I feel I should be refunded my money that was charged to my bill! You said free. I did not even finish filling out the web page to get any free ringtones. I did not text back that I did not want the jokes because I did not know how! I did not know I was being charged $5.99 each time until I got my bill. I did not want the jokes from the start as they were very dumb anyway. I never signed up for jokes nor did I get any ring tones! I want a refund for my $29.95 and $3.00 for my text messaging as your jokes were the only messages I have ever received. I will not pay for something I did not want in the first place

I had this problem myself so i called my carrier and they stop "Premier text messages" from billing your account! How cool is that! Anyhow saves another "phone bill" that's a complete scam... Well GOOD luck i have sprint and they were really understanding!

I just found this customer service #. Contact this number to get the text messages stopped and reimbursed for any expenses that were on your bill.
