Dear all,
I opened a deposit with CMB and paid 250.00 e and after a while I could no longer enter my deposit.
I was never able to enter my deposit again and never received 250.00 back.
My question is how do I get that money back?

I opened a trading account in 2017 and there was an account manager Sarah Cruz managing it. this year 2018 since january she never touched the account, I have sent several emails, sent requests on the customer service to close the account and refund my money but there hasnt been any response.
This looks like CMB just scammed me out of my money. Please close the account and refund me back my money.

I'm Fikile Kumalo from South Africa, I opened aMT4 trading account in April this year. A guy in the name of David Fletcher promised to help. He gave me the form to fill and send them back with my bank details and my passport copy. I do all and he took my money from my bank account . After he received all my money and my documents, his email address which he used didn't not working .. Since that time I can't found him . I will send all the documents and my bank statement tomorrow

I was offered a CMB trading account where experts' in their field would trade a Managed Account on my behalf and would take 10% of any profits. The minimum investment was £15, 000. I was approached again once I made the £20, 000 investment to add a further £10, 000 to access a higher return on my investment. I accepted this offer. Despite numerous phone calls to the office for someone to call with my account details, no one has returned my calls. Honestly, it took me forever to figure how to go about getting my money back after many failed attempts. Although l still have £28, 000 in my trading account, l was not allowed to make any withdrawal but I was able to withdraw my £19, 000 from the two brokers i signed up with while trading (I'm no genius, [protected]@consultant.com helped me, they can help you too).

Withdrawal of funds.
My name is Sakhele Madolo from South Africa. I have a live trading account with Capital Markets Banc (Account number: 6030629). On October 19, 2017 I requested a withdrawal for $573.34. There was no response. My broker (Eric Brooks: eric.[protected]@capmb.com) stopped communicating with me. When I followed up using their Live Support and Service Desk, I found out that they deactivated both tabs (See attachment). On October 24 I wrote a e-mail to their Finance and Support Departments (See Attachment), only support responded. Today (November 01, 2017 I wrote another follow-up e-mail (See Attachment).
Please assist me in this regard.
