Canvas Bees / I will not use canvasbees again.

I have ordered two canvas prints from and received my order in a timely manner. One print was ok but the second one was defective. I guess it was damaged during the shipment because of poor packaging.
I contacted CanvasBees customer care service and asked for a refund, but they refused and said that wasn't possible. Their customer service rep wasn't polite and it really seemed that they just didn't care. I will not use CanvasBees again.
