Careem driver

I am regular customer of Careem. Today I booked a ride from Multan Road Lahore to Lahore Airport. The fare was Rs. 403. I gave him R. 1000 but he said he did not have enough cash (Rs. 597)to reback. I asked him to take Rs. 403 and keep the rest money in my Careem Wallet for my next ride.
When I checked my wallet he just entered Rs. 97 instead of Rs. 597. Kindly take necessary action against him as he is not attending my call also.

Careem misbehaviour by the driver and issuing of car by the help desk

Dear,

Good Day, As per above mention subject yesterday night i had booked a Careem Ride From U.P Moor Karachi to Doli Khata Solider bazar Karachi at 11:15 PM i Waited till 11:30 and the Ride didn't Showed up when i called the Driver he asked me where to go and then he told me that already their is another ride is booked (two Rides were booked) at the Same and then when i asked him to Cancel my Ride he told me that he Can not do that and i have to do it which i told him that this is not my mistake and it is totally yours or Application mistake and then he argued with me on this.

Later on Contacting the Careem help Desk which they issued me a new Ride which is again a very old Car i don't Expect Paying 307Rs and getting such a Car.

Please Look into the matter as i was not Satisfied with the Service and Waisted my hour doing these things.

Awaiting for your response on my Complaint.

Careem abuses from captain

Dear Careem Team!
I would like to share my today's bad day with careem captain, I booked a careem when i asked him to get receive me he said yes, but his moving was not started since i waited 10minutes, after a long time when i call him he said that he just crossed my point and gone away, he said "i am moving back to you", that was totally lied :-(, when he arrived he was not at the point that i told him, anyway i cross the road with my family and go there, when i asked him to start AC. He didn't do that, once i ask him why you are here instead of my location by my directions, he just say me to ask we can not do this we are not an employee of you, it was strange to me because it's happening 1st time in my careem travel history, i thought he is frustrating i said him "why you are behaving like this?" he said just shutup open the door and go outside, even i was with my little girl and wife. it was bad situation, if i should say something him that was not too good, i don't want to see people come to me and look this show.
I said him if you don't like to work like this you just stop creeming, and go home. He abuses me... I believed he was uneducated and he don't know about the ethics, This is an unfortunate situation for careem.
I don't know what is the selection policy for captains to careem but it is not a good way of selection to ask everyone to be a captain even they are acting like the owners of the cars. I am also a well known about the companies and policies even HR. If a company doesn't supports the people that are such as important asset of company, My words are it will be fall down soon. In my 4 year experience with careem i never seen these kinds of captains on careem but the situation now days are changed careem is hiring such idiots as captains. They should think about the policies of hiring idiots.

I will pray for survive this company towards.

Careem about careem office

I am from abbottabad Pakistan I went to careem office abbottabad for registration of being a captain three days . first day when I went to office they told me that your registration will be completed in 2 hours but it didnt work then I went on second day they again told me that your registration will be completed in 1 hour but it again did not work my adma is not open yet please take action against it or fire that two persons work in that office 1:awais shah 2:raees my contact no is +[protected]

Careem I want to report about my last scheduled ride

I am dr .Enjy el kady from egypt I want to complain about my last scheduled ride today at 8 : 27 pm. I called the captain and told him I am at el salam mosque, acid city at alexandria. He told me 2 min and I will be there. I waited with my little children aged 3 years; twin in the street, can you imagine the trouble I am in it with their temper tantrums, till 8 : 40 and during this time I called him 4 times with no answer from his side. Lastly due to my toddler's tempers I had to cancel my ride. And after all of this penality and paying 10 pounds. Is this careem's hospitality towards their clients. .I want an answer please

Careem careem bike

Today I booked a bike which shows around PKR 110 after booking and has to less after applying promo and previous balance but when I finish the ride the rider misbehave make excuses about network not working and took Pkr. 150 instead which i paid as i was standing outside my office . My Rider details are Fareed Khan phone [protected] and bike Kcg 4198 my ride details 15/08/18 @ 1410 from Model Colony karachi to Nursery block 6 karachi.

Kindly look into this sort of cheaters are bad for company

Careem careem go, charges heavily

The driver picked me up from daewoo terminal thokar and dropped at butt chowk, township lahore ..and the charges were 1420Rs. On other hand on last ride I paid 206Rs. The charges were extremely high .. the driver took alternative long route to pile up cahrges ..this is pathetic ..if i am to pay such high charges then y i have taken up careem ?
I need this complaint to be looked after seriously ...else it will lower the ratinng of this app

