I bought the item from Sharjah city Centre on 27th July 2018. However yesterday when my child opened to use it. It was observed that it is disconnected from middle. I took it to customer care. The lady staff was not ready to look in to it stating that the purchase date is more than a week. Later when I convinced her. She was about to call concern staff. But one person who later introduced as manager (he was not wearing an ID) stopped her from doing so. His behavior was unprofessional . he was not wearing the ID, So I repeatedly asked his name and he told Abdul hameed. I left the item on the table and returned. My child didn't use it at all.
