I paid 2 months in advance for my rental May 1st -5th with my debit card and when i arrived to NU at Lax they said they don't take debit cards and that he had to cancel my rental.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Los Angeles, CAI called NU they said I had to email carrentals.com so I tried emailing since car rental doesn't have a number to get my refund. Next step I will call my back and make a claim.
