Careem insurance of captain

Dear Careem Team,

I am a vender driving two fleets at Careem since last two months, and have come to know following:
- Careem isn't providing any kind of driver or car insurance in case of theft or snatching at gun point. I request that it should all be covered by Careem rather than any bank since a Vendor and Captain have equal respect like Careem customers.
-Captain doesn't have the right to cancel the ride even if the customer doesn't seem like one. My captain faced a suspicious customer last night and he cancelled the ride (I can provide ref if needed) and ran from the seen, seemed like that guy wanted to rob him. I therefore request there should also be some check point on people subscribing to Careem or at least you must have all the data to provide in case if there's any kind of legal issue with customer.
- The amount Captain earns is more in the beginning and new vendors and captains have the charm to start the business then gradually the income starts reducing and it becomes very difficult for Vender / Captain to earn money. Even the gaurantee money scheme is good if you continue it.

I will keep you posted as soon as i get more experience.

It was really a long ride.Very long ride, about 5 hours.He drop me to Standard Chartered Bank and i left my many belongings in the car by trusting him and your service, including my checkbooks, office documents and specially my Ray Ben Glasses Case etc.On my return in the car i took him to some other places and after that he drop me again to my home in Taxila Cantt, Taxila. After that when i checked my belongings i found one thing missing.There was my the case of my Glasses but my Black colored Ray Ben Glasses was not there.It worth's about 21000 PKR and 199.29 USD.
I'm fully Sure that he has stole it.Now the point is that is a company's duty to make sure that their employ is honest and trustworthy especially such a company/service as yours.I need it back as soon as possible and its your duty to provide us and our things security during ride.Kindly inspect him and contact me as soon as you can.If you will not corporate with me i will have no other choice to take legal action.

Careem registration issue

Dear careem administration I am struggling to become a vendor with careem along with dedicated captain but your staff is just miss guiding us...we are visiting since last week in order to get registered...we have checked our car and got cleared also we had given forms for registeration and captain got training but next day when we visited again chandni chowk murree road office we got to know that even our forms were not entered for registraion...we again requested to git entered our form and took captain training again...they guided us that after next 4 hours you will got online...but still facing problem...today we visited again they guided us that you will get online till 3 pm but still our no is not entered...we request you to over come our problem ASAP. And take strict action against chandni chowk murree road branh staff...

Careem careem bill

I booked a Careem car today around 5:50pm at korangi industrial area. I traveled in it and my destination was north nazimabad block-E, Karachi. I already had 298 rupees in my Careem credit. When the ride ended I was shocked to hear that the bill was 769 rupees. Even when there was a peak factor, 1067 rupees is an insanely large amount to charge for this distance. I use Careem almost thrice a week for the same distance and I'm quite aware of the bill Careem app charges for this distance. This is clearly a mistake. I'm very disappointed as I've been a sincere customer of Careem since a long time. Please look into this matter. I've also attached my screenshot of the ride details for your reference. Please resolve this matter. I will be waiting to hear from you.

Careem careem careem lahore careem app wrong position

I called a Careem taxi in Lahore. The driver (also called so far Captain) told me that he was waiting for me at MARS. I told him that I am at MOON and this is the place from where I called him. Why he had gone to MARS. He and he was telling me that I fed wrong position. I told him that I did not feed any position, the app picks it up automatically.

Lakin bhains kay aagey been bajany ka faida nahe tha.
They fined me 110 Rs. and I stopped travelling by Bhains.

Careem customer service and driver

Terrible service - again - for my family, followed by factually incorrect response to email when we reported the issue. And no call centre service to deal with this. You guys have got so bad in the last few months, we are failing to see why we should continue using you. This is the third trip in four we have been seriously let down.
Feel free to have a manager (only) call me to close this particular one.

Careem admin staff and pathetic customer services

I am writing this as I was not expecting this is Careem's customer care and quality standards for the captains and vendors its like a fish market here I came here thrice and every time i came Dha office staff at meet and greet is pathatic in customer service and more over she is quite rude when she was told as support staff is serving without token she said its not my job i had paymets issues someone called me from the first time careem he was very very rude i had bunch of very worst and bad expeinces with Careem i beleive its making me realize now its not worth it to waste time as i e mailed call and made complain many trainings support and higher staff many many times but its useless and its just like i am banging behind the bush. I am sorry Careem i m sad to see this kind of usless support from DhA head officr bahria town office specially I need information to work for Careem in Uae also but here it looks like people are not intrested they are just into getting their salaries insult people at premises in many ways i really dont like the way and behaviours of staff no ethics at all all staff is carp and wastage of money and damaging repute of Careem

Careem careem car service

I booked a ride and i tried to call the captain to descripe my location but his phone was switched off... ive got a message that my captain has arrived but i didn't found the car and also his phone was switched off !
I tried to call the call centre before cancelling the trip but unfortunately i didn't have enough credit. .so i had to cancel the trip after almost 10 minutes waiting and ive booked another trip but ive paid 10 LE
I used careem for almost 2 years and it is the first time to have such a bad experience! !

