Carl's Jr. sexual content

The resent commercial is way to sexual to be shown on tv where we have our children watching tv. Do to this commercial I now have to speak with my child an inform him that this is wrong n shouldnt be shown on tv that young children are watching. I mean if your willing to pretty much show a women having dry sex to sell your new burger what are you guys going to show next. You need to take into consideration we as partens do not believe this is ok for you to be showing an you as a company should respect the innocents of a child's mind. For god shakes we have children having kids these days so give them more ideas.

yeah on march 24th i went through the carls drive through at 1:30 pm and got 2 burgers . after starting the second burger i chomped on the third bite and bit something hard which damaged a tooth it turned out to be a piece of metal(they think it's from a wire fence) they promised to fix the damage and tried to rush me out and keep me quiet. i had to go back and fight to get handed off to there insurance co as they promised the first time and they have done nothing but give me broken promises and strung me along. they recently dispatched there investigator out to my small town odd because i said until they treated me better i would not meet with himbesides they already have mywritten story on report (faxed allover the place) and the evidence in hand . it's obvious they've hurt others too and are now trying to quiet it up.

I would not recommend carls jr, or thier chicken strips to anyone! I was so disgusted with the fake chicken and horrible taste I spit out my first bite and threw away the rest of my meal. The fries were also extremely greasy, and my sprite was flat. It was a very bad experience and I do not plan on eating there ever again. If carls jr can't get something like chicken strips right, I can't believe what other fake, processed ingredients go into the other food they offer!

The best thing you can do is contact the local newspaper. They love to do stories like this. Don't exaggerate anything though. They will find out and you will be in trouble.

Carl's Jr. raw chicken

I ordered a Chicken Wrap (basically a chicken finger wrapped in a tortilla). It was raw. I didnt make a scene but neither the store manager nor the Corporate office offered an apology. I took pictures. It was a thing of beauty.

Carl's Jr. wrong order

A couple of co-workers and I like to get breakfast at Carl's once a week. In the last four visits, I have ordered either the ham, egg, and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Three out of those four times, I get sausage, egg, and cheese. I can't understand why I continue to get the sausage - are they just trying to get rid of it? Unfortunately there is no other Carl's close to the office. I figure I'll have to go in instead of going through the drive-thru and then when I get the bag, check every sandwich just to make sure it is right. Ridiculous.

Carl's Jr. bad food

I went to my local Carl's Jr and ordered through drive through. I could not understand the employee, but the order was correct. The food however was horrible. I ordered the Big Carl, and first, the burger was not put together right, one of the patties was complety off the bun, showing that the preparer was not paying attention, second, the burger was not edible, the patties were burnt to a crisp. I have had my problems with this place before, and this has made my decision to not go back to Carl's Jr again.

Hi, I visted carls jr on april 5 around 10 pm here in commerce, Ca in telegraph street next to the 5 fwy n I was really hungry after a really busy day and I order the santa fe combo and I ask for pjack cheese instead of the american cheese n when I got to see I notice there was american cheese! When I perfectly said PJACK CHEESE! And I got really mad then I went to the drive thru window n gave me a new one n the chicken and bread were really cold! I was really infuriated because I went to complaint bout something an they make it even worse! I was really mad and had to throw it away.

I was in a hurry to get some food last night for dinner and decided to give the Green Burrito near Target in Poway a try. I ordered the two taco combo and was horrified when I got the order. There was a long, black hair stuck inside one taco, connected to the other taco. It was SO GROSS! They weren't even apologetic about it when I brought it to the counter. Since the cashier talked to the woman in the kitchen in Spanish, I have no idea what she said about it. I will never eat there again. And to the classy lady who grabbed a tomato from the salsa bar with her bare hand as she walked by, get some manners. You had your three kids with you. Great role model you are.

Carl's Jr. bad service

I invited my family to a meal at you restaurant and to enjoy a good time together but when we ordered our food we asked for the items to be fresh. When they brought us our food, the food was not fresh and the meat was cold. My six dollar burger bun would even disolve into pieces with every bite that I took. And my wifes and sons burgers were cold and the meat as well so my wife went to return her and my sons burgers and your coook was very rude adn talkin back to her telling her she wasnt gonnsa exchange the burger because its was ok my wife just went to tell the the burgers were cold I dont know why she stared talking back to her and acting rude me and my family really like eating at your restaurant but I will not be inviting them to thie resturant again and have this embarrasing situation happen again.. The cooks name was ofelia..

