I took my car to the Car King workshop to be repaired on the 9th of September. I still don't have it back and it is now more than a month later. I have spoken to the service manager on numerous occasions - he is not the most client service oriented person I have ever dealt with. He previously told me that I must wait, after all his car also needs to be repaired and it hasn't been done yet... The kind people at Car King have provided me with a courtesy car in the interim BUT a whole month...AND no indication as to when the job will be completed... The Client Service lady, Kim, is lovely but has also not been able to ascertain from the Greg (service manager) when they think they will have completed my car.
