Careem / unethical behaviour
The day before yesterday, on 17th May 2017, I booked Careem from Defence phase 5 A street. I got confirmation of arrival but when I stepped out of my house, I didn't find the vehicle. I called careem office and they sent the details of the captain.
When I called the captain he blamed me for canceling the ride. I told him that I did not cancel to which he suggested that I should cancel the ride. He was rude and I told him that I will not cancel it or I have to pay for no reason. after 15 minutes he canceled it himself.
I was charged for this which I found unethical. the amount was very conveniently deducted from my wallet. I felt very annoyed and disappointed. I request the amount back in my wallet.
