Canon Factory / Bad service

I sent my camera in for repair. They lost both my original packaging (including manuals and warranty) and my 2G card. I spoke with a supervisor, Nellie Popov, who refused to help. A new card was sent but they say they did not record that I'd mailed it in the original packaging and thus do not hold themselves accountable.
