James Dampier sold me a carport, for which I paid a $1900 deposit. The check cleared the bank the next day. It's been well over a month and we went from getting excuses to why he keeps standing us up to now not even returning our calls. We have made every reasonable attempt possible to resolve this. We are now suing him. Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not do business with any of the names he uses for his 'business':

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I couldn't agree more, horrible owner and company
didn't show up when he said would, should up unannounced and unexpected
hung my patio cover in the wrong spot, had to take it down and rehang it.

tried to cal several times, keeps promising me "oh it's a 5 minute job, we'll be by there tomorrow, over a month now

anyone have any suggestions? please do not use this guy
