After placing a fairly large order online, I was contacted by the owner of the company and was told that my order could not be fulfilled. I was given another option or I could request to have my original order cancelled and refunded. I selected the option to cancel my order and have a refund issued to me.

I was assured by the owner of the company that my order would be refunded immediately that same day. Almost 30 days later, I received my credit card statement with a charge for the amount that I should have received a refund for...needless to say, I was surprised and upset that the owner had not processed the refund as she had promised.

I contacted the store and was assisted by a representative who offered absolutely no apology about the situation. In fact, she was very casual about the transaction and was very dismissive. She said that she would have to "look into the situation and contact me if she had any questions". In my anger, I told her that this type of error was unacceptable and that I did not want to wait any longer for her to research the problem and that I wanted the refund to be issued immediately while I was on the phone with her. Bear in mind that I have already waited nearly one month for the refund to be processed after being assured that it would be handled immediately.

She proceeded to process the refund and then hung up the phone on me. I was shocked about the treatment that I received and emailed the owner about the situation. No apology or acceptance of error has been made.

Please be very careful about shopping at -- this online store clearly does not care about their customers or about your money. There are MANY other boutiques that sell the types of clothing that they sell and those boutiques have always provided outstanding customer care and service.
