Careem careem's misstatement and false informations

I m malik muhammad shahid careem captain i have a very serious issue about careem's statements and behaviour
Before my joining careem told me that they charge 20% but now after working for 7 weeks with careem they are charging more then 26% like they are settling the amount of 292 out of 400 which is 27%
My question is why you are cheating us ?
Once a drunk man took a ride and he was so irritating, i left him to his destination but next day i got a warning message that we have a complain against your behaviour and you could be fine next time, a simple question to careem did you talked to him ? Everyday we captains recieves that kind of msgs that you could be blocked you could be fined !
What is criteria of careem on which they send us that kind of msgs ?
I think its our captain's fault no careems

Careem complain

Dear team

Your services are too awesome and I appreciate your services but last night. I was really very fedup with your 3rd class services.i really very suffered with your services. Last night my experience was not good with careem services.

No one your careem Captain want to go wah cantt for make a ride.

2 Captain refused me to go wah cantt after accepting my request, for that I am bearing penalty in careem wallet without any fault.

I also called on your helpline number 3 times but no one respond my calls at that time.now helpline call option is disable in careem app.
I want to ask one thing that why your Captain refused me after accepting the ride?

I booked a ride on the same time but Captain demands more charges from me other than careem charges and sangjani toll tax.i refused to pay extra charges then he didn't retrune me remaining amount and my careem wallet is also in negative 196.
Why he demand toll tax and extra charges from me?

If you cannot manage your services in a proper way then stop your services in wah cantt.

Careem driver just left

I asked for careem for the morning busy time, he arrived on time.I called him to kindly wait me for extra minutes (of course i will pay extra for that) and he agreed, but he cancelled the drive and he left without even letting me know. I had to wait another 10 min for another driver to come.I was stressed that i will be late and when i contacted him he hang up the phone without even saying a reason or anything. Normally drivers are so nice but this Ashfaq behaved really rudely.

Careem driver's behavior

The driver was very rude and even way of talking anf appearance was a lofar (srreet punk) type.

He called his friend to come to meet him and asked me to wait for his friend as he had important business to do, when I refused he asked me to get down there, and at that place there was no public transport at all I had to walk long way, which was unsafe I that area.

I may never recommend my family to ever travel with careem as its not safe any more.

Your driver's selection standard has really gone down.

Careem i'm complaining about my payment receipt

im trevel Pakges mall to Amir town via lahore ring road. Distance in between aproximately Twenty Kilometter (20km) or time duration meximum 35 min. Captain charged 1380Rs that is too much its will be cost 400Rs. So plz return my money as soon as possible. OR i paid Two Thousand (2000) to captain and said extra money deposit on my account but never added

Careem captain

I am using careem since couple of months. Today a captain misbehaved with me and I have to cancel ride. This is first time thst I gave to cancel ride.
Today I book a ride at, 1:50pm. After captain was assigned to me, I called him on his cell number and informed him to pick me from university of health sciences lahore, main gate. Instead of reaching there he moved to fly over near chines high commission. I called him back, and inquire about his position. Instead of talking sensely he became aggressive and claimed that its my fault. I asked him to came in front of uhs gate as he was told previously. On reaching there he became harsh and forced me to cancel ride.
When I cancelled ride rs 150 was charged to me.
This is totally injustice. Company can check whole record of my conversation. Penalty should be implemented on him and strict warning should ne isdued to him to avoid misbehavior with customers in future.

Careem services

i am a captain and i was working under Manzil Venders before 2 september 2017. after that i was leave their job because i was bought my own tezz auto. after that i go to careem office at allama iqbal road lahore and asked them to close the account on my number [protected] and create account with new ibm number and all new details because now i want to work with my own auto rakshaw and i have no more contact with old venders. they add my new auto rakshaw in previous account and tell me to start taking rides . after some days i realize that all my bonuses are going to old venders now since a week i am going to your headoffice in lahore DHA and asking them to resolve this issue but they are not taking it seriously. kindly take this in priority and bound them to listen me and see what is the matter is actually. thanks i am waiting for your kind reply

Careem misguiding customer to cancel the ride which result in plenty to customer.