Carl's Jr. turned off fountain cus used of water cup

This was on sat 9, 2001 around 8
We had orderd the original salad, the taco salad. And a med. Combo for the chicken tenders.
I thought to myself I cant share the straw with my sister and mom!
So I ask the cashier (who served us luis) for a small cup.
I pore soda onto the small cup for myself.
I go back the fountain, and right when my drink was full the machine sound as if they ran out.
"the workers said the machine is broken"
When we got our order (the cashier luis) points at the small cup tells me "your actually suppose to pay for those drinks" I told him I the the soda from our cup.
So now the people who wanted to get soda had to go ask the counter.
While we were eating im facing the fountain and the counter.
I see one of the workers from the back walking towards the fountain to get a drink "luis is waving his finger no no no!" the worker didnt see him!
And what do you know the fountain works!

I told my mom what I had just saw!
She go to the counter for soda ask whats wrong with the machine.
Luis says "oh its broken right now!"
My mom tells him "my daughter got soda from our cup"
The other worker ask my mom if she'd like to speak the the manager!

Manager comes out I tell him how I got my drink!
He tells me we'l turn it back on for you.
I ask him why is the machine off?
He said "we dont want customers especially the kids to get the impression you can get soda with the water cup"
I said "so your saying you turned off the machine cus you think I used the small cup to get soda!?"
The manager goes"no no" I said yes that's what your saying!
I told him "before you accuse me of stealing soda from your machine cheek your camera and anyways I paid for our soda and everyone else in the store also!"
This jerk tells me why do you have that cup its only for water?
I tell I have a cold sore so I didn't want to share!
Then he tells me "why didn't you just buy another cup its only a dollar?"
I yell at him"for what we paid for our drink! Why dont you take the fountain machine off so you can just serve the people the soda!"
He says I dont know what to tell you "we'll turn the machine back on"
I walk a away "tell him your just being rude!" he says and your not?"
I tell him"of course!"

wow i only pored soda onto a cup cus of my cold sore.
and we ordered a med cup and a combo!

if i got soda from the fountain with the "water cup" then i dont blame them for turning off the fountain.
"but i didnt !"

for ex:
issss it stealing, when a parent ask for a cup for their child and pores soda from their own?

how am i stealing?
when got a refill i used my moms cup .
the only reason why i pored my self some soda onto the water cup was cus i had the cold sore!

When I went back the fountain I used my moms cup(the white cup)
So yess I was refilling our original cup, since it was already somewhat eempty.
And while I was refilling the soda became all watery, the cashier turned it off while I was still refilling.

Carl's Jr. moldy food

My friend and I decided to go to the movies today and since we had half an hour before it started we grabbed lunch at Carl's Jr. next door. I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken Salad since I had never tried it before. It was a good salad to start, but started to taste odd by the time I got about half way done with it. I decided to mix it up some because I figured that it was just that it was a flavor from something new that wasn't on the top layer. To my surprise the flavor was something new... the bottom materials had mold on them. Needless to say I tossed the rest of the salad and made a complaint to the company on their website. I'm posting here just to say be careful with their salads and make sure if you do order one to check the bottom before you leave the restaurant.

Carl's Jr. mistreated by general manager (chris sharma)

On april 1st took my baby to carls jr for breakfast between 9am-10am. I ordered #1 value meal which was famous cheese meal with medium fries and a medium drink. After couple of bites I saw a bacon in my sandwich right away I showed it to the general manager (chris sharma) I told him its against my religion to eat bacon, he saw the sandwich and told me its red onion I asked him to check properly its bacon, he turned back and asked the cook to make me another one, I told him dat I would like to get my money back instead, he gave me $2.61 back for the sandwich. After few minutes he came in the lobby & started cleaning the tables and he found the left over fries and he brought it and put it on my tray and asked me to eat free fries. When I walked in the store I saw a customer (black female) eating from that fries and she left without finishing her food. He also said that my son (2 1/2 yr) looks like a dog, when I told him that I will complain than he said oh he looks cute. I left da fries onthe side of the table accidently it fell on the floor when I got up to leave he asked his employees to clean the floor and he even said to them that iam keeping my house dirty like that. That general manager should not act like that towards his customers.

