truck started having issues drove it not even a month.now motor is out.keep getting run around. Rather talk to someone. they keep asking for more money. paid repairs on truck and still paying payments on it.still dont have truck back.they are asking for more money over 3 thousand.they are gaining and i, losing.havent missed a payment on it and still paying them but dont have truck.keep getting told motor being put in.they have had truck several months now.all i want is my truck back to drive i am paying on it they are recieving my money

Worst place ever. 2010 dodge caliber paid on it 2 years consistently. Got COVID lost job almost lost my home. The took the car after a month from a repair shop due to ball joints bad. I was never called notified of car being repossessed. Now I am being garnished about ready to loose home and they tell me it's just business. 2 years paid $397 I don't have copy of my lease and they won't give it to me. I already paid way over what the vehicle is worth. Now I live or try to live off $300 a week I can't buy groceries nothtonly try to pay bills. This company is a rip off they also don't send and papers of what you paid what was owed and how much they sold it for. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO GET MY BELONTOUT OF CAR. DO NOT BUY DURING PANDEMIC THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATFOR YOU. I am a single woman one paycheck living payito paycheck. I didn't even know it was a lease and that when done I would still have to pay $2000 dollars to keep it. If I would have been told that I would have went to a buy here pay here. They at least have some sense of humanity.

I had a Ford Edge through orbit leasing and I told them that I could not afford the payments any longer so they repossessed the car and during the hight of the covid pandemic they took me to court I think because I never received a court summons and months later I have a wage garnishment and after talking to them the refused to even look into it.

Scam company and stay away from Orbit leasing.

I started leasing the 2014 chevy cruise on june 4, 2020 a week later was the first time it went into the shop for the same things that are still wrong with it today there has been a major recall on the car from chevy gm dealer directly i've had it repeatidly in n out of the shop yet to really have anything resolved it's has left me stuck without a car along side the road in middle of the night n during the day with my clients in the car with me I choice to get a reliable car which I was promised the chevy definitely was after papers were sign dated n everything was dotted I have been stuck pay never been late for this car that is unreliable yes I had the opportunity to get out at begining but couldn't get what I trade in back which was a extended cab 1994 suburbans with a great 450 all block engine the engine alone is worth three of the cars have now but like I said my clients needed me to have a more reliable car for them easier for them to get in and out of n get to were they need to be I am a h.H. A. Caregiver for the elder and handicap folks at their homes they rely on me to get them were they can not get themselves without me having relable transportation due to car city n orbit leasing n pressions not helping out on their ends of our written n signed documents only I am holding up on every speck of everything in the lease for a year and here I sit on the fourth of july weekend with again my car over heating n antifreeze again all over the place having to car a tow truck yet again to get my car off the road and at lease to a save secure place leaving me yet again without any transportation I feel I have been sold a lemon n still being stole from by having to continue to pay a $400. Monthly payment for setting that's been unresolvable since jump start I feel that my satisfaction as a loyal customer has been straight up unsatisfied n feel i've been discriminated on being a female in this world actually trying and allen head of the warranty department and who not only myself but also my boss has been belittled n told basically we should of known better from the disrespectful man and his workers in muskegon a location are most definitely crooks and something most definitely will be done if if I have to call abc news fox 17 I will get something accomplished and the few other people I know who also went and still dealing with the unfairness backing me up ten other different people with some issues from car city nothing getting done but all is feeling taken advantage of and being stolen from crooks aren't what god put us here to being taking advantage of innocent good hard working people isn't what you or anyone would everyday is great or any thing good of any business skills

I'm buying to 2006 dodge caravan from car city they sick I traded in my old car for it and got 1000 dollars for but the said 500 dollars down and the other would come off my payment they suck I have been paying 439 a month and only 150 goes towards the payment SCAM ATRTIST BULL. stupid my car broke down last week they told me I had to pay 500 dollars now they say that the repairs for what ever is wrong is not covered by the insurance that I'm paying for through them. All I wanted a a vehicle to get me to and from work and get my family around. But like everyone else I just want my money back now I have been paying them for 2 years almost 3. It was @ 9999 dollars but after looking at my agreement I have been paying 18000 dollars for it the Kelly blue book value when I started was 2600 dollars. STUPID STUPID STUPID SCAM ARTISTS BULL THEY WANT ME TO BE HAPPY THEY JUST WANT MY MONEY I WORK SO HARD FOR SCREW THEM. I WANT TO DRIVE THAT STUPID VAN THROUGH THERE FRONT WINDOW AND TELL THEM TO KEEP THE F ING THING.

I got a car from car city on 28th st.In grand rapids, mi. First I want to start by telling everyone that car city lets you lease the vehicle's and you are not buying them. I was told I was buying my car and latter found out it was a lease. My fault I should have went over the paper I was sighing better. I went to a bank after paying on the car for 14 months without missing a payment to re-finance and was told that no bank in michigan will re-finance a car city lease. I am mad because the sales person told me to pay on the car for 12 moths and get re-financed with a lower rate and I wouldn't have to pay 24.99%. The biggest reasons I wanted to re-finance is because the car I got from car city is junk. It has been in the shop 6 times in past 12 months. Its been looked at for a motor noise 3 or 4 times. I was told that if the motor is running they cant fix it. I have to wake up every morning and listen to the car. It sound like a tin can full of marble's. To make things better I paid for a 18 month warranty and it should be covered. There are lots of car lots that will help with bad credit or low down payment. Call around. Do not go to car ###,

I went in to Car City Super Center in Lansing MI. to get what i thought was an honest dealership to get a good car an help a good report for my credit so it would help me. When i went in there i made them aware that i was really hesitant about getting a car from there the guy i was dealing with not once offered me any info on how it works getting a car not in the beginning the middle end. I made him aware i was sure i didn’t bring in 1500. a month i just passed my 90 days at one job an only worked part time at the other. Even thought there’s alot more i cant fit on here not enough room. Anyhow i knew i would have to put down a good amount i started out at 3000. an to lower my car payment i put down 500. more which i didn’t plan to do but they only dropped the payment by $1.05 from 310. to the whopping 308. big drop in payment NOT! Well once they rushed me threw the paper work . It was a Friday an when i got home an thought about it i got out my paper work an realized it was a lease agreement not a buyers agreement like i thought so i called an they weren’t open til Monday which when i got in there an spoke to the manager he offered me an extended warranty for free 12mon 12, 000 miles then i watched him retype my paper work an take it out of the 3500. i put down nice. Of course he thought i was stupid an said heres what else i can do for you i will give you a report of your credit for free even though i knew you could get it free anyway. But i like i said there’s a lot more bottom line i wish i had an attorney to take my case an help me win it an get all my money back.
