Card Net Terminal / Cancellation Process

Some years ago I set up my business and had a business account with Lloyd bank who provided me with Card Net services so that I could take credit and debit card payments. For some years I was happy with the service until they put my fees up and did not want to talk to me about the situation saying that they had evaluated the account and those were the fee for the next year until I was able to talk to them about the fees, once set that was that! Great way to treat me so I looked to move my business to another card provider which I did. I wanted to cancel my terminal agreement with Forrester so called them I was told that I had to pay £120 plus £73.99 for the cancelation and rental. Or I could wait and pay the two last rentals and call on the 1st Aug give a months notice return the terminal reg post and would only have to pay £73.99. I did as was advised by the team in USA and waited called on the 1st Aug sent the terminal back and then looked at my account to find they have removed £193.99 from my account, I have been made to feel stupid and have now wasted time and money with this company I am mad at Lloyds and Forrester. My advise to any one don't get involved with this company they are not interested in anything but money and will do what ever they want regardless of what they say. I will try to get my money back but I don't hold out much hope. Be careful very careful of doing business with this company.