Carl's Jr. bad service and food

I ordered a teriyaki burger, jalepeno burger and chocolate cake . When I receievd my order there was no chocolate cake and when I asked them for it they said no and that I owed them money. I had to make the poorly educated cashier recount the money and find out that she was wrong so I can can get my cake. The other problem with my order was that the burgers were both cold and they treated my order carelessly, it was a mess.

I thought I would never buy from their again, but I gave it another try because I thought I wouldn't get bad service again. When I made my order for a jalepeno burger, fries and soda, I didn't receieve a burger without jalepenos and fries and it was cold once again. I demanded a refund but they didn't want to so they had to remake my order correctly. By far this is my least favorite restaurant and I don't know why they are famous for their low qual;ity burgers.

I suggest nobody buys from carl's jr. until they learn to hire better employees and give better service.

Carl's Jr. I got robbed $20 no food no money back!!!

My name is Yvonne and i totally agree with your comment. I just recently had a very aggravating experience with Carl's jr. myself, here in el centro CA located on adams ave and imperial 1498 Adams Ave. el centro Ca 92243 to be exact. Yesterday (9/9/2010 about 9:29 pm) evening after I got my payroll check from work I went straight to the bank to cash it, i requested the teller to give me nothing but $20 dollar bills went I cashed my check.

After a long day at work all i wanted to do was go to carl's jr. buy my family and I dinner so I can go home, eat and rest. Keeping In mind that Like I said I know for a fact That I had nothing Other than $20 dollar bills inside of my wallet! I placed an order at the drive thru cashiers name Priscilla; I ordered 5 piece chicken strips and an order of super nachos, My order came to a total of $9.71, When it came for me to pay the cashier, again as i said before I pulled out a $20.oo dollar bill to pay for my order, soon after the cashier gave me my change back i notice she only returned .29 cents back like if i had payed with a $10 dollar bill instead of A $20 DOLLAR. I automatically called this mistake to her attention and told her "excuse me but i gave you a $20 dollar bill and you only returned 29 cents back" with a confused look on her face she asked me "oh you gave me a twenty dollar bill? let me get my manager. I thought to myself "Hello don't you ever pay attention to the amount of money you are receiving from customers and what they pay you?!"

This point she gets her manager (Jorge, which was a bigger ### than the cashier herself) the manager was counting her cashier register and he states that all the money in the cashier adds up with the amount in the register was even and equal to the amount that they been collected and that it was correct ( he stated that the computer had register a balance sale for the amount of $524. dollars and when he counted the money in cash he came up to an amount of $525. and some change. I Have been a manager of a dental office for a very long time AND I WORK WITH MONEY ALL THE TIME AND I NEVER CLOSE MY END OF DAY SHEET WITH MORE MONEY IN THE REGISTER THAN THE AMOUNT ON MY COMPUTER, SOMETIME I COME UP A COUPLE CENTS LESS OR EXACT MONEY but NEVER MORE, WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW THEY CAME UP WITH MORE CASH THAN WHAT THEY ARE REGISTERING ON THE COMPUTER HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? ARE THEY NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE MONEY THEY RETURN TO CUSTOMERS HOW MANY PEOPLE BESIDES ME HAVE THEY RIPPED OFF?!

By this point I was so aggravated and smoking pissed off, I decided to cancel my order and I just wanted a refund for my money. I was so upset now not just because of the horrible customer service but by the justice not being found. I started doing the math on my head and I came up with the conclusion that the only way my $20 dollar bill magically dissapeared and made the cashier register balance correctly had to be that before I placed and order the incompetent cashier must have given a wrong amount of change back to another customer before me or forgot to charge for something and which automatically made her register $9.00 dollars short before I even got there, and when i placed my order and gave her my $20 dollar bill her register even out to balance.

