Carrefour service/and mobile

I'm very disappointed to your service

today I buy samsung s9 for my wife because she is celebrating his birthday next week but staff in samsung shop he/she try to check the mobile. But when we check the mobile I buy samsung s9 is cannot switch on the mobile and he try to charge in 5 to 8mins but still cannot on. So I go to customer service and sales man told me that the mobile I buy is not working. Then after that I told to customer service to change to new one because when I buy the mobile is not working the customer service sent me to samsung office to check my mobile and get the report regarding to my complain

note: I pay the money so make sure you give the excellent service and to give good quality to your customer. And note that why i'm the one who need to go to samsung office without assisting the staff etc.

And after that I went to samsung office the repair man connect my mobile to computer and charge my mobile for a while and after few minute my mobile have power already but i'm not satisfied to my new mobile then a come again to the customer service to change my mobile or if he / she don't like to give me new phone I told to return my money back.

If you will think I buy new mobile so it's means you will give the brand new not the broken one? I ways four hours for this bad service I will not recommend this outlet for giving poor service to the customer

Carrefour samsung tv

I bought a new Samsung TV and Carrefour delivered me an opened and clearly used tv which had glue all over it, scratch on screen and cracked LED. When I complained no one seemed to know who was responsible, the process was all over the place and I had to chase and call to make sure my tv was replaced. It took about a week and eventually my tv replacement was ready. I asked for some compensation in the form of a soundbar worth BD80 to cover for the terrible experience and [censor] customer service.

The team said they could only give me a cheap soundbar as a gift since it was an FOC item and they can't give me the soundbar I wanted. I eventually spoke to the General Manager Damien and explained my situation, he was unsympathetic and said they aren't obliged to give me anything, just replacement tv or money back. I explained that I was felt the customer service was bad and I feel this would cover for the experience however he made me feel like I was just trying to con Carrefour.

It was clear that money back was the only option as the brand clearly didn't care the customer experience, only money.

No one said why the issue happened or how they would improve it. Carrefour Bahrain desperately need customer service advice and training.

After the bad experience I posted what happened online and will never shop at Carrefour again.

Carrefour exchange irresponsible manager

Hi
I purchased inner ware and lot of other items from carryfour.
Casher didn't removed Innerware security clip and it has damaged as well as there is no alarm also when we carry out with the clip after one day we observe it didn't removed and there is a damage small wholes

I went to same branch with bill and give them the manager his name is Joseph he didn't care customer and no explanation also given me and showing attitude .
Customer is may be lot of types they may be poor, rich, indian, pakistan, arab, uk, usa service should be same

Please I'm requesting you don't put this kind of guys at customer service place

He didn't exchange damage Innerware i gave him and I purchased new item
Please contact Algurai mall, Union, Dubai.

Carrefour customer service and security

I went to Carrefour Mall of the Emirates to night with a bag in my hand.
Security person told me he cannot allow the bag inside and asked to give to the customer service for safe keeping.
When I approached the customer service center, they were not ready to accept the bag.
In short, they were not ready to take the bag inside the supermarket or keep with them.
Hence, I left the shop without purchasing the necessary stuffs.
I am a customer of carrefour since 2009, only because i carried a bag, i couldnt visit the shop and do shopping.
I felt very dissappointed and humiliated.
You need to make your policies to assist the customers and encourage them to visit your palces again but not to deny the entry to your and humiliate.
I express my disspoinment and protest here for what is happend to me tonight.

Carrefour price inequality and misleading description

There are two problems I have experienced at Carrefour Store. One of them is the price inequality and the other is misleading description.

Price Inequality: I have paid 3799 qar for Macbook 2016 (Landmark). However, my friend has paid 3499 qar for Macbook 2017. 3499 qar for Macbook 2017 even is not shown at the any of the stores.

Misleading Description: Item described and displayed at the store (Landmark) is not matching with the item inside the box. Item has been displayed as having only English letter on keyboard, but inside the box it has both Arabic and English.

Carrefour doha city center branch / product ref : [protected] k2 basic - karcher

Dear M/s Carrefour,

I bought the broduct detailed as shown here-above, from Carrefour city center branch (Doha city) on October 26, 2017 (4 months back!) and got warranty 3 months! . However, the problem is notwithstanding the duration of the warranty but when using the machine just twice and then it was totally disrupted!, with all my due respect this is not acceptable and I'm really disappointed from this and what makes more not satisfied is that i respect what stated in the warranty but I didn't even use the product for certain enough time !, at least substitute by another one regardless of what stated in the absurd warranty! as for reputed german broduct that works only twice i think it's not acceptable. Carrefour refund of an amount

I've a refund since the 6th of february 2018, there is no update so far & I didn't get the money.
I've called a number of times & visited carrefour branch (customer service) more than 5 times, they always reply with the same answer (we will check and call you back) and nobody called ever.
I paid the money from my debit card (not credit) they promise at the start that it won't take more than 15 days (which is obviously didn't happend so far).

