this company is calling my PREPAID cell phone 2 or 3 times a day and leaving messages on my voicemail. I have NEVER requested any calls or services from them. I demand that the calls stop or I will take legal action against this company and anyone involved in making these calls.

This is the worse customer service, worse sales, and even worse management! How they represent hotels and cruise lines I will never know. I will never go on carnival cruises because of these idiots. Pam is a loud mouth supervisor! I'm contacting the BBB my friend Melodi Blish is contacting her attorney. Does anybody know how to contact upper management? Contact # [protected] text me info please!

Recently I received a paper in the mail stating that I was a finalist in some sweepstakes for 2.1 million dollars. I was skeptical about said sweepstakes, but I called the number anyway. After being told I was indeed such a finalist, I told them no I did not want their magazines. The young lady transferred me to the Caribbean Cruise lines stating that I had won a free cruise. The man on the phone "Stan" proceeded to tell me that I had indeed won a free 2 night 2 day cruise. He went into a long narrative on how all the food and the like was free, excepting for the mixed drinks. Also tried to sell me some packaged deal for 7 days and 7 nights. I told him I was not interested, but I would indeed like the free cruise. Sure free, that's the word he used. You just have to go to their time share place and look it over. Furthermore, this package he tried so hard to sell me would cost me $500 for 4 people. When I asked him if I needed a passport, he handed me over to his processor person a very rude young man I will call Paul. (Not sure if I got that name right.) After some very tense few minutes, I finally got Paul to say that he would knock off a whole whopping $2 from the price since it would only be me and a friend. Can you imagine that? I finally stated, I DID NOT WANT THE PACKAGE. I told this to him several times. He finally got the message and then proceeded to ask me for my credit card so that I could pay port tax. Well, that is not free, they should have paid that tax. Anyway, I told him sorry my credit cards are all maxed out. He got really snotty when I said that. "Well how did you expect to pay the tax, and you told Stan that you had a credit card. " he yelled into the phone. I hung up on him.
