I tried calling and emailing you in response to an email you sent Fick Education...the number would not allow a message to be left so I sent 3 emails over a period of a month and when I didn't get a response I decided to call through the main customer service number your rude representative continually repeated it was over 30 days so he could do nothing. He would not let me finish a sentence, he would not let me speak to a manager, and he did not want to hear how I had tried contacting within the 30 days to no avail. I will never use your service again and will be sure to let all my associates know of your poor customer service. My order number is 99088. I received an email from you on 8/12/17, I tried calling on 8/14, 8/17, 8/24 (called the number in the email for Jesse Shaw [protected]) also emailed on 8/24, 8/28, 8/30.