May I know when i'm going to get my money back, please!

Carrefour late coupons

Hello,

I'm having issues with you discount center where the coupons that I receive are all arriving late and expired, from the Carrefour here in my city of Barcelona, Spain (postal code 08016).
For example I received the following SMS from the Carrefour on February 18th, 2 days after it had expired: "Hola, hoy 16/02 es el Dia de El Club en Hipermercados Carrerour. Ahorra IVA en muchos productos, acumulable en ChequeAhorro: goo.gl/kMTWFe"

Last month I also received a discount in the mailbox which was already expired. At the time, I thought that the mail was a little slow. However, now I know that it is your mailing services that has issues getting out the discounts.

Please do not send me expired coupons it is a waste of my time and makes your store (Carrefour) look bad.

Carrefour webstore purchase delivery

I have purchased iPhone 6 plus 16 GB online on 16th Feb2018 from carrefour webstore and paid 1260AED amount while ordering the phone. I received message from carrefour about purchase and mentioned that within 2 business day it will be delivered. I waited for 2 days and after that I called to call center [protected] and they also answered that it is delayed and it will be delivered shortly Again next day I called and no correct answer received from call center. They only reply that he will inform this to their back-end team. Again no clear answer from call center today I called and at last they told that item is not available in stock and we will be not able to delivered it. So, I didn't have any choice except taking money back. Till date I didn't understand what the heil is this back-end team. This incident repeated again with me just last 28th May it happened for iPhone 7 plus which was ordered by me and they full me for 15 days and after that they return the money 3000AED. Same incidents continuously repeating and worst experience with webstore online buying.

2 times I face the problem with carefour Abu Dhabi web store within this year. I bought iPhone and during that time it shows that stock is available and after one week while calling they are not telling truth and telling that it will be delivered. After 10 days follow up they told me that it is not available and we have to cancelled the order.

Carrefour thuggish behaviour from a carrefour employee

Hello.. I have dealt with carrefour supermarkets for more than 20 years throughtout my residence and travels in many countries including france, switzerland, belgium, and kenya.in the united arab emirates, my relationship with carrefour goes all the way back to when it first entered the market and took over the continet supermarket branches.

Throughtout all these years, carrefour was alsays a friendly, familiar, and accessible place. I am dismayed, however, at an incidence that took place roughly an hour ago at the carrefour branch located in cairo festival city mall (roughly 1:15 pm, tuesday, 20.02.2017) where I had an altercation with an insolent, incompetent, thuggish brute of a cashier who seemed at one point about to lash an assault on me. The incidence happened when I addressed another customer in front of me who has caused me and the customers behind me a great deal of delay because she was unsure of what items she wanted to pay for. The cashier, lamentably, saw it fit to step in tell the customer to "take her time" as I was addressing her thereby undermining and belittling one customer in favor of another. This I found to be inappropriate and unprofessional. A cashier should not take sides or show favortism to one customer over another. Should a situation escalate, he/ she should simply summon a supervisor to manage the situation as is necessary. Instead, my cashier lashed out at me, threatening me, glaring at me to stop shouting, which at that point indeed was the case, and at one point shoved a gum / chocolate rack creating an even bigger scene in what was clealry an inability on his part to manage his behaviour. This was witnessed by hundreds of people in the vicinity whom I am sure wondered why a cashier appeared to lash out at a customer. His behaviour was so dsipicable that his supervisor(s) had to whisk him away and bring in a different cashier to bring the situation under control.

I do not expect much to come out of this complaint and surely nothing at all out of the egyptian carrefour administration. It is, however, lamentable that such an established brand allows it's good name to be sullied by employees who are not fit to work around and with people. Carrefour has to uphold it's recruitment procedures to ensure that only competent, polite, and professional individuals are hired and that those individuals are then trained on how to deal with difficult situations amd most importantly, that they should never allow themselves to be part of altercations with customers. Thuggish brutes have no place, I would have thought, in a place like carrefour.

These sorts of incidences will happen again and again if carrefour egypt does not take clearcut measures to ensure that such behaviour is not repeated. I expect a formal reply to this complaint with an assurance that disciplinary measures are taken as per carrefour's hr procedures and policies. On my part, I reserve the right to take this matter further up on social media.

