caroline & tammy / no customer service

i reccived an item that i wanted to return--i called that same day and the customer service department is just a voice mail for someone named Kathy so i left numerous messages and emails but to no avail
i had also put items in Jewelry Jail that i want to cancel and get my money back STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY

    Our customer Service Hours are as follows:
    Mondays 9-5 est
    Tuesdays 9-5 est
    Fridays 9-5 est
    You can also leave a message if any of the above times are not conveinant and your call will be returned the next Business Day.
    Our Customer Service times are listed on our Voice Mail Recording if you call after normal business hours.

    I must have reached the wrong number, by the way was listed on their invoice. Mailbox was full. I ordered one each of two items. I received two of one item. Can't speak with anyone reference this error. Why should I have to pay for shipping it back when I did not make the error?

    I received my diamond vintage ladies ring two days ago. I literally cried. I had to sell my engagement ring @ 20 yrs ago for my moms funeral. Since then I have been looking for a replacement. This ring is PERFECT!!! I've seen a lot of jewelry tv and have worked in the business and believe Caroline and Tammy are down to earth, honest, funny and have something for everyone! Love their show!     I bought a ring from Caroline and Tammy and was assured it would arrive in 3 days. It is now 8 days and have called the telephone number posted, left my message and still have not had any response. Of course the money has been taken from my account !!!

    Now Caroline and Tammy have the "policy" if you put something in "Jewelry Jail" you DON'T get your money back so BUYER BEWARE. You get an "in-store" credit! Before you got a refund from their "Jewelry Jail" the way you put it in not a refund all at once which is BOGUS. I know they never answer their phone so just send it back without an RMA number but don't expect a refund. The jewelry isn't in jail YOUR MONEY IS! If you purchase something without JEWELRY JAIL then and only then can you get your money back.

    I purchased an onyx/MOP necklace last week from Caroline and Tammy's live show. The item arrived about five days later and I tried it on - I had an immediate severe allergic reaction to my neck and chest area - large hives and that scared me so bad I almost went to the emergency room. I have NEVER HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO A PIECE OF JEWELRY BEFORE. I have a very large jewelry collection - puchased from ShopNBC, Ross-Simons, QVC, JTV and - but have NEVER had this happen. There are many reputable online jewelry retailers with amazing products, good pricing and excellent customer service.I too called the company the first day customer service was available - Monday - at 866-677-6363 - the order arrived the previous Saturday - and got voicemail stating "someone" would call me back. I also tried emailing the email address on the invoice however my email message was returned "Undeliverable"., I am glad I did not trust these people enough to spend alot more on the first order - I tried an inexpensive item first - $49.99. Things do NOT add up - no working customer service number - ten (10) days to return the order but must receive "authorization" first. If I do not hear back within 24 hours I intend to turn the matter over to my state attorney general's public protection unit - in Oklahoma we have a very aggressive attorney general's office that pursues retail fraud - ask Wells Fargo, BoA and Citibank.

    I called during "office hours" and got voicemail. The invoice states 10 days to return item so there should be live customer service - otherwise a company gives an impression they are a fraud. Don't waste your time or money with these people or you will regret it - and ignore the 2-3 comments stating this is a reputable company - it isn't and the comments are employee posted fakes because of numerous complaints..

    I've had the same experience with customer service and the 'jewelry jail'. I was not told when I put items in layaway if they were to be returned it would be an instore credit. I don't plan on buying another item from these trashy folks, so an 'instore credit' is not satisfactory. There is rarely an answer on the phone, usually a message to leave a number, but calls are not returned. When I paid off my layaway, I had to call 3 weeks later to ask why my items hadn't been shipped. There is nothing on the invoice stating instore credit will be issued rather than a refund. I could not believe the poor quality of items. I received a stainless steel item with a cracked up MOP coating on the back. This was supposed to be sterling. Other item was a cheap flimsy amber pendant that was over priced. When they are on the air and ask 'who's your caller', it seems they are determining whether to give a discount.-- definate BUYER BEWARE!!! One lie after another regarding their policies.

    I love Carolyn and Tammy. I buy a lot for Children and Grandchildren, and myself, have never had a problem and plan to shop again. Love those Ladies.

    I totally disagree with the above complaints. First estate purchase i made was several years ago. item was exactly as - if not better than - described and i get complements still on how unique and pretty it is (articulated triple heart garnet and iolite necklace). the price was affordable, the pendant beautiful, and i received it in less than 10 days. this past purchase wasn't as trouble-free only in that the item i ordered was supposed to be an 18-inch necklace and it turned out to be 17 inches. i emailed customer service with my observation and told them i wasn't going to return it simply because the shipping charge ($6) was 1/3 of the cost of the item and i didn't think i'd use a $20 store credit in a timely manner but i just wanted them to know my thoughts. to my utter surprise and great delight, Chassidy replied to my email within 24 hrs and told me she would credit my account the $20 AND i could keep the necklace. Caroline and Tammy are a hoot, the show has fabulous unique estate jewelry, their customer service is prompt, courteous, friendly and - in my experience - easily accessible, and delivery is spot on (they are in Tennessee and i am in Arizona). Five stars all the way around.
