No systematic way for booking, informations needed to customers are not given correctly. I have been misbehaved by the staff. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go. So, nowadays where there is a problem going through the supply of cylinder and also the verification of Ration card, the staff of this Agency are misbehaving like anything. This Agency have no such systems that we book over phone and after a certain gap, as our number comes serially we get. We need to call to them repeatedly and have to confirm our address again and again.

    WE STRONGLY DISAGREE with the complaint of Rimali.

    As per the Agency Records, there is no such registered customer in the name of Rimali, therefore all accusitions leived by the person are unfounded and misleading. Any complaint regarding working of the agency should be supported by a REGISTERED CONSUMER NUMBER and COMPLETE ADDRESS in the name of Rimali.

    We are consulting our legal advisor for a legal action against Rimali for attempting to tarnish the image of our agency and causing mental harrassment.