Carrefour about customer service

I am Kamia Rozario from Toulouse, France. Today 19.02.18 I went to Cafarelli, Centre Commercial Compans Caffarelli, 3 Espl. Compans Caffarelli, 31000 Toulouse this shop at 3.15pm to buy my breakfast items. At 3.30pm I finished my shopping and wating for paying in SELF PAYINY counter. One of the carrefour's staff was there and her name was Monica. When I went to that counter I scanned all items and waiting for payment option. In that time I saw that cadh option is closed only bank card option is open. I said to the staff the I forget to bring my card and can I pay to another caisse. She talked very rudly to me takeoff all my items and cancel my items. I request to her give it to me and I will go to anothet caisse for cash payment. Agsin she said No to me and shouted to me which I do not understand because i can not speak french. As soon as possible i went to Espace client and asked for the manager. There was a boy in Espace client section and I explain to him in English and he explained everything to Manager Lady. But I am very surpried that she did not say anything to me and I waited there 20 min after that I leave.
I thought that Carrefour has the best service in France but I am totally wrong. They do not care about customer. I am paying for products, not taking as free. I will never ever go over carrefour.
I am very upset about today's matter.

Carrefour internet dongle

I have already tried to submit this complaint, but my complaint was not the rquisite 350 characters long!
The internet dongle I purchased from Carrefour, cartagena, Spain, no longer works. The store informed the servicw was withdrawn by the Internet provider at the end of 2017, when I was not in Spain. They said the problem lies with the Provider, not them. They did try to contact the provider, without success. I was some 40 euros in credit when the service was withdrawn and wish that money to be refunded. As the Retailer from whom I originally purchased the item, i feel that it is Carrefour, s responsibility to resolve my complaint. It is not up to me to have to pursue a second Company, even if I knew who they are. I actually think the provider Orange. who I use for phonecalls in Scotland. I hope this complaint is now 350 characterslong

I am trying to understand whether the carrefour granada, spain is open on sunday 10 jun 2018, and the webpage is not assisting my search, and offers no obvious mechanism to seek a long term forecast of open dates.

Carrefour unethical/insulting behaviour

At your Carrefour Flamingo Mall Branch, Jeddah, KSA, I was humiliated in front of a large crowd of customers at the cashier at 07/02/2018 minutes after 22:00 in cashier No. 1 when the cashier at that pay point through one of my bought items at me on public. Which is of course caught by your security cameras and may be one the crowd filmed that by his phone.
Before getting into the details let me introduce myself. My Name is Ehab Ballal. I work as a civil engineer in a respectful contracting company. I worked in various projects for the firm with various titles such as project engineer, project manager, and Structural engineer. In this Multinational Company we deal with all kind of people from different countries, Languages, races and cultures with a wide range of positions like Engineers, foremen, and Labors. It's my job to deal with this amount of diversity at work. Also am well known for good behavior among the company.
What happened is that I was at cashier when your employee found that one of items has no bar code in it. She asked me to travel back and get her another item of the same specs. When I refused to go she asked me to tell the packing boy to go and get it, but he pretended that he didn't understand what am saying. Also the cashier next to the one am in lashed at me and told me that the packing boy should be packing and I should get the item and comeback. I insisted not to go without this item and claimed my right in getting it. Then she got angry and start telling that "am I working with you?" then she took the item and through it at me. Then lots of people interfered and broke my debate with her. The security guy was trying to grab me when I refused to go with him. And from my point of view he was having bad intensions towards me. Thank god that some literate Carrefour personnel interfered and calm me down and this seriously. After that I talked to the manager and filed a complaint No. 0491 submitted at Carrefour customer service desk at the mall at 22:20 at the same day.
I was humiliated, molested, even threatened by your staff at that branch. And who knows may be next day I will find my video in all the social media. I demand that anyone involved in this should be punished and expelled. For me I lost my dignity and tomorrow I might be notorious in all the social media. I felt like am in a jungle, not an international brand that is well known for good services. I send this complaint in care of any nepotism or distortion that might happen to my filed complaint. And who knows what will happen next if no punishment for such savage behavior didn't take place.

Carrefour carrefour dubai

This is regarding my order number [protected] placed on 30 January. Delivery was scheduled for 31 January between 12-2. No delivery was made that day and no communication from Carrefour was received to inform me that delivery will not be made. I contacted by carrefour and raised a complaint (Case number 790357) and was told my items will definitely be delivered on 1 Feb. I did not receive my groceries on that day either so I contacted Carrefour again regarding my delivery and was told they actually don't know when my items will be delivered as they have been disorganised with dealing with deliveries. I was told a customer service representative from e-shopping would call me within the hour but no one did. I contacted carrefour again this morning and still they don't know when my groceries will be delivered!