They kept telling me that there was no proof that i had payed with a $20 dollar bill because if that was in fact true they would be exactly ten dollars over. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do that. By the end off the night I left carl's jr. unsatisfied, aggravated, with no food and no money whats so ever back. I been robbed $20 dollars and the only thing they said they could do is give me the upper management 1877- star number and hope that they resolve the problem for me. I called this number spoke to an operator explain to her the situation (teresa) and now I am waiting for them to call me back with a solution. My advise to other people is to completely avoid going to that carl's jr. seems to me that the employee's there have no idea what they are doing and the place is being run by a ### of a manager which has no idea how to manage a business or even offer customer satisfaction.

I went to store 625 today and Sarah the manager took my order and she was very unprofessional, disrespect, and most definitely had a attitude. I'm currently a guest that comes all the time and I don't appreciate the disrespect.

Your location at Glen Court Place, 5315 W Rosecrans Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250which is advertised as a 24 hour location with advertisements on the windows and sign did not serve us. We went rhrough the drive through and were told they were notbtakijg orders. As driving by we saw employees sitting around the lobby area not attending any costumers

I live in roswell new Mexico our Carl's Jr is poorly stocked. We go several times before and there always out of a tea unsweet/sweet and meat sizes, or meet to make tacos out of.

Rude customer service. Ordered a combo and they charged me twice for hash browns so I had a bag full of hash browns I didn't want and didnt order. Went to the lady up front and she told me that that's what I ordered and she wouldn't refund my money for her mistake.

There was nobody in line and we had to wait just 5 minutes to order, I order and have to wait another 15 minutes just for my food and when I get my food they were rude. I'm about to eat and check my bag, there is no syrup with my French toast sticks.

Carl's Jr. piece of plastic in food

First of all, the service and food itself was what i ordered and this complaint isn't against the way they do business. This complaint addresses a piece of plastic found buried in my chili cheese fries. At about two inches wide and one inch long with a slight curve in it, it certainly had no place in my food. I suspect it to be a broken piece of equipment, that was snapped off into my food unnoticed as it was being prepared. It was brought to my attention as I raised a forkful of chili cheese fry into my mouth and its normally mushy texture was interrupted by the hard and sharp edges of the uninvited piece of plastic that was thankfully was too big to choke on. How it snuck its way into my food, I can't say. What I can say is it had no place in my food.

Today, January 25, 2011 I went to the drive through during my lunch break, just want to say that the MANAGER there is very rude, I personally heard him scolding the employees. Not only did he overcharge me when I had already paid for an item, he had a horrible attitude, and I wasn't going to argue about a couple of dollars when I had to get back to my job. Never am I ever going to that restaurant. This happened in Montebello, California.

Carl's Jr. terrible service

This particular carls jr service sucks the employes seem miserable working there and treat the costumers like crap and the food looks like a dog got to it before they serve it I bought a couple six dollar burgers and I think I got a famous I asked for ketchup and ranch and I got 2 ketchups and 1 ranch it seems they might be deduting the condiments from their salaries because they get mad if you ask for more. I would not ever recomend you go eat at this place if you do you are going to be disapointed. They suck food sucks and employees are rude.

As i was sitting on the toilet moving my bawls, taking a dump. the mgr or whoever she was unlocked the bathroom door. in which other people could see me. Then grabbed my back pack and stole it. put it behind the counter then threw it awsy. it was over a $200 pack. there was no reason these actions that were done to me.

