This website is a scam. I bought Chanel beauty through this website on 29 May 2017 and never received the products despite my credit card being charged for the full amount (147 usd) and having received a confirmation email. The company does not have any phone number for complaints and never replied to the several complaints I sent them. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Never get my order delivered and they never answer my mail.
i ordered 2 shampoo bottles since Aug 21 and now its September 23 and no update on processing shipment since then and i have since complained and sent emails with no replies !

I dont know what else to do as im getting no contact at all and its been weeks my order said it should arrivee 3rd of September 2023 its now the 6th and not even a contact email back or anything.
Carethy never delivered the goods i ordered and despite chasing repeatedly in writing to get a refund I never got a response. Do not trust this shop they are dishonest !

Paguei £36,52 e no dia 13/02 debitaram mais £25,88.

The product has never been sent and the company has never made a refund.
They will ask you to wait a bit with the delivery due to the out of stock and then will stop replying to your requests to refund. SHAME!
Avoid ordering from this "so-called "supplier"!
EXPERIED PRODUCT! Watch out!
This is inexcusable. This people sent my wife an expired product (Radis Noir) showing DLU (Date Limite d'Utilisation): 08/2018! This DLU (in french) means Date beyond which you can no longer use the product. Unbelievably unprofessional!
The refund is supposedly on its way.
One star is even way too much for this so called business!
I also got charged but my order never got processed! Sent them emails to which they replied that they’d refund me, but still haven’t received my money.
