HORRIBLE service from this company that takes no responsibility for their products. We purchased (2) $2, 800 Bradington-Young leather sofas on 12/10 and when they arrived 2 months later and one was scratched they made us send it back to the factory for it to be repaired. This took a month and when it was delivered it was the wrong sofa entirely! The delivery company they contracted with had to locate the sofa (*we stayed in contact with the delivery company since Carolina Rustica would never call us back or keep us informed, they washed their hands of it since it was now the delivery companies responsibility) and then it took a couple weeks to find it and another before it was delivered. When it arrived the scratches had been repaired and looked even worse than when we received it the first time. We had to fight with CarolinaRustica to get some money off since we couldn't do anything about the sofa at this point. Just awful and not worth saving any money for the lack of service and inability to stand behind their product.
