My card provider refused due payment of GBP 1126.81 at 7.44 pm (uk) on the 12/12/17 but they did send me a text at 7.44 to ask me if it was ok to send money which I relied yes to immediately and they sent me another text at 4.47 saying ok we will pay. Apparently they told agoda this but they did not respond and cancelled the booking, ie 3 minutes. So Agoda say they sent me an email but I have no record of this but I do find a missed called from +[protected] on the 13/12/17 at 8.27am with no message. In other words unless I had rung Agoda today with an unrelated query I would have not known that my holiday accommodation had been cancelled. Thanks agoda !!! This was a special occasion as my other daughter had also booked in separately which was ok. Agoda as far as I can gather made no particular effort in this regard as they gave 3 mins to pay and a missed call with no message and as far as I can ascertain no email message. Luckily I was able to book 2 other rooms at Lanta nature beach resort today which appears not to be as good as 2 bungalows previously booked. I am a 67 year old woman with atrial fribulation and nearly had a heart attack over this. Funnily enough you were able to send me an email today to tell me my issue had been resolved!! Well NO because we will have sub standard accommodation to what we booked as well of the shock to myself. However I do value the patience and understanding of your operator today. I would like a response please on but of course you already have this email. Regards Carolyne Jones
