Not given proper flight advice.
I had 3 flights today 16/06/2023
Klm Cardiff to Amsterdam
Amsterdam to Bergen
Bergen to Tromso, Norway
These flights were booked by my employers.
I had checked in online before hand and chose specific seats as I am a frequent flyer.
When dropping off my baggage the checking-in officer gave me completely different seats. She just said the computer did it and did not or would not offer any help or advice about anything. She just looked at me blankly when I explained that I had already picked my seats and told me that that's what I have been given by the computer. ("Computer says No" moment).
The suitcase was (I assumed as there was one tag and 3 airports on the reciept) going straight to tromso. I was not advised that I needed to pick up my luggage at Bergen and re-check it in. Therefore, it has resulted in me losing my work luggage at Bergen.
I do not know whether such information is given at check in desks for people travelling at this Airport. But it has always been given to me via other airports around the world. I am also always asked to show a semens book when I haven't got one as I have passenger status..again, I don't need to do this in any other airport.
I am confused on how our ONE airport in our WHOLE country cannot provide secure travel information to us.
Why are we always 10 steps behind the rest of the world?
Please please please have the check in staff know what they are doing. Work are flying me more frequently from Cardiff which is bringing in more business and each time it's like I'm an alien from out of space checking-in to leave the country.
It's been a very long day of travelling and I am so tired and annoyed that such important information was not given to me when checking in.
Desired outcome: Clue up your staff please. I don't need anything. I just hope I get my luggage in time for work. So please...Clue up your staff and keep up.

I have booked flight from Cardiff to Jordan with connection in Milan and I spoke to the airport 2days before my flight to check if I need a visa for Italy
The answer was no u don't need, However I was denied boarding on flybe flight BE 4543 on 13/08/18
This cause my flight to be canceled and I changed my flight to go from Heathrow which cost me massive extra expenses
