I sent for some merchandise from an ad in the Sunday paper from Carole Martin. My check was cashed, but I never recieved the merchandise

    I, also sent a check for products from a sunday ad and did not receive them. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered them.

    Our records indicate that this order was entered into our system on 10/20/2008 and was shipped 11/12/2008, less than 3 weeks after the check was received by us.
