Carrefourno commitment and staff attitude

I bought Items for garden and they schedule the delivery after three days, and on the day of the delivery the call to reschedule and paying to the attention that I reschedul all my commitments and appointments of that day because they don't know the time of the dilevery and when I told the manager that he says ok will deliver the damaged items to you then !! When replied back that I bought and paid for items in their manfacutyre condition then he said will cancel your order and refund you back !!
