I did a supposedly rebuild of an engine and transmission about 3 years ago. The pricing with a couple of parts included in this price was a little over $5, 000. So this is the situation my check engine light came on about a year ago and found out there was a knock sensor issue. I brought it to this company and they said they would charge me around $500 and I mentioned that I also wanted my filters changed and spark plugs and they said it would be around $700 with labor including parts. I didn't have the money at that time so I decided to shop around to get a cheaper price. I found a real honest mechanic that's done dozens of real rebuilds and he agreed to do all three things: knock sensor, filter, and spark plugs for $300. He honestly told me he wasn't impressed with what he saw, and turns out the knock sensor that was malfunctioning was siliconed! He found more silicon in other parts of the engine! Needless to say he fixed everything properly! The point of this is that the mechanic tony knew all along about what he had done and lied and changed his story multiple times to justify what he did is that he was trying to "save money". The biggest thing is that he was going to charge me around $500 to fix the knock sensor knowingly of what he had done and that is very unethical and bad business conman! Carburetor and more bs comes out! I question it if they actually did a proper rebuild of engine/transmission and I highly doubt it because I was let down and I was lied to my face by tony. I need to stop this from happening to other people!

I bought carburetor from the company CARBURETORS AND MORE. The seller provided me 6 months warranty and after several weeks my new carburetor stopped to work. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, but he told me that I idiot and it was only my fault. He refused to repair it and hung up on me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
