1: I used ur company to ship my life to the Dominican Republic:
2: while I was there I decided not to have my life shipped over.
3: I called the company they told me A: the barrel was still in Miami & B: I needed to put it in writing that I no longer wanted my barrel shipped C: I'd have to pay and additional fees to have the barrel delivered back to my house in October.
4: at this point I'm $700 in
5: So whenever I have called the company either I can't get them on the phone or the last time I spoke to the secretary she was a complete A$$Whole to me, failing to realize that at this point I'm feeling like I paid Caribbean car go to rob me.
6: So much so that I had to have 2 friends of mine to handle her over the phone because she / customer service was NOT going to help me anymore at all and that was pretty evident.
7: After all this now somehow my barrel still got sent to the Dominican Republic after all this
8: THE SUPERVISORS AT THE COMPANY DONT WANT TO PAY TO HAVE MY BARREL SENT BACK TO ME AND THEY OFFERed MY FRIENDS A couple hundred dollars for my barrel.
9: I NEED MY LIFE BACK NOT a few hundred dollars. It's coast more to ship then what they offered.

In January of 2012 I shipped a package to go over seas with this company... weeks later I found out that the company lost my package and refuse to give me a refund... They have bad customer service cause to this day no one never called me to give e an update ( since they claim they are investigating that what happen to my package.)
So I dont recommend this shipping company... I give them an F... So if you live in the Dc, Va, Md area I will suggest you ship yur packages with another company! There were my first and worst shipping company...
