandmother recently bought my 4 month old daughter Carter sleepers and I always wash them prior to her wearing them. Well, after two washes the buttons on the sleepers have holes in them. Not just one sleeper but three sleepers have holes where the buttons go after two washes. I always wash my 4 month old clothes separately using dreft baby detergent on delicate load. We usually only buy Carter or a brand from Carter but I am skeptical now because I don't know if y'all are using cheaper clothing or what but my Grandma paid 30.00 for 3 sleepers and they all have holes in them. I provided pictures to show.

Carter's worst website ever

I have had a hard time with these guys, honestly speaking. They are the worst.
They made me wait for over two months. Only god knows how many times I called and emailed them. Everything was useless. I asked them to givу me a tracking number, but they refused for no reason. Representatives were rude and ignorant, who recruited them?
Terrible and horrible place. I am very disappointed I ever dealt with them and wasted my time and money.

Carter's complaint about discrimination and unethical behaviors in staff and human resources

I was terminated for complaint about my district manager and store manager. I kept calling Laura Bassurt to tell her what was going on and ultimately they tried to turn everything around on me for exposing some truths. I was terminated for 2 reasons that the majority of the district managers and staff are doing. When asked why are they not being terminated...response some people do and some don't. What's the purpose of policies if it doesn't apply to everyone.

I have proof and the own admission of wrong doing from district manager. And Laura not attending to complaints received in writing from staff and numerous conversations with me

Carter's costume

I ordered a costume for ship to store and it mysteriously disappeared they said they never received it. First time I called the cashier was nice and looked but couldn't find the order. Told her I received a very detailed email from UPS time and day it was received. She looked in her computer and it said it was in transit so she put in another request to send it. Another week goes by and I call back again same young lady helped me again and called to find out what was going on. Since the item is no longer in stock they couldn't replace it but no one ever told me. I called the corporate number and she was very helpful no issues at all with her and they said they had proof from UPS it was received and signed for but no one called me. So the corporate rep called the store and oh they just happened to have one in stock. Even the rep said this was very fishy and emailed me that they will issue a refund and I can go pick up the costume. When I do the manager was rude and tried to make me repay for it since the whole order was cancelled like it never happened. After arguing with her and demanding an explanation from her she couldn't give me one. I had to force to her call her boss and verify I'm not paying again for this. She threw it in a bag and said here take it you're right you don't have to pay again. Then proceeded to say in front of me I need to go cool off. Best part I get home to feed my baby and I'm missing a piece of the costume. Based off the info the rep told me and how the manager was to me in basically covering her stores tracks I really think an employee or even herself indeed opened the package and put it on hold for themselves.

I purchased sneakers for my Grandson which was buy one get one free. I purchased size 10 and my Grandson wore them for a little while and complaint that they were tight. I took them off and went to the store to return them for size 11. When I went to the associate at returns she said that sneakers couldn't be returned. I asked why she said store policy. I looked all around the store to see about the return policy and there was nothing. I bought the same sneakers size 11 and left the store very disappointed. Your sales associate suggested that I should buy thinner socks and he might be able to use. I have shopped in your stores for many years. I would like to know if this is your return policy...for no there is NO signs posted anywhere in the store.

Carter's disappointed

I was a loyal customer of Carter's for a long time and was always satisfied with the quality of their products and service.
Due to some circumstances I was not able to go to the store, so I decided to make my first online order with them. Since I was already their client I never expected anything bad to happen.
I made my order and paid some extra money for 1 day delivery. My order did not arrive on time and it finally showed up 7 days later! I contacted Carter's customer service and asked them to refund the money I paid for shipping but they refused and said that there was nothing they could do.

ordered outfits for my doll business, paid extra money for two-day delivery, I live in Virginia beach va and my package in now after three days on it's way to Memphis Tenn. Not happy.
