Carringtons Kitchens / Poor service
Worst company we have ever dealt with. Lack of communication was unbearable. Most units had to be moved or replaced once installed as in wrong place, damaged, even upside down.
Fitter only worked approx four hours a day, when he was bothered to turn up - which was less than 50% of the time, whilst we waited around or left the house unlocked.
Office staff at Carringtons did not know if fitter had arrived and, if he did not, had no idea of his whereabouts.
When we finally got hold of the kitchen designer and asked why he had not answered any of our emails, telephone calls or texts, he told us he was keeping his head down as he knew we were having problems.
After several emails listing outstanding issues we were told that they we're having meetings to discuss and rectify, we were then advised that no one at head office knew anything about our issues.
After several months with an unfinished kitchen we gave up and paid someone else to finish the job.
Turned an expected few weeks upheaval into several nightmare months, we wish we had never given our hard earned money to Carringtons.
