Carrefour new supra uhd tv

i bought new TV online as smart tv and it was delivered to me then i was disappointed because the smart APP doesn't function right and your tube not working unless i use mouse device which is not helpful at all
i filled complain right away ( 622743)
the technetion came to my house and wrote the report as i mentioned above exactly
i gave a copy of the technetion report to ajman branch to send it to online department
after all this i'm still waiting and the tv inside the cartoon as it came

please its urgent and i don't need this tv at all
i called online dep more than 10 times and nothing happens yet

i will have to file complain with the consumer affair by tomorrow if i don't receive any respond from Carrefour

Carrefour complaint about service in carrefour burjuman dubai

2 days ago i went to yoir branch in burjuman to purchase airfryer, we approached one staff and asked for airfryer he advised one item which is moulinex we directly purchased it and left, when i reached home i read the booklet and found out that this machine is not airfryer but its a deep fryer which is not the item i need, i packed the item as it is and approached the same branch where the staff accepted it and adressed to exchange it so we looked around and we found out the price of airfryer is much higher and we decided to refund, the staff welcome us and started the process of refund while a tunsian lady supervisor came and said no we cannot exchange the item because its open, but i brought back the item closed then the staff opened it to check if all items are ok inside and talked with us in a rude way which we cannot accept, this is worst service i never faced like this is carefour

Carrefour voucher

I shop at Burj Views carrefour in Dubai. I earned 500 points on my myclub card on 9/7/2017 and apparently received a 50 AED voucher but I never received it! no one said "here's your 50 AED voucher." Now my points are back to the beginning. This is not fair. No one is helping me with it. I shopped for almost for 5 months to earn those point and I have nothing to show for it. Not shopping at carrefour again!

Carrefour delivery

Hello,
I ordered on 5 July through payment transfer.
On 6 July at 7.30pm I received an email telling me that
Te informamos que tu pedido web nº[protected], por un fallo informático no se ha llegado a completar, con lo cual necesitamos que nos indiques si prefieres realizar un nuevo pedido eligiendo como forma de pago transferencia, comunicarnos el numero de pedido y asociarlo a la anterior transferencia o bien el abono del importe correspondiente
I have reordered under a different number and send several emails to the email address mentioned on the email

Carrefour useless manager carrefour has appointed

we are merchandisers working for different brands would like to bring notice that the manager from deira city center branch mobility is useless and giving stress to all promoters by indulging wrong practices which is not acceptable by any lAW, merchandisers are working more than the given time without taking even compensatary offs as they worked for eid holidays but mr hossain the manager is ruining our life one day after another his new drama starts if some one argues then he has been transfered and given the warning of being blacklisted from carrefour and he did to 4 people in the past few weeks his intolerance is getting worst day by day also he is using the words which law has not permitted to any one details ill furnish on mail only also we all complaint to departement head but he is not taking action on it he is silent every one is facing the problem kindly look in to this at the earliest

Carrefour carrefour online webstore

On last promotion was online in 28/06/17
I ordered electronic item and i paid the amount via my credit card
Then I called carrefour callcenter yo confirm the delivery date
They said we have system problems we need some time then we call you
After 3 days suddenly my bank send me sms that the amount come back from carrfour
I called back call center they said we are sorry but we cancel your order and the promotion is finish

Im unhappy with carrefour how they cancel my order with no reason

Carrefour complaint for non-professional customer services

I bought washer online on 01.07.2017 via order no [protected] and we got sms on 03.07.2017 that my order is shipped and on the way to me.

From that day we are waiting for the delivery but unfortunately nobody is there to give clear picture about the delivery status even one of lady told us that my washer has been already delivered to us and another lady says this on the ways.

We are unable to go out because we are informed that delivery is on the way.

Kindly look into this because we are really not expecting this king to customer from carrefour.

I'm regular customer to mirdif carryfour since 4 years. I'm just 23 age girl from russia. Their is one security in mirdif carre four when i'm coming to shopping he always following me. Black indian guy. He wearing big eye glass. Slim guy. I hope he always in selling area. I hope he is new their since 4 months this problem happening. That security. Behave me very badly, looking me very badly. Last time he wrote mobile number & put in to my trolley. I just throw it. Dear management of carrefour
Just now I visited mall of the emirates carrefour I asking staff about pizza base.
They are very big stupid becoze they dont know any thing about the carrefour and the items where it is.
I ask them show me the pizza dol where it is?
They said I dont know u have to check ur self. If there is no we are not responsible.
Dear management I requesting u to give training to ur [censor] staff that how to give respect to customers and how to work.
First of all they dont know what is the job they have to do.

Carrefour customer complaint management team

i was requesting to manage the delivery time of my goods due to my unavailability of the given time. the lady who called back started yelling at me in very unpleasant manner and tested my patience rather politely to resolve the issue with possible options.
i was so upset that i had to disconnect the phone and when i called to get her name to report her behavior, she bluntly disagreed.

i am in uae since 9 years and this was one of worst experience i have had and that is also from a reputed service providers.

completely disappointed to be customer of carrefour.

Carrefour customer service

I visited the Carrefour in Sa Coma, Mallorca, Spain. I spent 15 euros and needed to get a taxi. I was directed to customer services. They offered to phone for one for me and they did. They were abut sharp saying 'now, hurry, go there' but I assumed some had been missed in the past.
A few days later I went back to buy some things I'd seen and spent 100 euros. I went to customer services and asked if they could call a taxi for me please.
They said flatly no. I said 'well you did a few days ago'
They said no.
I said 'I've just spent a 100 euros and you won't call me a taxi?'
They said no and pushed a piece of paper in front of me.
'This number'
I said I'm not sure what to dial, and I knew my Spanish might not work on the phone.
Eventually I got a taxi ordered.
I then told them I would never shop at Carrefour again.
I am working here for another six weeks with over 100 other people. I will take every opportunity to tell them that they should not shop at Carrefour and why.
Why would they refuse the best help to a visitor spending good money? They only seemed to be standing around otherwise.
It's a mystery to me.