Careem I wants to complain about my vender

Careem we are captains need respect and better rates

Respected Sir,
My name is Mohammed Rahman and I live at Lahore. Sir I have came from dubai and settled in lahore pakistan. My education Is BBA Business from dubai sir my father died and came back to pakistan living at lahore now and I have forward too many cv's to all companies but no reply from any company at my own country pakistan. Sir after father I am seeing my family like my mother sister and borther. We are four members of family living at lahore. You know we are came from dubai and finding the job at lahore and send cv to all companies but no job and felt sad that please see my education and did from dubai but no response from any company. I have tried too much and work very hard for job applying but no response from any company. Sir you know how much life is difficult living in pakistan without job but no one is trying to help by giving the job. Sir I have to support my family by living and food. After my father. Sir kindly with some humble request I am writing the letter to you with some reason is that which I told you before that no response from any company. So I have my car and I have rigister at uber and careem called online taxi here is uber account id:[protected]@uber.dost.com and mobile number: [protected] and careem account id is: 960820 and mobile number: [protected]. Sir I am sufferring the complain from both side which means to say that I am rigistered with online taxi with my car with uber and careem both but I am suffering issue from them. Sir from uber I have work from one week but they gives discount to every customer 100 and 150 rupeed to every customer means if customer bill is 200 they gives discount 100 and total bill is 100 we have to receive only 100 from customer. They gives discount to every customer 100 rupees and bill doesn't high more than 200rs and with this reason we put petrol by our self and never totally cost full petrol we loss the cost of petrol means if we put at car 1000 petrol we get total cost from 12 hours online we only earn 800 no profilt only loss even no total cover for petrol and even I gave them fully rides but no bonus they ate our bonus also so uber is making fully troube to us and also I have register at careem also same thing doing doing compotion with each other careem rates also low but not as much uber rate is very too low but careem is only low rate but not much better I am working with careem since 6 months only we earn profit 500rs or 700rs sometimes 850rs not much an we are online since 13 hours means from morning 8 am to night 11pm but we earn which I discuss you before not much and also careem also eat our bonus did not give one bonus also. They gave our dreams that earn one lacks monthly but we are driving we hardly earn 20000 monthly with 12 hours online and no bonus receive from them and no petrol, no vechile repairing, no oil change and if our car lost or some thief or robber kill us no gurreette from our company careem and uber they are not supporting to us. We captians doing our own risk. Careem and uber doesn't respect captains they earn from us but these companies doesn't give us respect and you know other middle east country and pakistan cuntry customer is very different at middle east customer gives respect to every captains and speak well but in our country pakistan you know how the people is they did not give respect to any labour so how they give respect to captains. We are driving our own car, our own petrol, and own vechile repairing and own risk nothing benefit from company they ate our bonus and do not give back and when we take to customer from there home to there destination nearly 24km there bill is 220rs only very low bill from them and sometimes they talk with us very badly and sometimes even they gives us very abusing words to our family which cant tolorat then also we did not say them anyting just say sorry and drive away we captains several times gave complain to careem and uber but they did not listen us just say no problem just drive we well see but no action only they gave just sweet lolly pop to us if rider complain to company against captain on that point company block our id of captains they give respect to there customers no respect to captains we have several complains to them about customers but no action on them only they gives respect to customers sir we gives luxury service to our customers every 12 hours online, chill ac, clean cars, polite talk o them but customer also no happy from us just use abusing words and never give respect and we complain to company but no action only gives the lolly pop to us and they block our id wthout any notice and no respect for captains only gives respect to customers and without any reason block our id without any notice sir when we complain about any services about there policy they give us good services only just few days means only four days giving good services after that same thing troubling to captains sir when online taxi services was not there you know that how customer going at private car booking with 1500rs not minimum without ac they book the car when online taxi was not there and when online taxi came every 24km bills become 200rs with clean car chill ac and luxury serivices to them but no respect for captains from our company and even our customer also so to whom we complain our company does not support to us but they just block our account without any notice and no good rates which we cant earn good as well only we earn which I told you before sir these thing I want to infrom you just please take action against careem and uber there are spoiling us and ours cars and no respect for captains and no proper rates please we need justifice from them give captains respect and make proper rates if customer does not derver the rate then they does not desever the tasxi services because from 200rs we can do anything its should be much better rates so that we can earn easily as well every stop should be 400 so that we can earn easliy as well because we are put petrol at our car minimum 1400rs so please take action against them gives respect and make better rates to captains so that we can earn properly and even customer also respect for human beings also we humnas being we are not animals which they treat us and also make good rates with every stop shouold be 400rs its reasonable for us if they ant afford then they don't desever it the taxi services sir sir I have discuss all thing with you please with kindly and humble request we need jusitice from online taxi services as well better rates need respect for captains and they ate our bonus they make good systems for captains and even for customers also sir please this is our country if these company do correption so what we do with some hope I am writing to you please take action and gives us justiice and most of captains are trouble from these companies so please I well wait for your reply and basically I am from lahore uber head office is in lahore called model town and careem office is in dha ff block but some says that careem office had been finished and they are lieing so please take action against them

Careem unblock my account

Sir I have been blocked since 9 months because of only 2 or 3
fake rides and now I m job less. I m a poor person. I did not have any other kind of work to do please help me I cannot do any fake ride after this so please kindly unblock my careem id I will be very thankfull to you... my careem registered number is..[protected]

This driver is already register on uber and also accept my ride request. But he didn't pick the customers from the pickup point.

