Transferring 5k from an in-house saving account to an in-house checking account. The manager said I needed two forms of id. My va driver license wasn't good enough. So I said close the account which she did but then a second was required also. She reopened the account because she thought of another way to to original transfer w/o second id. Will be closing all family accounts. Been a customer for over twenty years and still call by old name of chevy chase. The new bank policies and customer service are driving people to online banking. All thegood employees from capital one in oakton virginia have departed and we are stuff with nasty women. Don't even get me started on the lines. Not all capital one branches are bad but the one in oakton has to be top three worse.
