Carl's Jr. 24 drive thru long beach and willow carl's jr lies refuses service

Supposed to be 24 hour location
Was in line after car gave order was served refused to serve place order over order speaker heard nothing back, drove to front of window to ask why they didn't take out order saying they where closed 10 minutes ago when they just gave the car in front us food.
Attendant was rude and lied about closing 10 mins ago.

Carl's Jr. employee is dishonest and rude

At the Carls location at Beach blvd and Chapman Ave. The man that was working the drive thru window at 1:00 am. Shorted me a dollar and with held my receipt. When I asked for my receipt he immediately got defensive. I told him he should know how to count if working at cash register. He gave me my receipt and the dollar he tried to rip me off for. Then threatened to beat me up. Told me to come back at 3:00 am. In the future I will not go to that location. That employee should not work as a cashier. Or with the public. That location would have more customers return if that individual was not there to short change customers. Then get hostile with the ones that call him on getting back less than the correct change.

Carl's Jr. not taking order correctly then arguing with me

I ordered a burger with no bbq sauce. Repeated it twice to the cashier, I tasted both sauces in the burger, the top bun had bbq sauce on it whist the bottom was ketchup, told them it was bbq and the person in the back insisted it was ketchup I said its not (As if I didnt know the difference between the two when I specifically asked to not have it) , she argued it was, taste it, they didn't taste it but said they would make another one. I sat down but noticed all they did was take off the sauce that was on there and smothered ketchup on instead. They didnt even bother making a new one when there were literally only 2 other customers in the whole place. I tasted the top sauce again and it tasted like bbq and ketchup. I did not bother to eat it. Another worker came out and asked how it was and I said im not going to eat it and she said she would make another one and I said it was ok, she wanted to refund me and I also declined. She then went to the back and you can hear them arguing amongst themselves. It was very unprofessional when it was an easy fix. (I did not let them make me another burger because if theyre already angry, you im sure have already heard horror stories of what people you piss off can do to your food in any food establishment)

Carl's Jr. drive thru order

Just got this order about a half hour ago. 3 kids meals, a chicken sandwich meal and 2 California classics. The food is awful and looks and definitely tastes very old. It's very inconvenient to take this garbage back across town right now and I tried calling but I can't get through to the store which is number 107205 and the phone number to that store is [protected]. It's very disappointing that this has happened again at a different location in little over a week.

Carl's Jr. incorrect drive thru order

Received an incorrect order from my local Carl's Jr. Ordered a double western combo with crosscut fries and a chicken bacon swiss lettuce wrap. I received my burger but instead of my crisscuts and wrap I got an order of fries, zucchini, and onion rings. Since I like across town, I called the location and the phone rang until a fax machine answered. I tried submitting a complaint through the company website but it purposefully omits information so that the complaint won't go through.

I would like to address the issue with your customer service and employee from the location listed above was very rude as my boyfriend and I placed our order. Our experience was awful from the moment we arrived. The counter person named karla, I believe, African American woman whom apparently seemed as if she hated her job took our order in a very rude manner. First off, as i placed my order for your big Carl special, I asked if it came with lettuce, tomato, onions as I described the picture on the window and she blatantly said I was wrong and NO it did not come with those items. She then continued to tell me to order something else, which in the manner she spoke to me made me feel almost intimidated by her and that I shouldn't have ordered what I wanted. After we recieved our food, I asked for ranch and bbq sauce, she then said that we were only allowed 1 of each, if I wanted more I'd have to pay. Now the money wasn't the issue, it was the manner she spoke to me again. I'm not one to complain being that I also am a server and have been in the sering industry for 15 years. I understand this is a fast food establishment but her attitude towards us was just flat out inconsiderate & rude. We enjoy your food and have been to numerous of your locations with no issues nor complaints ever so this is a first. I'm not asking for a handout nor any sort of compensation just simply want your company to be aware of your employees. It's simple courtesy to greet people with a smile and a "hello" or "welcome" and thank you after. Non of those things were said, I did ask again for a receipt being that this employee didn't give us one and your coprorate information from another employee named maria. She was courteous and obviously saw that were displeased. Immediately after my boyfriend and I overheard her asking the rude employee what happened and what did she do?

Any who with all that being said, we will only longer go to that establishment.

