CapWholesalers rude customer service

Disappointed with everything about this company.
First of all, the most important part of every company is their customer service. I think that CapWholesalers has the worst one.
Women on the phone are ignorant and inattentive, plus they are rude in general. Even though they had no reasons to be impolite, because I wanted them to answer a very simple question, that, however, couldn't be resolved without their participation...

CapWholesalers Rude representative

I am extremely disappointed with their support, they were incredibly rude and unfriendly. I did not buy anything from www.capwholesalers.com so I can't say anything about their products, but I can say a lot about their service. I wanted to order from them but first I contacted CapWholesalers and asked about the return process (just in case). Their rep was very rude and said that they don't to refunds. I told him that I did not want a refund I was only asking about the return process, but they simply did not care. They were quite aggressive and refused to communicate. I was very upset with that kind of attitude and decided that it was better not to buy from them. Terrible service!

CapWholesalers Horrible!!

I have ordered several items from CapWholesalers and paid $150 for everything. After I paid they were supposed to send me a confirmation message and a tracking number, but I did not receive anything.
So I contacted customer support service and asked them about the tracking number and the rep I spoke to was very rude! Their rep said that I should check my mail again.
When I called for the second time their rep raised his voice on me and said that it was my fault that I was not able to find anything.
Then I asked them to cancel my order and they said "NO" - no cancellations, no replacement and no refund. What a freak!
Avoid this terrible site!

CapWholesalers Seller hasn't sent details about the purchase

I ordered three hats from the company www.capwholesalers.com. I received the confirmation email from the seller, but the seller hasn’t informed me that the order has been sent. I emailed him and he told me that “yes” it was sent, and he promised to provide the details of the shipping. But it was only blah-blah. I need some help, because the seller didn’t send the details and information. What will you do in such situation?

CapWholesalers they didn't communicate with me

My experience on the website www.capwholesalers.com was really awful. I ordered 4 hats for me and my mum. But these people took money within several hours from my card and my bank confirmed the purchase, but they haven’t sent any confirmation emails. I waited 2 weeks and sent emails to their non-existed email address. Of course, I didn’t get the reply. I called to the bank and asked to help me to get my money back. I will never again buy from them.

CapWholesalers Their tracking number turned to be invalid, but they didn't help me

I didn’t like that the website www.capwholesalers.com has so poor customer services. I ordered about 15 hats from them. I got the tracking number and every day I checked it. But 3 days ago, the website showed that the tracking number was invalid. I contacted the customer services, but all phones were busy. I left them about 10 messages, but no one called me back. I need this order as soon as possible. And I’m really angry that such things have happened with me.
