Disappointed with everything about this company.
First of all, the most important part of every company is their customer service. I think that CapWholesalers has the worst one.
Women on the phone are ignorant and inattentive, plus they are rude in general. Even though they had no reasons to be impolite, because I wanted them to answer a very simple question, that, however, couldn't be resolved without their participation...
