I see that your company is an scam and I don't like that all. I would like my $19.99 back because it wasn't your place to take my money if you offer free ring tones. With all these cases against you I could have an nice case in Small Claim Court the phone number [protected] is bull nobody calls you back or pick-up they pick-up and then they hang-up on you. That was done to me twice and I'm not happy at all.

I asked for free downloaded ringtones a few days late i started received text messages of jokes it is charging five ninety nine to my phone a day and i tried to send a text to cancel and it said command not recognized.

I also clicked on the site that said 1 free ringtone. I never downloaded any ringtone but immediately began getting text messages from the 717-69. I never wanted to sign up for anything and then I recieved a text saying I was subscribed.

What a scam, This company needs to be sued. cancel mine immediately, stop this service, i dont want it.

This morning I recieved a text. (Your CSW subscriptions is renewed 6 credits left) an was charged 9.99 to my GO Phone. I texted back to stop now. It was stopped but I no longer had the credits that I had already paid for an was not credited back the 9.99 that I was charged. Please credit this back to my account. I bought the frist month of ring tones because I was led to believe that it was free. It also cost me 9.99. I do not want to have to go to the BBB but I will. My phone #[protected] to credit the 9.99 to.

I did not authorize these ringtones to be sent to me not did I authorize your company to be billing me for these. I will not be paying for something that I do not want. I will be forced to also seek legal action should this matter not be resolved immediately. I will looking foward to my 20 credits be put back on my phone immediately. I just went on your website and was supposed to get a complimentry ringtone for FREE and instead they charged me ten dollars a month that I DONT WANT!I want you people to take ths crap off my phone because you shouldnt scam people to get money. I want this crap taken off my phone now.

Your add says nothing about signing up for anything and being charged $19.99 a mo for it.

Scary! I also thought i was getting a free ringtone i just got the same message as everyone else that i'll be charge 19.99. I contacted my carrier and let them know that that's not what agree on. remove me from your list