Careem registration issue for becoming a vendor

I am struggling to become a vendor with Careem from last 4 days, i.e. 27 July-Thursday morning I reported to Careem Samanabad to list as Vendor along with the dedicated camptain, as the representative try to fulfill the requirements at the end of the transaction as advised me that my car is already registered by the previous owner, and they need 24 hours to resolve the matter, I visited again on Friday afternoon, but no progress... at this I called the previous vendor/owner (he happened to be at Careem Bahria for deactivation) and let him talk to the Careem Rep. for the necessary clarification, he again did some system updation and promise now finally it would be resolved within next 24 hours, again I visited on Saturday with no outcome, no followup from Careem rep... again visited twice yesterday and made multiple calls and still I am not able to register myself as a potential vendor with Careem Pakistan, and I am not sure weather it would resolved today...

Careem careem car service

With deep regrets Had the worst experience with the Careem service on eve of 31-July-2017. I booked the rides twice and both the captains after confirming the pickup and drop off points cancelled the rides AS IF i am the most stupid woman who will pay their penalty charges happily. Careem support kindly train your captains or otherwise shut this service completely if you guys can't handle this anymore. Every now and then I face these issues and get the amount to be paid because of these irresponsible and unprofessional drivers. Driver 1 was Mr Uzair Ali and driver 2 was Mr Syed Azhar Ahmed. I am really dissatisfied.

Careem unlawful penalty

Hello.
I would please like your kind consideration upon this.
On 15th of July 2017, there was a heavy rain in my city Karachi. After I got off from work I booked a ride from PC as temporarily I don't have smart phone. My email is ashhar.[protected]@gmail.com and my number is [protected], you can check my account I am a frequent user of Careem. The first captain was "not so far" but he was stuck in traffic, which is true though, it took him too long to even move as I watched in tracking (GPS) so I asked him to cancel upon which he said he "HAVE TO PRESS ARRIVE BUTTON THEN HE CAN CANCEL" so I got penalty, he never arrived he was at the exact location when I booked him, so the penalty falls upon me, I booked another ride hoping to get home but the another captain was apparently far away in DHA, so he cancelled as well, double penalty. None of the above reasons were of my fault, and as a frequent user as you can see from my history Sir/Madam, I request the penalty to to be taken down, plus I have few credit left as well I can't remember you may check you must have access. Moreover, I request to be compensated as because of your two captains and bad navigation system, I had to face troubles and went home by riksha from Ceaser's Towers to Gulistan e Johar Block 19.
I await for your kind, considerate and positive response.

Careem complaint about illegal overnight fines with physical inspection

Hello team careem,

Hope you are fine and provide better assistance to your entire stake holders.

I might also approach your top tire but as good gesture tried once more at to bring my concerns in your kind knowledge and expect; you guys provide a logical answer.

Although customers are always right and you guys committed to provide uninterrupted service, but let me know or answered my few basic questions (Which I later raised on #socialmedia as well)...

- how your inspection team inspect any raised query and designated one sided resolving status (Issue resolved)
- how it is possible in a day captain had completed 13 rides and switched off ac in 4 consecutive trips and rest of 9 never say any thing about ac
- before imposing a fine not a single person informed owner or vendor nor check out the overall vehicle performance especially ac working order (Even your partner pakwheels already certified the vehicle for careem)
- imposing fine at night and over night imposed 4 consecutive fine, why?
- your call center or dispute management team never give solution just imposed their rit.
- if any vendor or captain exceeds their bench mark amout then your team imposed fines and reduced earning (How auckward this for careem)
- if you are doing same like that then who will join careem...
~no one inspect my vehicle after raised complaint and responded our exploration team inspect the issues; how is it possible; dose careem have ghosts?

Most respected and highly efficient team I need answer or else raised all questions on digital media with paid boost... Then difficult to answer entire stake holders...

I can also attached entire screen shots for your perusal.

Careem I am complaining about the captain mehmood iqbal.

