I went into capitol medical hospital early on the 15th of August at 4:00 am. I was in sever pain and had gone into Sheltons Mason county medical but they did not have an opening for their MIR until Monday. So the following day I had my husband drive me to Capitol Medical in Olympia, WA. When I entered the ER at around 4:00 am. The ER was empty at this time. They took my name, insurance and why I was there. I told them I had extreme pain on my left side and the pain was excruciating. The worse pain I’ve ever had. I’m a high tolerance of pain. I’m a very tuff patient and I explain that to them. I had a doctor that was so rude and terrible. By around 10:00 am the ER was filling up rapidly. All she cared about was getting me out of that room. Not finding out what was wrong. We argued and she was very vocal at telling me they needed my cubical for other people that really needed the ER. Not for people like me who are faking my pain. That really set me off. I have never ever made pain up and when I have to complain about the pain even my husband told her that I had a very high tolerance of pain and I would never make something like this up. She was so mean that I told her I wasn’t going to leave the hospital until we found out what’s causing all of this pain but to get a MIR done also. She said to me if I get you a MIR would you give up that room. I said if you figure out what’s wrong with me I’d be happy to leave. She disliked me so much that she asked another doctor to go and check me out. So he came in and introduced himself and discussed why she couldn’t do it and I was really pissing her off. Anyway long story short. All of my nurses were wonderful but they couldn’t believe how mean she was to me also. The one kept telling me she felt so bad for the way she was talking to me. I caught her up at the front desk complaining about me to all the team. So unprofessional. Well I did get kicked out of my room and they never did recognized any of the issues I had. So I was so unhappy with the treatment that I had a driver drive me to the Swedish Hospital in Seattle. ER.. The doctor commented what a rough day I had before I went to Swedish. She could read all the bad things they wrote about me. She looked at where my pain was coming through me and she looked it over and in 2 mins she diagnosis me with Shingles! She new right away what was wrong me me and medication for it. So I guess I feel vindicated but I’m really still irritated with that doctor that tried to convince me that I wasn’t;t really feeling pain it was all in my head. What a terrible mistake she made to me that made me cry because she wouldn’t believe me when I told her that’s the last thing I would ever heard from a doctors view of their patients. I was in shocked she kicked me out rather then being hopeful they might find the problem. She should not be working in the ER or any other place in the hospitals. She needs to be fired for all the mean words she used about me. I’m tempted to file a lawsuit against her. I’ve been at Capitol a few times before and we had wonderful doctors and nurses. So one bad apple needs to be fired because of her lecturing so much stuff behind my heart & back.

The individuals above are family to a Tealeashea Williams that I was hit by a vehicle with on 5/21/22 Catherine, Shaquala, Gary works on the 6th floor of the hospital I was in room 604 the head nurse was Catherine and she is the auntie of the person that I'm going through a lawsuit they was making threats towards me to drop the lawsuit I feel like it was unprofessional it was a conflict of interest I asked to be moved from that floor and nobody seem to pay me no mind this is the girl that hit me with the car auntie and cousins Catherine is the mother of Gary and Shaquala all family of the defendent from 7/1/22 until 7/3/22 and is Catherine kids as well I'm getting a lawyer

My mother is a current patient today, 1/22/20 in the ER holding waiting on a hospital bed. She has been waiting since 1/21/20 on a room at your hospital. She called me today around noon and said that she was not given anything to eat today and that she was given bad service by the nurse on call. She said that no one was really checking on her and anything. When I called her this morning before I went to work to check on her, she explained that she was still in a waiting are for admitting. I am currently deployed out of state with Homeland Security. This is just unacceptable for a hospital to not feed their patients.
I called and asked for the Head nurse in the ER. When the phone rang, I male picked up the phone and I asked for his name and he said that his name was Terri. I asked for his last name and he said RN. I told him that I knew his last name was not RN and I was at the point that I was about the contact the hospital Administrator about my issue and then he took me more seriously. I explain to him that my mother's name was Jackie Barber and she had not been given breakfast this morning. He said that he would send someone to check on her because she was over in the admission holding area and he asked for my phone number and he would call me back. I have not heard anything from him since. My concern is mother's well being and the welling of other patients that do not have a voice to speak up for them like my mother. 1.- I need to know why my mother was not given breakfast this morning when she arrive well over 12 hours before to your hospital and 2- what is going to be done about this...…

How is it that I came to the hospital on Saturday, 11/18, with my medical
benefit card and you sent me a bill minus my medical benefit information for $868.00?

I'll tell you how. You think somebody's STUPID!

Now, I just received a letter from Paragon Emergency Services requesting payment of $868.00.

You guys are out your RABBIT MIND!

Let me tell you how this is going to play out. You better fix this situation ASAP! I don't need nothing bad on my credit report.

I need this resolved immediately.
