CanvasBees.com unauthorized charges - company charging double tax for all buy-1 get-1 orders.

The total on all their invoices never add up. They are charging double tax for all buy1 Get 1 free orders. Everyone should check their invoices and complain to consumers affairs in the state of NJ. Their parent company name and inform is as follows:

CanvasBees.com my order

I dealt with such an unprofessional owner, I really wish I would have really researched this company before hand. My canvases came with a heart and a shopping cart at the bottom, on my side I could obviously not see this but he printed it anyway! No quality control, no compassion, no empathy and very rude. Why would a sane persons want that on a huge canvas? I will go to the end of the earth to tell everyone not to deal with this company! Next is BBB

I tried calling and emailing you in response to an email you sent Fick Education...the number would not allow a message to be left so I sent 3 emails over a period of a month and when I didn't get a response I decided to call through the main customer service number your rude representative continually repeated it was over 30 days so he could do nothing. He would not let me finish a sentence, he would not let me speak to a manager, and he did not want to hear how I had tried contacting within the 30 days to no avail. I will never use your service again and will be sure to let all my associates know of your poor customer service. My order number is 99088. I received an email from you on 8/12/17, I tried calling on 8/14, 8/17, 8/24 (called the number in the email for Jesse Shaw [protected]) also emailed on 8/24, 8/28, 8/30.

CanvasBees.com canvas picture

I ordered a large canvas picture from Canvas Bees. It arrived damaged by Fedex. The frame was broken and the canvas torn. I filed a claim with Fedex. They denied, saying the shipper would have to file the claim. Seemed OK so I both emailed and phoned Canvas Bees to ask the to please file the claim. No responses. I called and told the man who answered the phone my problem. He put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back. I called again and waited on hold and was then disconnected.

Read the other reviews, they are true. This is not a reputable business and now I am out the money for the print. Stay away!

CanvasBees.com canvas prints

I tried this website to make canvas prints of my paintings for a friend. I usually have a local printing company make them, but I wanted to try something new and cheaper. When my prints arrived, they were horribly distorted and the colors were very off. I showed my friend the prints and she did not want them. I called Jessie the next day to try and get my money back. He would only reprint them. I didn't want that, because they were horrible the first time and I had to get my friend the prints fast and couldn't wait another week or two to see if he did them right. I told him I only wanted a refund. He made me send him pictures of them, so I did. I sent the original pictures and the ones he made. He didn't see anything wrong with them. He must be blind. I continued to argue with him, because his return policy states if they are bad he will refund them. He said he wouldn't. I threatened to write bad reviews and turn him into the BBB. Only then, did he say he would give me a partial refund and I had to ship back the ones he sent at my own cost. I paid $45 for the two prints and he would only give my back $27. I hung up and started reading reviews on him-something I wish I had done first. I e-mailed him the next day threatening to go the BBB and Federal Trade Commission if he didn't refund my money. He never replied. I called him again later because I wasn't sure if he had received my e-mail. I tried to negotiate with him and get two completely different prints made. I wanted something for my money. He refused and said I keep changing my story. The only thing I ever asked for was a refund until today. He is so arrogant and rude when you talk to him. I don't know how he has stayed in business this long. I did report him to the BBB and to the FTC and hope they shut him down for good. Thank you for nothing Jessie, here is your review as promised!

CanvasBees.com extremely rude customer service and poor delivery

I placed my order was June 4 2017 and my order was supposed to be delivered before June 13. Every day I followed up after June 15 but I did not receive any response to my emails. I call every day and all I get as response is a rude reply saying it will be shipped tomorrow.

The person on customer support is extremely rude and I will never buy from this team again. I am not sure how this product is going to be delivered or will I ever get my money back.

CanvasBees.com extremely bad customer service

I'm absolutely shocked at the customer service from this company. After placing my order I sent an email asking to confirm the 2 for 2 offer, all that was sent to me was a cut and paste from their system showing me my order. I received my prints today (which was 3 days late!) and only received two instead of four! After speaking to Jesse in Customer Service I was told that I only purchased two and did not get the 2 for 2 offer. He said that he could send the other two prints if I paid for the postage of $13! I disagreed and asked to speak to someone higher than him, he told me outright NO! I was not able to speak to another person working there or the owner of this small business.
On my side I submitted the offer code for 2 for 2 which they said I did not do as it did not appear on their side. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not order from this company, customer satisfaction is not what they strive to do!

I agree, I've never had such bad customer service, no apology and no trying to make the customer satisfied. I'm spreading the word to all my family, friends and everyone else out there not to use them.

I had a similar experience . I was supposed to have my order today especially when I paid for extra shipping! I just found out it was shipped today! I am going out of town for a birthday party and will have to pay extra shipping to send this gift! I will never use them again. They better get their sh** together or they will be out of business.