The captain Mehmood Iqbal cancelled the ride by himself on dated
22/7/2017 at 21:45 . We had been waiting for him for the last 15 minutes
even we had to make a call to him to find out his current location on his cell
phone number : [protected] and he told us that he is coming within 5 minutes but the google map was telling us that the car was not moving
and even we had to wait for the next 15 minutes and after that we tried to call back him but he did not attend the call and when we check his location again on the Careem website.He already had cancelled the ride by himself.
Who the held is he to cancel the Ride by himself.
And today when we had a Ride again on Careem. We had to pay the cancellation charges of 130 Rupees of which we were not responsible for that because we did not cancel it by ourself.
So kindly adjust those 130 Rupees on our next ride and take stern action against that Captain Mehmood Iqbal with his phone number: [protected].
And kindly acknowledge us on our phone number: [protected].
If there no action will be taken against him and the money of 130 Rupees will not be adjusted on our next Ride. We would file this case in Electronic Media, Print Media against Careem. Thanking You

Careem driver's behaviour and attitude

I'm unable to understand which type of character the driver had.. He argued with my mother.. The matter was of emergency and he was [censor] arguing.. He just dropped off the maturity and class of careem service.. I'm just complaining here to let others know (as its of no use, I believe), rest I will do by myself with him.. He doesn't know me.. Secondly, I'm sharing his picture also in the box..

Careem careem taxi - bad service & attitude

I'm really disappointed from my first experience with Careem. The captain was not honest as he claimed he is waiting outside, after I got out he confirmed that he is waiting after two streets away from my place and asked me to wait for him till he turns around to reach my place. Finally he canceled the booking from his end without any prior notice and left me outside the train station in a very crowded roads at rush hour with all my kids and luggage, without even paying any concern.

I wasted my time and had a lot of panic, finally I had to pickup a regular taxi and paid the SAME RATE!

Hello careem yours service is very bad. your caption's attitude is so bad . i am complaining your caption khawaja Asim khurshid, who had charged almost 500 rupees from sabzaazar to engineers town sector A (Lahore). its car is suzuki, wagon white.He did not care at all to follow my way home. He did not follow my instructions/request. For over charging himself adopted long distance way instead of giving any sort of respect of my request to follow shortest way. I being lady afraid of his this attitude. Moreover he searched me deliberately just to over charging. Because he charged 150 extra charging on a account of searching and picking up me just to satisfy his sweet will of charging much. I am so dis-heart that i am thinking not to avail your service in future. i am a the regular consumer of your service but i am so dis-heart

Hello careem your services is not good because your captain is dishonest I m campaining your captain which name sayed Mohammad kashif rizwi he charges me 1000 rupees from Karachi to korangi no 2 .his car is Honda civic. He become extra charges for me my actual fare estimate is 713 but he charges 1000 that is 288 extra charged so I never ride again with careem😠

I booked for my sister from Kawther to go to Dahar on Hurghada and was with the mentioned captain above, she was rude all the way she was on the phone and when my sister asked her to concentrate on her way as she almost will do accident, she asked her on a very bad way to leave the car and started to say bad words
this is not acceptable and i need my sister rights or i will make incedint report with the case at the police as i had a record for her cheating to my sister

Careem car pick and drop service

Ameed here. I wanted to say that. A single penny was not worth after using your careem. [censor] rides and drivers so called captains.
On Monday at 12:30 pm i tried searching a careem and there were several rides but none of them were accepting giving a foolish reason that my pin point is not proper.
1 Captain Salman saleem came late.
2 He charged extra for nothing.
3 He even stole 100 rp extra. Not returned.
4 He said 300 400 would be maximum fare but it was 700 and he took 800. A bloody thief.
5 He choose wrong way just to increase the fare.
6 He also contacted careem helpline and asked about the map and route and etc everyone said that choose the drigroad to connect the National Highway but he didn't listen anyone and fooled us with the long route and made me reached late at my Fast entry test.

Careem poor customer service

I've been calling customer care for the past one hour and no one is picking up the call. I've used careem on 20 July, 2017 after entering a promotion code.However, when the ride ended there was no discount and I had to pay the full amount and adding to that inconvenience is the inefficient staff placed at the customer care office, which is not there to facilitate the clientele at all.

I booked a go car led 8404 on 9 july 11:47 from saif ullah lodhi road saddar rawalpindi to army public school zahid baig shaheed road. It was my fisrt visit .ur çaptain stayed on chemist for the milk of his mother.he tell alie there are no waiting charges.bt when i got ur recipt àt my gmail there were 32.67 waiting charges kindly take action otherwise he ll do his personal work on the charges of other customers.thanks

I also want to let u know he did nt wait for me i was alredy on the road.he added intial charges that was wrong.i also want to add 1 thing more 275 was my cahrges given him 300 rupee he was nt having change money return back 30 on his own. And on careem my negative balance is showing due to the mistake of ur captain.kindly resolve this issue otherwise ur more customer will be suffer from this type of chaeting.