Carrefour festival city gift vouchers

Dear,
Please be informed that yesterday I gone to Festival city Carrefour and given the Festival City Gift Voucher. But the cashier refused to accept the voucher and I spoke with supervisor he also told that except Carrefour area you can use this voucher. I want to know that before the same place Hyper Panda accepting but Festival city own by Alfuttaim but your own Carrefour not accepting your own coupons.
So I request you to please accept the Festival city coupon and give show your good will to customers.

I submitted my inquiry in March/2017, and my inquiry has never been processed.

Carrefour sony xperia xa

I bought Sony Xperia XA from Landmark store on 15th June.
But traveled outside Qatar and won't be back until 30th of June.

The phone is not working properly, keeps deleting contacts, messages, etc...

Also it's consuming all the data plan despite several trials to reset or to rectify this issue, attached complaint done with Sony ME (in Arabic).

I'm in a very embarrassing situation as it was supposed to be a gift to my sister and it's not working.

You have 2 options, To replace the phone from any Carrefour in Egypt, or extend the money back period more than 15 days so when I get back Doha, I'll give you the device and get my money back, as I'll have to get my sister another gift from Egypt and won't need your phone anymore.

Carrefour faulty lg television

I bought a television a year ago from Carrefour, The Hub in Karen.

It has broken down twice and I am not getting the matter resolved. They have taken the TV to LG and no one has bothered to resolve my problem 10 days later.

The call centre will not put you through to the store and there is not one manager on the ground that will take a call from me.

I am nausheen, my husband brought iphone 6s plus from carrefour mirdiff city center. We buy it on 18th may 2017 around 21:48 at night. You sales man sell it without telling us that its a pre-owned mobile. And most important on receipt its not mention that its a pre-owned mobile. So basically carrefour cheated on us.in less than one month it handed almost 4-5 times. On 24th june 2017 in morning around 04:40 am it stop working. Whole day that iphone is not in working order. I call your service center and they ask me to visit they store. From 24th of june I am continuously visiting your mirdiff store and they are not taking action just saying that we cant help you. Shame on you carrefour you cheated me. I am your customer you have to respect me. Instead of that mirdiff city center making fun of me. Yur manager sachin rehman and salesman muhammad imran just trying to make me fool. Shame on your workers carrefour. I want you to exchange my iphone 6s plus with a new one. Carrefour rude comments from staff to customer

As I have only lived in Belgium for a few months, my Flemish is not fluent as of yet. I asked a member of staff, a woman called Chris, if she could show me where the pegs were. She asked me if I live in Belgium, and she was appalled I couldn't speak Flemish. She then told me how she speaks 5/6 languages, and walked off after showing me where the pegs are, telling me to "go and learn Flemish". I am a musician and the time I have spent in Belgium has been networking with bands and communicating through music. I think it is incredibly rude and unfair to boast about how fluent she is in 6 languages, and not use her skill to help me communicate with her. Yes, my Flemish needs work and the word for "pegs" hasn't come into my vocabulary yet, but I am disappointed she was not more welcoming. I have never been met by a person who was is so rude and hurtful when it comes to judging the language skills of a person you do not know. I hope you seriously re-evaluate your staff.

We bought 3 vinyl seat folding chairs on 5 May 2017 for use when our friends arrived. The first time we used them was on Saturday 10 June 2017. They had been stored inside our apartment.

After one use the vinyl seats were split apart on two chairs and a hole was forming on the third.

We went back to the Carrefour listed above to return the chairs.

We were refused. The manager told me that we had damaged the chairs somehow. I explained the chairs were only used the one time as extra seating at a dinner party. No one stood on the chairs or were rough and that contrary to his opinion our clothes did not damage the chairs.

By example i ran my fingers over the vinyl to show him the vinyl was failing. He still refused.

This was the first time i bought hard goods from Carrefour and with this example of poor quality goods and customer service it will be my last.

I intend on posting my information any and everywhere to warn people. Trip Advisor is next.

Carrefour order # [protected]

To Whom it May Concern:

I've been dealing with a delivery ( Order # [protected] ) for over a week now and am tired of the poor customer service from Carrefour here in Shanghai. I have attached copies of the correspondence, none of which have been responded to. This is the third time delivery has been personally assurred would come by a certain time and I've wasted my valuable itme waiting for the arrival. I feel completely unvalued as a customer, and frankly, disrespected, as I warned the agent last time that I had no more faith in Carrefour's ability to make good on delivery promises and he personally guaranteed that the delivery would come on time.

In short, the delivery was supposed to arrive on June 6th - I waited the entire day and it never arrived. Customer service called me on the morning of the 7th with no apology, simply asking when they could come again. I informed them on Thursday morning and they agreed. I came home after work to find the groceries, most of which perishables, sitting in front of my door. All of the cold items were spoiled. I contacted CS again, they said they would resend the bad items on Sunday before noon. Again, no one showed up. I received calls in the afternoon, and the agent said he would resend. I told him on Tuesday morning before noon. This is now quarter to 1pm and I'm tired of waiting and tired of this unbelievable situation.

I'm emailing the website because no one ever responds to my other emails - I simply get calls asking when they can redeliver.

I ask of whoever reads this message to tell me A) how Carrefour will make up for all my lost time, hassle and inconvenience B) how you will make sure that this kind of service doesn't happen in the future, and C) how I will finally get my order, placed well over a week ago. I continue to patiently wait for a response.
