I haven't got my cover back and heard only promises
I will never again buy from www.carscover.com. I have bought the car cover and it has the warranty for two years. But 10 months later I noticed that the fabric started to fall apart and the corners started to peel off. I called to the seller, who said to fill the return form and sent the cover. They promised to take a look and said that they would contact me. 2 months I have waited and they gave me different apologies and promises. I really regret that I have returned it.
Awful quality and not recommended seller
Don’t order from these artists. I have ordered two seats covers from the company www.carscover.com. The quality of these seats was awful and they were covered with small pills after several days. It was the first sign that the quality was terrible. But of course the seller refused to change them. He told me that it wasn’t worth it for him to change the used seats covers. I was shocked that he refused, because it was their fault and that their stuff was terrible.

Ordered a cover based upon the description and image on-line. what i received was completely different. received a return authorization and returned the item. have not received the credit as promised. don't buy from this ###.
Bought a slightly used or reconditioned motorcycle cover. I opened the box to find a cover that had hay chaf embedded in the whole underside of the cover [the part of the cover that goes against the bike. It took me over an hour to remove this embedded material before I could put it on the bike. I wasn't surprised when it didn't even come close to fitting when installed on my motorcycle.They won't stand behind their cover and pay return shipping [their mistake and couldn't even use it until it had the embedded material removed]. Needless to say I'd avoid this co. like the plague.
Bought a cover for my vehicle. Two days after it shipped my vehicle was totaled out. Got it a week later and asked to return it (never even opened the box). Got the RMA, paid $25 to ship it back. Still no refund after almost two months. Very poor CS. Doing a charge card dispute now.
After the first rain the car cover failed to keep the rain off of my Camaro. When I removed the cover, my car was covered with dirt and water. The cover was also ripping at the seams. I contacted the company and waited for a response. On 10/27/11 the company asked me to send pictures and I did. After 3 more email I finally got this response on 11/8/11 “For the seam open we could send you a repair kit, but for the water going in our warranty does not cover for the water problem.”. I then sent pictures of their own website that says: “Waterproof, yet breathable to naturally resist rot and mildew. It also says: “Snow, rain, dew, industrial pollutants, tree sap and bird droppings are kept away from your 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe's finish.” The company replied: “It is a waterproof, but is not 100% so our warranty does not cover the water problem”. This is 100% FALSE ADVERTISING. They never even sent their repair kit!

I purchased a lifetime warranties car cover from CarsCover.com. Within three days the supposed waterproof black exterior coating disintegrated. The company would not honor their warranty instead blaming it on the UV Rays. NEVER buy from CarsCover.com as their products & warranty are worthless.
