Dear Carrefour

Please be informed that I am a regular Carrefour customer, but unfortunately I bought an Xtouch Phone from Shindaga Carrefour and this phone is heating and battery is draining within half an hour.3 times I went to after sales and not receiving an favorable response, they are sending every time phone to service centre and taking 2 weeks and still issue again.what will I do.Warranty is also expiring next month
