I recently moved address and I forgot to advise cardone and numerous others due to mental health issues. correspondence was sent by them to my previous address which was returned to them, they put a stop on my account without advising me they have my phone number & email address!.I contacted them and they requested I send an original document reflecting my new address which I did.I sent them my recent British Gas bill which they deemed a copy!.I spoke to them advising that they had made a mistake as it is the original!.Meanwhile although there are ample funds in my account they are failing to pay direct debits to anyone including Government departments and of course I am still unable to access my funds.I have sent numerous other original documents which is being tracked by Royal Mail and will be delivered this morning to their PO Box address!?
To continue, Cardone received tracked item this morning at 09.30 am being numerous original documents which all reflect my new address.It is now 11 05 am and I have not been contacted, the tracked items were signed for and the name of person shown.I attempted to login to my account which yet again was denied!!!.

i am disabled bad eye sight and i pay a fee to card one banking but what do i get ? i have been a VICTIM of fraud on my account so i have reported to the police but i have been left with 23p to last me 2 weeks and card one say they wont put back my money i noticed the fraud transactions due to go out but they would not stop them the dwp said the bank should put back my money because i am now in hardship so i have just joined another bank and reading the small print in my new account they tell me if i did not recolonize any transactions they will correct and put the money back into my account
SO ANYONE THAT IS THINKING OF JOINING AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED

“Shocking Customer service and a blocked card for no reason”

I opened my account with cardone banking around a month ago. The card took nearly 3 weeks to arrive with me. I then had to ring an overpriced phone number to get my pin number. Then thew same overpriced number to get an online password sent out which still has not arrived. Today I have had some money paid in to my account which the bank has accepted. I then tried to use the money to no avail. Upon ringing the overpriced phone number again I have learnt that they have put a block on my card meaning I can not access my own money and when I asked them for a reason there reply was we dont know. Surely if someones card is blocked the company is duty bound to give a reason. I asked the company how can this be rectified and they sald they needed to see proof of my address which is not a problem to me, But they have sent me a postal address to send the documentation which is absolutely absurd and to make matters worse it can take 7-10 working days for my card to be unblocked and this is bound to actually mean another 3 weeks. The company has a customer services email which is a waste of time as they do not reply. They have a facebook page that again no one replies to.
Not happy with the level of service I have received from day one with this company and even unhappier that they have left me with no way of paying my bills or doing any shopping. So if you require easy access to your money then please choose another bank which I wish I had have done from the start. Financial services ombudsman have been informed and I will be proceeding to take this matter a lot further.

Wont stop calling/texting me
I keep getting phone calls/ text messages from this company, i have never applyed for a card with them and when i tell them this on the phone they just hang up on me and then text me telling me to call them.
when i do call them i ask to be removed from their database and they just laugh at me and hang up!
im now getting 7-10 calls/texts a day from them and now i have found out that they have passed my number on to some other company who keep texting me asking if i want a loan in which when i text STOP back to them i end up getting several more companies texting/calling me.

worst account ever
This is an expensive & stressful way to manage your funds, especially if you are already struggling. Firstly they have LOST my salary despite correct data input at work - so far 11 days and no sign! It also takes ages to load your CASH (paid over post office counter which btw costs you another pound) to your billing account - it states 2 working days but of course this excludes weekends. I paid in Thursday but it will be Monday before i can use my money. The web site has been down Wednesday to Friday every week since i joined and during that time you cannot get even a text with your balance on - but they charge you 15p to tell you service not available plus network charges from your phone - not normal text prices. This text tells you to phone them - but they are closed after one on Saturday. It costs £12.50 per month plus a £30 set up fee for all this stress. They are just cashing in on peoples misery and fear. Evil. Try the co-operative bank - easy, ethical, debit card, direct debits, (which ONE can't handle) n standing orders and best of all TOTALLY FREE!

I have only just joined cardone and from the start have felt uneasy about them and there service. Reading the comments i have seen has only gone to confirm my doughts. I take particular offence to the fact that on top of this monthly fee of 12.50 i must pay a further £1.00 to load my card at the post office as i can not use my on line facilities until the monthly fee is paid by debit or credit card. If i had access to a debit card i would not be using this rip off company in the first place. I will not be activating this service as all the signs are bad. Will take heed of a previous commentator and try the co op bank

I had an account with cardonebanking, for almost eight months with total amount of money £3260 pounds then when i went for holiday in south africa when back on my journy home i lost my bank card, immediately i informed them and they told me their gona post me a new bank card, since last year i have not recived the card and their deducting my throught subscription, how can claim my money legally?
