I signed up for this CarHistory service and paid $1 for the subscription. About two weeks later they charged my card without my permission and took $20 from my account. I contacted CarHistory customer care service and they tried to assure me that was a mistake. They said I'll get my money back and promised to contact me back when everything will be settled. Waited patiently but it really seemed that they did not care. I never got my $20 back, so I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account.