My issues with this are the following:
First and foremost, the unacceptable delay in delivering essential items such as food.
Second, blocking the amount on the card throughout the delay period so that one cannot go and shop at a store and get the order cancelled straight away (there's a 2-3 delay to unblock funds)
Third, the lack of communication from Carrefour throughout this whole ordeal. I was not contacted at all by carrefour to inform me of delays or to apologise and offer a form of compensation. I had to call and follow up everyday!
Fourth, the fact that not only is there a delay, but that you can't actually tell me when my items will be delivered!

I would like to escalate this case and request a copy of your trade license so I can issue a formal complaint to the Consumer Right Government Body in Dubai under the clause of not adhering to an agreed service. I would not be doing this had carrefour called me and informed me of the delay and offered an alternative time slot.

Delayed Delivery Poor Customer Service

I am really dissappointed on how bad your customer service was! It seems that no one cares to informed me about the delay of the delivery that is supposed to be today. No one even call me the whole day?!?! If I did not call your callcenter and carrefour burjuman# “who’s pointing fingers why no one informed me about the delay” I will not even know that I’m expecting for nothing. Now I want my tv to be delivered to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON MY CONVENIENT TIME!. Check the reference number 1058293.

Carrefour staff

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a PhD student in Warsaw. I bought a set of 10 pen from Carrefour (near Warsaw central train station). These pen are good just for testing them on a paper but they are not so comfortable in writing exam or big equations which I have to do everytime. I bought them on Jan 29, 2018.

Next day after buying the pen (on Jan 30), I went to the cutomer care staff to change them. I am not asking my money back but just want to replace them with better quality pen. I also had reciept with me.

The lady on the counter drew some short lines on a piece of paper and said she cant replace it because she can draw lines. I cannot explain her that these pen are not very good in writing PhD exams or writing big mathematics differential equations quickly.

Next day I went to another supermarket and bought a another set of 10 pen and they are working fine.
It is not a matter of 3 PLN but it is all about how they behave with their customers specially with poor students. I shall be highly obliged if you please take this matter seriously.
I look forward to hearing a positive reply from your side.

Carrefour accused of shoplifting at hyperstar dolmen mall clifton karachi

Dear Sirs

I would like to complain about an incident today at Hyperstar Dolmen Mall Clifton karachi

I came to know that carrefour is partners with al futtaim group in UAE for Hyperstar in Pakistan

I did shopping for about 35000rs (350 US Dollars) and was accused of shoplifting an item worth 2 dollars and was taken into interrogation room with security escorting me the whole time

I was in the mall for shopping and on my way back went to Hyperstar for home supplies and grocery, I was with my wife and purchased what we had to paid the bill were waiting for my daughter who was with my father and mother, she bought some stationary items and as soon as she came to the counter and saw me outside she just ran towards me without adding it on the bill security came in a second and told me to come with them k told them my family is in line at the counter and she just ran toward me to show what she bought but they didn't listen me to at all and took me to the security room and held me inside for interrogation .. I told them the scenario but they asked me peorsnal details about name address and phone number and made an entry in ahoplifters journal

A person spending 350 dollars will steal a 2 dollar stationary ? Where is your customer service ? Where is respect for customers ? They should atleast check out the customer ..

I know your group is worth billions and I'm just a small customers and even if I don't shop from your market you wont have any effect on your sales but this behaviour is unacceptable

I'm not a thief whom your staff will harass and make allegations of Shop lifting I'm a self
Employed business man with a reputation and this was total harassmnet

I would like you to look in the matter personally as I don't trust your people in Pakistan

I bought Bompani washing machine and dryer
When it had some troubleshooting I send it for repair
It was returned to me in same condition after 1 month without repairing
I am very much disappointed with the service provided

Carrefour ipad pro

I made purchase from Carrefour webstore on 17th Jan, I have ordered ipad pro 12.9 in, gold 256 gb wifi and i have still not received my order.
order no [protected]

While time of purchase Carrefour had promised to deliver within 4 working days, but there was not a single call from carrefour neither their delivery company if any after 4 working days. I made 4 follow up calls to carrefour and every time they promised me that they will deliver tomorrow. But the order is still not delivered. Very pathetic delivery service by Carrefour.

Carrefour grocery webstore & delivery

1) What is the use of the online webstore if MANY of the items are OUT OF STOCK ?
2) Why the online webstore is not updated - keeping the available items & removing the unavailable ones ?
3) What's the job of the customer service agents ... other than calling clients to inform missing items from their orders ?
4) Why the delivery is done from the EMPTIEST and the LEAST potential branch (Ibn Batouta Branch ?

The most recent incidence is my order under the reference [protected], but nothing is more REGULAR with Carrefour than the OUT OF STOCK SITUATION.

Carrefour was way behind other stores in UAE in Launching the grocery online business and when It's done it is OUTSTANDINGLY the WORST.

Very disappointing and frustrating ...
Very sorry to say ENOUGH is ENOUGH !