I applied for two consecutive rides today, on first ride when i contact driver, he asked me to cancel the ride by myself just because of the reason that he dont want to take the ride at far destination (sadar to korangi) and misguide that it will not charged any plenty to customer which is -109 in my account.
On second drive the same behavior was seen that on contacting driver asked me to cancel the ride just because he just recently came from korangi (last ride) and do not to take me to my destination which was korangi.
Its so disappointing to see such behaviour of careem today. I will think thrice before planning to travel via careen. And this bad image will hit so hardly in my firm, academic institute and in my contact circles as well.
Careen need to evaluate this behaviour and sort it out by some mean.

Careem lost my money during travelling today.

I have lost my 5000 during travelling in Careem registered Suzuki wagonor (Red colour) car at about 12.30 pm today. I book my caree ride through my Cousins number [protected] at 12.00 pm and he pick me up at 12.30 pm. Kindly look up into his num for which driver he i.e (my cousin) booked at 12 with red colour car?
Kindly just email me the num of captain at ZARIK.[protected]@HOTMAIL.CO.UK so i can contact with the captain and let him know about my problem.
Kindly look into my Matter as soon as possible to resolve my problem.

I will be waiting anxiously for a possitive feedback from your office. Kindly Please help solve my issue ASAP as it was my fee money.

Dear sir
it is requested that i hired a driver whose particulars are:
cap name: M Saleem
captain id: (416617)
status: bronze

he asked me to switch himself from careem office pia road, lahore, pakistan
he did on 11th sep, 2017 without my presence in office

actual problem is he drived my car from 12-09-17 to 19-09-17
he made the following problems for me as:

1. He consumed (reported) double petrol as per actual
2. He didn't clean a single day my car
3. He didn't give me total cash as he received as from customers
4. He took almost 15 hours in which he remained switch off for 4 - 6 hours (might be move on uber)

as per my recommendation he is not gentleman, he is a cheater, try to deceive parties by his behavior after making his daily target

Careem ride fare and type of car

I want to share my few of the complaints with careem service. Although it's an economical service but the left fare after payment is neither returned nor transferred to account after ride. It's with last ride and the one 3rd to last. Driver showed less fare and i got message of same less fare but he took more and didn't return remaining either in account or by hand.
1 more thing it so happens twice with me that i booked careem go and service automatically booked nearby go plus and charged more than the estimated fare. It should not be done.
I didn't get the email of today's ride that was around 8:30 to 9pm

He pick me deawoo bus stop( Thokar niaz baig terminal) lahore. I told him drop me at university of lahore defence road they are just maximum 14 km away from deawoo stop. But your stupid captain" muhammd mahmood ali hussain"choice toomuch long rood. Its almost 41 km. This 26 min away ride waste my 01:30 hour. At last they charge me rupees 616 of his own mistake instead of rupees 204. He waste my too much time and money

Careem fraudulent charging by careem captain

I am Iseem Mumtaz, registered with careem at my cell # [protected].
On the morning of Friday 22nd September, 2017, I booked a ride for my wife using my cell # from gulshan-e-Iqbal Lahore to Gulberg Lahore.
After cancellation of one ride, one captian Munazir Iqbal picked my wife from home at about 6.55 AM and dropped her at the destination.
After reaching destination, he asked her to pay him Rs.331/-. My wife was surprised at the exorbitant amount but paid it since the car was booked using my cell #.
In the evening, I got a receipt of Rs.179 at my email [protected]@hotmail.com.

Careem overcharged

i traveled yesterday(18 sep) from malir cantt to ocean mall and i was charged around 400 and that was totally okay according to the estimated fare shown to me on the app. But when i ordered my ride for the way back from ocean mall to malir cantt, i was shown an estimated fare of 400, when i reached my destination i was charged 1408.
I would kindly like to know why i was charged this much when i traveled the same distance for merely 400 in the morning.

Careem biometric information

Sir,
I would like to know whether careem has launched any bio metric data information collection from captains of careem.
I am asking this because on friday I received a call and the person speaking said he was from careems and asked me for my home address, saying that some one from careem will visit my house for collecting my bio metric data. I did not give him my address but I said I will come in person to careems office for the same.
Question is that if careem has launched any such thing then they should inform us about it by email or sms, prior to giving a phone call and asking for any information. Kindly clarify.