Carl's Jr. unsanitary conditions and tainted food

Ok so I'm not big on complaining about stuff usually but this one got me real bad... I went to the Carl's restaurant in Newport Beach CA (3101 Newport Blvd) this morning and ordered a large portabello six dollar combo. Order was received and processed by a lady who had been mopping floors as I was walking into this completely empty restaurant. She didn't wash her hands before handling my credit card, after which she got my drink cup, straw and the lid, jammed the latter two into the cup with her bare hand and, walked over to the grill and slammed my beef patty on it with her unwashed hands she had just handled the floor mop with! I was gonna say something right then but figured that maybe it's not THAT bad... next, another employee merged from the kitchen area, cleaning the shelves behind the counter with a rag. She was arranging wrapping papers and some other products there and getting supplies, wiping down the shelves with a rag before placing the items on them. As my beef patty got done on the grill, she dropped the rag and started preparing my burger without washing her hands or putting any gloves on. I know all this so precisely because they have an "open kitchen" there and after the mopping lady incident, I was paying close attention to everything concerning my food. I sat down as the food was delivered to my table and I was going back and forth for about 6-7 minutes between just getting up and walking away and calling out the manager. I finally decided to talk to the manager, being too grossed out by the cooks. I had not touched my food other than 2-3 fries and a sip from my cup and I felt nauseous after that. I asked the lady at the counter to call the manager, she said "right away" so I sat back down. A minute later she comes back and tells me that their team leader is on a break and will be seeing me in about 10 minutes! I insisted on talking to the manager right away so finally she came. I told her about the issue and asked for a refund, she was starting to tell me about all the different reasons why everything was handled the way it was but I wasn't interested in hearing any of it. I had also pointed it out to another customer who had walked in as I was dealing with my issue and he also requested a refund instead of food and left without eating at the same time I walked out. I can only wonder where that mop had been and what was on the lady's hands who dealt with receiving my order... and the cook who actually put my burger together didn't find anything frong with switching over to food preparation from cleaning, stocking and having a dirty rag in her hand a moment earlier. I'm no doctor but this can't be good for anybody. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Carl's (or was at least til this morning) but this is just wrong. I highly doubt this complaint will ever reach the corporate office but these people need to know what's going on in their establishments! I will no longer visit Carl's Jr and will make sure every friend of mine knows about my today's story and draws their own conclusions.

Carl's Jr. what a disapointment

I visited the Carl's Jr. in Arroyo Grande this morning and ordered a bacon and egg birrito and I must say it was gross! the tort was hard and there was like a half piece of bacon and it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I could've spent my $3 bucks and had something I could actually eat.

Carl's Jr. health warning

Ive been working at this carls jr for close to three to four weeks, just last week our current manager was transfered to another location. A result to that was new management, and two days ago I found out this new manager was picking the trashes to re-use some of the ketchup packets, and give them back to the customers after being thrown in a trash full of other peoples trash. None of the customers know this because she gets the trash and has someone else pick it in the back room, in silence. Re-used ketchup packets is sure to be a health issue not only to the customers in the store and drive-thru, but to the poor mental teenager she has doing her dirty work! I also go fired today over a call, because she found out I knew and was upset for her crul work, so she decided her best chance was to fire me and hire someone new..

Carl's Jr. scram through the drive through

We are writing just to let others know:

Recently, we had the worse experience ever after visiting this local fast food chain we frequently visit @ 1790 University Drive, Vista, CA [protected] (which is owed privately ---25+fast food chain) .For the past year we enjoyed go to this Carl’s Jr. (Fast Food Chain). This chain is the closest one to our home & it is the most convenient for our family.
They are always, always making simple mistake with our orders through the drive thru. Our order is always the same and it’s a very simple request on all (Burgers or Fish Sandwich(s), we request “NO CHEESE” Please) How easy is that? “NO CHEESE”, Please…on anything we order.
We hate the idea of any type of conflict: for the thought or nightmare of them doing something to our food. We are extremely patience, and respectfully requesting the employee to correct the simple mistake.
However, we recently learned from our experience that this is all part of an act!
We learned that their employees do keep your ATM/BANK Card. So Please BE WARE!
(Think about it for a moment: Their staff is a high turn over of employees/language difficultly to understand/, they incorporate a lot of confusion through the drive thru, etc…)

Neverless, after visiting this private owed 25+ fast food chain, and noticed that they "DID NOT" return our Debit Card. We within the HOUR contacted & confronted the number posted
[protected]-STAR called “UPPER MANAGEMENT”

We had to make nurmerous calls to this number before they finally called back. They claimed that they reviewed their cameras, & stated that “MY” ATM was given & return to me. They told me I probably mistakenly, “Threw my card away”, or maybe “Even Drop It Somewhere?” Which I know for a fact I never did any of the above. Within the hour I had to go to my nearest bank & make the necessary cancellation.
In essence, this was an extremely inconvenience for me. Also, my family is in law enforcement and I have been told that this is the first step towards Identy Theft-Fraud. I am sharing my story so no- others have to be inconvience. “The Drive Through" is when one is the most variable.
PS. Our family never worked at a fast food chain, and we do not gain any intrest in regards to our experience. Thank you for sharing our story. Be Sure to Get Your Bank Card Back!