CanvasBees.com customer service

to keep this short Ill stick to the simple facts.
Ordered during a "buy one get one sale"
Paid extra to have the items shipped in a quicker fashion
after several attempts to contact the seller due to no info on shipping being sent and the order was to be received within 2 days at the latest I finally spoke with James. he told me my print wasn't even printed but he would expedite it and I would see my order shortly.
I asked about the shipping and he assured me it would be refunded.
Call Number 2 - Still hadn't seen product or shipping info. Asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was no longer interested. Again James tells me that they will refund my shipping and he will have me info that day. He followed through on the shipping info, but not the money.
called a third time spoke with James. This time I was told that they had a press down and that all their shipments were delayed. He would put a request into the shipping department for a refund on my shipping and apologized but would not acknowledge that this was the 3rd time we spoke.
4th call spoke with James this time he tells me that they do not return shipping (suddenly this is an issue after 4 calls!?!) but that they would give me a credit towards my next purchase and he would follow up with an email. Guess what Folks, I never saw that either.
then today I call and when the person answers they do not say their name ( i know at this point its the same person I have spoken with 4 other times) But I ask who I am speaking with... the person refuses to answer and asks my order number. I provide that info and ask again for his name. He again ignores the question and puts me on hold. I continue ask his name after he gets back and he refuses and then becomes very rude and unprofessional it was a good 10 minute conversation of me providing him with dates and times we spoke, the promises HE made and trying to understand why these things have not been done. His response was " get over it cause you are not getting your money back"
then continues to tell me that they have orders that are 15-20 days delayed right now. I asked how in good faith they could charge for shipping that they couldn't fulfill and I was hung up on.

I ordered a canvas from them and it was to be delivered in a 3 day window of 5/15-5/17. After I made my order I did not get any info from them but I was billed. I ordered on 5/7 I was told on 5/12 that my order was shipped and it was on the way and I would get a tracking number later that day. 5/13 and 5/14 passed and nothing. So I called on the 15th to check and see why I didn't have a tracking number. I was told sorry it will be shipped then and I would get a tracking number. Again nothing so I called on the 16th. Again I was told sorry it will ship now and will send a tracking number. Nothing again so I call on the 17th the last day it was scheduled to deliver. 1nc again I was told it will ship today and I will get a tracking number. The day I am to have it I am again being told it was shipped and I would get a tracking number. Again nothing by the end of the day on the 17th, the last day it was to arrive. After calling my bank to get my money back because i was refused by CANVASBEES, they have now MADE A SHIPPING LABEL. NOT SHIPPED BUT A LABEL WAS MADE on the 18th the day AFTER i was to get it after being told for 3 DAYS it had been shipped when in fact it was not. They have horrible customer service and they lie to their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. i want a full refund.

CanvasBees.com terrible customer service and still haven't received prints

Placed order prior to Mother's Day. The order confirmation stated that the prints would be delivered between the 15th and 17th of May. Today I called on the 18th to ask the status of my order. The "Customer Service" representative named Joseph said that the prints didn't ship yet but I was welcome to pay an extra $18 to expedite my order. Then I told him that I didn't wan't to pay extra to receive my items late. After that he stopped talking and for a second I thought that he hung up on me. I asked if he was still on the line and he told me that he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. He couldn't tell me when my items would arrive. This was my first experience with this company and I wasn't very happy with my interaction. My customer ID number is 87989. If I were a customer service agent, I would have expedited the order without asking more more money. If this is how this company works, I will go out of my way to tell people not to use CanvasBees.

CanvasBees.com two prints

I ordered two prints to be framed for Mothers Day, I was told I would receive them in plenty of time. Pictures never showed up, I called and they said the frames were holding them up, that they could send them unframed but it would still be late, then I was told I would have them in 4 days, again never showed up, was told again on the phone the framing is holding them up and it will be another 4-5 days out. It was like talking to a computer, not once did they even apologize and just keep telling me the same line. As of today I still do not have them

CanvasBees.com Online order 3-1-17

I placed an order online for a 20 x 45 canvas print only because they offered free shipping through an email. I put the FREESHIP code in as I placed the order and then after I got my email confirmation it stated I was charged $19.80 for shippping. I immediately called and told them I did not want the order if I had to pay for shipping and wanted to cancel the order. The man I spoke with said I wasn't allowed to cancel an order because of shipping charges but he would give my complaint to customer service. I also followed up with an email explaining everything in great detail. After 2 days of not hearing back from them, I called and emailed again and still heard nothing. Yesterday the order arrived at my house with the shipping charge and not even a hook on the print to hang it up. I called for the 3rd time (long distance) and left yet another voice mail message and emailed again. Still I have never heard back from them. I have order several prints from them and have referred them. But I will NEVER order anything from them again and will also let it be known on social media what horrible customer service they have. I'm very VERY disappointed in CANVAS BEES!

CanvasBees.com Refund of services not performed.

They printed one of two prints ordered in October. Thier customer service person Jesse reached out to me once to tell me via email, the photo was not good quality. I have since emailed them 3 times trying to find out what yhe issue is. I have Left two messages, and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I also posted on thier facebook page and heard nothing back.

CanvasBees.com I will not use canvasbees again.

I have ordered two canvas prints from www.canvasbees.com and received my order in a timely manner. One print was ok but the second one was defective. I guess it was damaged during the shipment because of poor packaging.
I contacted CanvasBees customer care service and asked for a refund, but they refused and said that wasn't possible. Their customer service rep wasn't polite and it really seemed that they just didn't care. I will not use CanvasBees again.

CanvasBees.com Bad quality

Ordered canvas from CanvasBees website and the one I received was of a terrible quality. Colors were dim and the whole picture was blurry. I went to their website and there was clearly said that they guarantee a 100% money back in case if a customer is not satisfied with the product.
I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they claimed that they do not provide refunds!
These people do not honor their own policy! They are complete liars and scammers! Avoid at all costs!