Careem a rider double crossed me. cheater

Last morning on 30th of July I booked a creem from quetta town he showed that he arrived on the creem app but he reached at my home an hour later. He charged me 1068 rupees for a ride to Gul Ahmed textiles but when I returned I booked a creem he charged me 350 only... So why that much on morning of the same day... He cheated me so u and ur rider are responsible for this..

Careem packages

I'm currently on the 500 km package and now I have 8 km left, my next trip will take 15 km
So I needed to merge the rest 8 km with the new package that I'll be subscribing to which is the 150 km package "which is not the same previous one"
I already paid the money in cash to the captain so I can call the customer service to get them to buy the package... to figure out that they cant merge the packages and I've got to pay the rest of the 7 km in cash ! Which will be without the benefit of the package discount !
Your highest package is only 500 km
And I require at least 600 km per month going back and forth between home and work.
I'm paying almost 2000 EGP monthly only for CAREEM to have a comfortable service while I spend hours and money from my phone bill to contact your customer service and stay on hold and and eventually get no result !
I either need a permanent exception on my account to merge both 500+150 km on monthly bases or to make a new package of 600 km for me otherwise I'd be taking my money which I gave to the captain yesterday and never recommend CARREM to anyone I know. Take in consideration that I work as an HR in Teleperformance and Been an HR in Vodafone and both companies are loyal customers to CAREEM yet it'll be easy to change this loyalty to a different company if you're giving their employees a hard time !
I'm expecting an effective reply as I'd be taking another ride at 10 am in which I'll be paying the rest 7 km in cash without a discount so I'm expecting a discount to be applied on the rest 7 km with the same percentage of the 150 km which is 5%

Careem system

I have registered my bike and took training class and also cleared my interview. I have completed all this process at 12:00 PM, but my ADMA has not been activate till 8:00 PM. Kindly take action, make your employees faster and punctual so that they can serve captains according to the regulations and policies of CAREEM.

I shall be very thankful to you.

Careem bad behavior of your employees

Behavior of you employee in F10/3 Islamabad, Pakistan. Is very rude. They non cooperative. They close their before time at 4pm almost even they are inside the office and talking and taking cup of tea. They treat like we are their servant. When ask something they didn't reply after asking several time then they reply like they talking to their servants.

Please take an action to the driver his name was Muhammad Ali faizan khan driving grey suzuki wagonar AFT 630 he is texting one of my fiance who booked a ride in this morning actually i booked a ride for her nd gave his contact nbr to her but when she reached home the driver continuously txts her nd force her for the friendship ... This is ur bussiness u dont have to deal customers like this its a request please take an action so other people cant face this type of problem

Seniors.com, a dating website for older folks, is a reprehensible program that needs to be controlled for abuse to patrons.
They don't seem to do much correctly when it comes to hackers and scammers. i have had my profile ...and photo's stolen and someone else's pics replaced on my account by some nut and it look like I'm getting the blame for that...which is ridiculous. The person who stole them is an admitted homo, identifying as a woman. He wrote me and i had no interest in him so he apparently created problems.
I tried to contact Seniors, by phone for two days and by writing...which was not accepted, so there is no way to get in touch with them. It's a very shoddy company and I hope this serves as a warning to anyone thinking about joining them, There are other, better sites...for sure.

Careem complaint regarding ride #[protected] booked by talha zafar at 08:50 am

Today, I booked the ride in the morning at 8:50 am for going from my home pin to my work pin at Block 4, Clifton.

The Captain Muhammad Ahtisham, driving Toyota Vitz (BJC-619) having his Cell No. +[protected], did not reach my pick-up point and was standing at a distant location. The captain's cell was not responding at that time (still the cell phone is switched off, while I am writing this complaint). I have my pick-up point at Khayabane Qasim and the guy was instead parked his vehicle at Amir Khusro, 7 minutes walk from my home. I could not locate the captain and I think after 10 minutes he has cancelled the ride.

The captain did not have the decency to charge his cell phone and made him accessible to contact. Due to his negligence, I was late for work and the 10 to 15 minutes walk for looking and searching for alternate transport. If Careem has an issue with the captain and captains wilfully provide bad customer service then it is the brand name which will be in jeopardy. Not only today's horrific incidence, but generally also, I do not find Careem Captains or rides from my pin location (Khayabane Qasim, Phase 8, DHA) in morning time. Vehicles have been lowering down in number, which is hurting the customer to reach his destination on timely basis. Please rectify these issues and improve your service in order for us to continue using Careem.