Carl's Jr. drive thru employee and manager

A customer in front of me ordered a big order then he proceeded to pull forward. I then placed my order which was a small and quick order. Yet I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in order for the customer in front of me to get his order. As I pulled up I ask to talk to the manager, as I made my complaint to him of why didn't the employee or himself asked the customer to park in the parking lot and that they would take his order to him so myself and the other customers behind me could get theirs faster and not make them wait. His response was that he had barely clocked in and that he asked why wasn't any action taken but I sure as hell didn't believe him.

Hello my name is Jesse, I'm really disappointed on the customer service of this place. 275 S harbor blvd Anaheim ca. [protected] 0rder # 3166/ 3388
3/6/17 @ 5:18:58 pm. So I order and waited for my order with my son that is going to church school and we are on a rush because he just got out of school. Register girl that attended me her name is Johanna takes my order... while I'm waiting there's other customer waiting for they're order, they get they're order and get my chicken tenders by mistake they leave the store Johanna goes and gets my food back from them. She gives it back to the guy in the back and the guy puts the chicken fingers back on the fryer and trashes the box. Than I told Johanna I wanted my money back because I will not eat refried food. The manager takes over and gives me my money back without apoligizing. I did tell him that how can they lye to customers like that he told me he just got there. Manager name is george. I'm really disappointed at this place. My son did not eat anything thanks to the horrible service. I really hope you can take care of this matter as soon as possible and be more professional. Thank you.

Carl's Jr. employee relations

Joseph Faylor has created a hostile working environment at the Carls Jr located on Beale St in Kingman AZ, making it uncomfortable to work there. Ever since the GM made the colossal mistake of promoting him to shift leader, he has caused massive drama and bad feelings among the employees. He started a smear campaign against a fellow manager causing them to be humiliated in front of customers. Another employee stated that he was making rude comments to the other shift leader, making fun of her for having her hours cut. He also told other employees to ignore her requests since he's "working on getting her fired".
We also get constant complaints from customers about his rudeness and excessive wait times. Crew complain that he refuses to let them assist on the line or center post which would help with customer service. He told a crew member that he's "not busting his a** to get orders out", that customers can just wait for him. He also told them to get the "#### off his center post". There are also complaints of him taking numerous breaks even if there are orders needing to be made. One night a former employee stopped by the store and observed Joe Faylor and another employee smoking marjiuana on store property during Joe Faylors shift. Numerous reports have been made to the GM but no action has been taken. I opted to put in my two week notice because I cannot work in such a stressful, hostile environment. Today I came in and found a rude comment on our ROSS board starting "two weeks and the witch is gone".

Carl's Jr. drive thru.

My name is carlos delgado, today i went to carls jr drive thru window and ask for a 9 piece chicken stars combo meal, the guy at the window asked what size i said small then he ask what kind of soda i wanted i said coke but then i change to dr. Pepper, he asked me is that it i say yes so he said ok $4.34 is your total so i proced to drive to the window and when i got there the guy at the window gives me a different total he said its $7.something so i said you said it was $4.34 why is it different now? He try to give me just the chicken stars by itself, the manager came to the window and told me the same thing that for $4.34 i could only get the chicken stars i told him i wasnt leaving the drive thru until he honored the price he said he was calling the cops if i didnt leave, so i stayed there for 30 min until my kids got tired and they told me to leave i tried getting their attention to get my money back but they ignore me until finally the managee came and handed me my $ but in a rude way.

Carl's Jr. food

I went to our "local" Carl's Jr. Which is a 20 mile round trip for my family. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers. 2 no onions. A double cheeseburger. 3 medium fries. 1 large. And a 5 piece chicken tender. I received 2 cheeseburgers with onions. I cheeseburger WITH NO PATTY. One burger with no cheese. 3 medium fries. And 4 pieces of chicken. The burgers were so burnt we had to throw them out. And it was 35.00! I tried calling and no answer. Like I said 20 mile round trip so I am not going back. Thanks alot Sulphur, Ok Carl's Jr!

