Cara and Ian Cruickshank hide behind a process of making you fill out forms, and multiple other paperwork hassles to keep from paying you both your hourly wage and commission. For instances, you have to put a specific reference in a subject line on emails, or you're not paid. They also force you to use an online app as a time clock, and even though you have to sing in at Costco, and be there from open-to-close, if the app malfunction (which it routinely does) you're not paid because they claim their is no proof you were there, even though you're selling units and having to take selfies during your shift.
The Cruickshank's claim to be Buddhist yet countless contractors I've spoke to have been defrauded by ZAAZ, 10 Minute Fitness, Inc., and their latest creation pH Talent Now which is a two person show with many different email addresses that pretend to be substantial departments. Contractors on the road show are forced to from all travel expenses except for hotel, which are booked into the most seedy areas, Contractors are often robbed because they are in undesirable areas. Imagine being forced to fill out countless online forms, while working 10 hour shifts for 10 days in a row.
The tactics of Ian and Cara Cruickshank is to keep their road show employees busy, over burden with apps that do not work, online forms to fill out and then place their contractors in perilous hotels in noted drug and gang areas to prevent people from taking the time for fight for their hourly wages and commissions. I have to hand it to them, it's a smart but very corrupt and unethical business model.
I myself was placed into a hotel where a person was murdered via shotgun two-days after I arrived. The previous month a woman was murdered at this hotel, yet, I couldn't get them to move me. I was robbed in the parking, suffered injuries, and even though a police report was taken and I was admitted into the hospital, the Cruickshanks, fired me for missing my shift, and then kept the $1564.78 I had earned claiming because I was robbed I encountered a penalty.

Stop hiding behind your flawed process and the mistreatment of contractors who are just seeking additional money for their families. No one sees this as a career. If you can't make your business work, get out of it and save people the hassle. They would be better served working for Amazon, Walmart, an Uber driver or as a contractor for another company. Also please stop posting positive comments on your own behalf. Your comments can be tracked back to your company through 3rd party accounts. The internet is a telling place.