My name is yvonne and I totally agree with your comment. I just recently had a very aggravating experience with carl's jr. myself, here in el centro ca located on adams ave and imperial 1498 adams ave. el centro ca 92243 to be exact. yesterday (9/9/2010 about 9:29 pm) evening after I got my payroll check from work I went straight to the bank to cash it, I requested the teller to give me nothing but $20 dollar bills went I cashed my check.

After a long day at work all I wanted to do was go to carl's jr. buy my family and I dinner so I can go home, eat and rest. keeping in mind that like I said I know for a fact that I had nothing other than $20 dollar bills inside of my wallet! I placed an order at the drive thru cashiers name priscilla; I ordered 5 piece chicken strips and an order of super nachos, my order came to a total of $9.71, when it came for me to pay the cashier, again as I said before I pulled out a $20. oo dollar bill to pay for my order, soon after the cashier gave me my change back I notice she only returned.29 cents back like if I had payed with a $10 dollar bill instead of a $20 dollar. I automatically called this mistake to her attention and told her "excuse me but I gave you a $20 dollar bill and you only returned 29 cents back" with a confused look on her face she asked me "oh you gave me a twenty dollar bill? let me get my manager. I thought to myself"hello don't you ever pay attention to the amount of money you are receiving from customers and what they pay you?!"

This point she gets her manager (jorge, which was a bigger [censor] than the cashier herself) the manager was counting her cashier register and he states that all the money in the cashier adds up with the amount in the register was even and equal to the amount that they been collected and that it was correct (he stated that the computer had register a balance sale for the amount of $524. dollars and when he counted the money in cash he came up to an amount of $525. and some change. I have been a manager of a dental office for a very long time and I work with money all the time and I never close my end of day sheet with more money in the register than the amount on my computer, sometime I come up a couple cents less or exact money but never more, what I don't understand is how they came up with more cash than what they are registering on the computer how is this possible? are they not paying attention to the money they return to customers how many people besides me have they ripped off?!

By this point I was so aggravated and smoking pissed off, I decided to cancel my order and I just wanted a refund for my money. I was so upset now not just because of the horrible customer service but by the justice not being found. I started doing the math on my head and I came up with the conclusion that the only way my $20 dollar bill magically dissapeared and made the cashier register balance correctly had to be that before I placed and order the incompetent cashier must have given a wrong amount of change back to another customer before me or forgot to charge for something and which automatically made her register $9.00 dollars short before I even got there, and when I placed my order and gave her my $20 dollar bill her register even out to balance.

They kept telling me that there was no proof that I had payed with a $20 dollar bill because if that was in fact true they would be exactly ten dollars over. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do that. by the end off the night I left carl's jr. unsatisfied, aggravated, with no food and no money whats so ever back. I been robbed $20 dollars and the only thing they said they could do is give me the upper management 1877- star number and hope that they resolve the problem for me. I called this number spoke to an operator explain to her the situation (teresa) and now I am waiting for them to call me back with a solution. my advise to other people is to completely avoid going to that carl's jr. seems to me that the employee's there have no idea what they are doing and the place is being run by a [censor] of a manager which has no idea how to manage a business or even offer customer satisfaction.

Carl's Jr. horrible customer service

I went through the drive thru and like usual they asked if I wanted to try a certain item, and I said no and said my order and the worker didnt say anything so I waited a few minutes still nothing so I said hello and still no answer until about 2 minutes later and she asked what I wanted to order so I ordered and went up to pay and they didnt even take my money for about 5 minutes. Then I got home and I was missing an item and they didnt even give me a reciept so I called to make a complaint and the so called manager that was working had a really bad attitude and couldnt even listen to what I was saying I had to repeat myself about 4 times so I got sick of it and asked for her manager over her and she would not let me speak to him and she just kept speaking over me!

Carl's Jr. not honor discount card

Carl's Jr advertises with The Savings Card that you "Buy any sandwich and get one sandwich of less or equal value."

