On 2/11/09, I ordered several items from Capitol Shopping Mall via thier website. On 2/11/09 my credit card was charged for the items ordered. In the past 3 weeks, I have made numerous phone calls, only to get an answering machine promising to return my call. None of the calls have been returned. On one call, a man answered and said he was out of the office answering on his cell phone, but would give me a call back in 30 min. once he got back to his office; no return call ensued.
Today is 3/30/09, and if no contact is made in the next 10 days or so, I will be contacting the Virginia Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB. I suggest others do the same. I'll also be contacting my credit card company in an attempt to recover the charge placed on the card. So. if you are considering doing business with this company, reconsider.