Carl's Jr. service and discussing food

515pm on 2/26/17 I went to the carl jr drive thru and order 2 fish taco with no tomatoes for 4.99 a chicken tender meal for 10.99 and the double cheese burger meal with no tomotoes for 4.99 paying a total of $23.00 I drove home 2 min away opened my bag to find I recieved two soggy fish taco with smash old tomatoes the chicken was burn and got half filled zucchini and the grosses cheeseburger with onion and tomatoes I was going to take it back but I thought these people would probably give it to the next customer like they did me so instead I'm writing this email to ensure that it doesn't happen again I ended up ordering a pizza because I knew it wasn't going to be a discussing nightmare

Carl's Jr. wait time

We placed our order @ 2:02 of 2 famous stars and one medium fry at the location on lake mead parkway in Henderson, NV. There were not very many people in dining area, as we were waiting we saw at least 5 cars come and go after we ordered, even the costumers in dining area got their food before us. We went up to counter twice to check on status of order and the manager with poor customer service skills told us they were making it, at the very end we heard her call out the order like she was just placing it. So we went up to tell her there were customers behind us that got their order before us, our order was not big and not complicated. All she had to say was I don't know what to tell you. I don't know what to say. Sorry. Let me just give you a refund. Terrible customer service.

Carl's Jr. food

I spent 19 dollars which to me is quite a hunk of change . Unfortunately the food was absolutely horrible both chicken club sandwiches were dry and every bite was fatty. The fries tasted of old grease which made me sick to my stomach. It was by far the most disgusting fast food meal i have ever eaten . I would like some kind of compensation thank you!

I was at the Northwest Highway location in Dallas Texas on Sunday, January 18 at about 5:30 PM we had a long wait of about 15 minutes and we got to the window the worker did not acknowledge us and we still did not get our corrected food and asked if we were waiting for car to drive drove away in response to the wait time. We were not ever come back to this location

Carl's Jr. I am complaining about food and service

I went to Carl's Jr. in Pasadena California on Lake Street I spent over $30 drive-through forgot half my order I had to get out of my car go inside to get the rest of my order and they still forgot my french fries my food was dry it was not even the correct order that I had ordered I keep calling no answer The woman kept my receipt and also kept my coupons when I went inside to let them know what they had forgot so I cannot give you my receipt number because the woman inside kept it and there was no answer and I keep calling them I am very upset and it's a shame because I love Carl's Jr. but I will not be going back this is not the first time that this happens it's about 90% of the time when I go to Carl's Jr. very very disappointed

Carl's Jr. missing fries

Second time I went to Carl's Jr. in San Bernardino
Order 4 for $4 and missing small fries
The first time ok no problem, stuff happens but then went back next week and same thing. I don't feel I was being difficult in the drive thru, all I say is " hello, can I order a 4 for 4" upgrade "no thanks"
Total then drive up.
I prefer not going to other fast food around because I really enjoy Carl's Jr. more not this is not fair.

Carl's Jr. customer service

I went in this morning to the Carl's Jr. #7404, absolute worst service I've ever had. Being that my cousin, Kevin Ziegler, is a regional manager with a close friendship to your CEO, Mr. Puzder, I know for sure the woman that was at the window would definitely not be working there because the standard of service he chooses to uphold is much higher than she has given any time I've gone to this location (I won't be going back to it by the way). I placed my order and get to the window and she just puts her hand out for my money with no total given upon order or at the window. Then she just decides it's a good idea to up charge me for something I didn't order, even if minut in price that shouldn't happen and probably does often, and tries to act like she didn't. Then when I finally get my order and difference in change from up charge, she just says "bye". She did the same to the gentleman in front of me so it must be a common thing for her. The last time I was at this location she rang up my order then asked if I had cash because she she pressed that instead of using my card which she had in her hand. It just baffles me that even at such an easy job people still can't be happy and have any customer service (I say that because I've worked in the food industry before and know "how it is").

My apologies for the small book I just write but at a certain point it becomes too much to just sit back and deal with that, as a customer, when I am always as polite as possible.

Carl's Jr. product

on February 16 around 4:40pm i went to my local Carl's Jr in san gabriel, California where i been have going for years. This is my first bad experience. After getting the 4 for real deal there was bite sized chuck of my chicken sandwich missing from just chicken patty. This is outrageous disrespectful service thought I never would get from here I'm taking business else where.

Carl's Jr. your ceo and your business practices

Your company's anti-worker policies have come into the full view of the American public. Your CEO has been exposed as the woman objectifying, domestic abuser that he is. I can't emphasize enough how embarrassing it has been to sit through your nasty commercials while watching Laker games with my family, my children. I am going to continue to boycott your business (as I have for years) and encourage friends on social media to do the same. America doesn't need your wife abusing CEO's T&A commercials, your unfair policies or your burgers. There are plenty of other choices available.