Careem captains difficulties

Dear sir, The conditions set for bonus of captain are very cumbersome and with these conditions they may not be able to maintain their health. Working for min 11 hours and earning Rs 18000 in a week means he cannot avail even a single day off. How he would survive with such conditions being a human being. If he gets a day off then he would not be able to get the bonus. There is a need to review these tough requirements for long time survival of this service otherwise the service may stall. My suggestion would be to keep following conditions for betterment of all stake holders..
1.Weekly bonus should be linked to rs 15000 earning with out specifying the online hours per day.
2 guarantee should also be linked to only rs 2000 earning per day.
The existing conditions for captain bonus would render many of them sick and it would be bad for everyone.

Careem unauthorized charges (plenty on me)

My name is Faique Ali and from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I booked a ride on (04-Sep-2017 round about 4:00pm) from Faizabad Stop at the Road towards Islamabad. A driver named "Zuhaib Saleem" (Contact no. +[protected]) ( Car: White Suzuki Alto) accepted my request without even checking my pin location & when i called him "Bro where are you" ? He said "at your location in my white alto" when i looked at the map he was very far from my location so i thought maybe due Eid-ul-azha there are some issues on careem's server and after that i searched his car on the road but didn't find him, then i get to know that there's no issue in careem's server, it was the driver who didn't even checked the pin location or maybe he's unaware of that. Actually he was Standing on the wrong side of the road, i gave them my pin location on the road towards Islamabad (Murree Road, Rawalpindi) i had to go to Zero Point, and he was standing on the road towards Rawalpindi, i was getting very late and there were bars between Two opposite roads and also the U-turn was far from his location. I asked him to cancel the ride and then i had to go through a taxi which is Far better then this. And a negative balance of PKR 105 charged to my account unjustifiably. Now how could you justify to this act? Why didn't captain check the Pin location before accepting the ride ?
Moreover, after above mentioned incident, I lodged complaint through email but still negative balance was not settled from my account. I trying to reach Careem since that Day on helpline number of Islamabad & Lahore and contact center number of Bahria Town Rawalpindi but no body bother to attend the all my calls.
It was very worst experience which I am facing since then. Your again requested to lodge my complaint and settled unjustified negative balance from my account on priority basis and enable me to carried out a good relation with Careem in future as well.
I shall be very thankful for your early cooperation in this regard.

Careem extra charging and caption used the long root

Hello careem yours service is very bad. your caption's attitude is so bad . i am complaining your caption khawaja Asim khurshid, who had charged almost 500 rupees from sabzaazar to engineers town sector A (Lahore). its car is suzuki, wagon white.He did not care at all to follow my way home. He did not follow my instructions/request. For over charging himself adopted long distance way instead of giving any sort of respect of my request to follow shortest way. I being lady afraid of his this attitude. Moreover he searched me deliberately just to over charging. Because he charged 150 extra charging on a account of searching and picking up me just to satisfy his sweet will of charging much. I am so dis-heart that i am thinking not to avail your service in future. i am a the regular consumer of your service but i am so dis-heart

Careem unauthorized charges (negative balance creation in my account)

My name is sohail majeed and from rawalpindi, pakistan. I booked a ride on yesterday (10-sep-2017 round about 2:10pm) for daewoo terminal at peshawar road, rawalpindi and immediately when I contacted captain (His cell# 0092 [protected]) he told me that he is far away and takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach at my location i. E. Jahangir road, street#7, rajput colony, rawalpindi. Then I immediately (Within two minutes) cancelled ride with reason (Captain is too far away) but negative balance of pkr 240 charged to my account unjustifiably. Now how could you justify to this act? Why captain accept ride while he was too far away? Whereas cancellation request was submitted with in specified time.
Moreover, after above mentioned incident, I lodged complaint through email but still negative balance was not settled from my account. I trying to reach careem since yesterday on helpline number of islamabad & lahore and contact center number of bahria town rawalpindi but no body bother to attend the all my calls.