While trying to use the card for their Big Carl I was told that the owners are not honoring the discount for this sandwich as they were not going to make any money.

I complained and was told that "Promotions were not included" but the add did not say this. After my complaint to BBB the Owners changed the add, although I have the Original Internet Add.

I feel that Carl's Jr refusal to honor their contract with me fails to meet their Parent Companys code of Business Conduct and Ethics. It states therin under the subheading "OUR RESPONSIBILITIES" " We at CKE (the parent company) cannot and will not compromise compliance with this Code or applicable laws to meet financial plans or maximize profits."

Carl's Jr. stay away

I have been going to Carl's Jr for a long time and occasionally there would be a mistake but I like my food relatively plain so it is understandable but about 8 months ago I placed an order and it was given to me wrong. The next time I went to Carl's Jr I noticed that what I had ordered was incorrect again so I began keeping track on a piece of paper I leave on my center console. In the last 20 Drive Thru Orders they have given me the wrong order 16 times. If I order a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich I get Ham. If I order Anything Plain with Cheese only I get it plain without any cheese. I have even ordered a fish sandwich plain with cheese only and when I got home there was a slice of cheese between 2 buns. No Fish. Enough is Enough. You guys have become a joke. Most of the time I am happy when the drive thru person even speaks my language.

My complaint first begins with this site. They want way too much information. Drive thru's everywhere are famous for this. Just don't use them. Eat there that way your food is hot and you can throw the trash in there cans.

This is true with most drive thru's. We just stopped fast food period and guess what happened? I lost 27 lbs over a 6 month period. Now occasionally I eat fast food but stay away from the fries and soda's and I have maintained my weight loss. Fast food is poison anyway.

Carl's Jr. rude district manager

I used to work for Carls Jr. and I did not like the attitude of the District Manager. He would always tell all the crew smile smile. He would never smile and he wanted great service when he was not setting and example. Also he has a lot of shift leaders that do not know how to treat the crew as well they scream at them. I got terminated from Carls Jr. because of 2 guest complaints I got I know the guest is always right but i dont find it fair that I got terminated and the rest of the shift leaders there have gotten a lot of complaints and you still have them there. Thank you for your time.

I absolutely love Carl's Jr, the food is great and so is the service until I came to this recent open Carl's Jr. in Carson, Ca on Del Amo st. Which I was happy about because it’s close to the University I attend. The woman in charge (wearing black with no hat) was rude, very disrespectful, and gave me the food incorrectly.

At the time when she was taking my order she ignored me and left before I completed the actual order leaving me talking to the register only. Therefore I repeated what I said two more consecutive times. She kept speaking in Spanish to the other employees around her and she still didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. Finally I purchase my two sandwiches.

When I receive my order and left and I saw what I order was wrong. I went back in right away and told her I wanted mayo on the big Carl like I told her. She responded with an attitude saying that I never mention that to her, when I did three different times. Did she listen to me as the consumer? No she didn’t and she didn‘t give my order how I wanted. This was very disappointing and I’m very unhappy about it.

Am a customer that goes every time, why because before i did like going because the shift leader anayeli was not give good service instead she will be siting down on dine with husband every day restaurant dirty. Not helpful to his coworkers. Instead just sit down and talking ti husband . But there's another shift-leader and her name is deycenia but the first time a when i receive a amazing services that i started to go every day. I just what to said she really need a raise she always helpful to co works everyday smiles and therefor everyone's day happy. No matter if she gets bussing she always give a wonderful services

Carls Jr. 445, Mira Mesa San Diego California. Shift Leader Jorge Vargas steals money from the register, deletes orders from the screens, gives free food away, and takes money that customers leave behind on accident. He uses the money he steals from the company for himself. Justice needs to be served. Talks a lot of ### in spanish about his co workers even if they're right in front of him. Funny how his wife use to steal and got caught for it. Somebody set this guy straight..

Went to your store in Cavecreek and Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ today and order my favorite Western Baconcheeseburger and small zucchini. the service is good, but disappointed with my orders. Put too much barbecue sauce and the zucchini is not fresh, and my sandwich only had one piece of onion ring, supposed to be two pieces, I paid $ 6.10 with these order, if i will pay that much, it better be worth it.
