I have been charged money when not requested then when I want to pay .99 for a few remaining moves the only option is a range of All options vs one! That's suspicious and frustrating! I'm on level 487! And cannot move because it's as if the game is rigged to force you to spend an enormous amount of money! I may hang the game up because it's no longer enjoyable!

I was playing a round and when the round ended I was given the option of playing on or for gold bars receiving some kind of gift by spinning the wheel. After spinning the wheel the screen switched to showing me options to purchase candy, without showing me what I won on my wheel spin. I tried again and again without realizing that every time I did I was losing gold bars. I want my gold bars back.

I literally paid .99 to get extra moves to beat board 2085. It worked, I beat it. However, I plugged my phone in to charge, came back later only to find that when I left the board blowing up, beat, I come back to open the present that would give me 6 hours of play time (Which I had been working towards all day) and it was as if I had never beat the board. That I paid money for to beat! Seriously? I am a religious fan and player of this game. I would hope that you would make this right.

MeTV Candy Crush ad promotes random acts of out-of-control violence.
That should indicate what consumers have to expect.
Candy Crush ad pushes violence as a good, desirable, beneficial and pleasurable thing. This is completely out of context with the rest of MeTV
programing. If I wanted random acts of out-of-control violence I would not be watching MeTV. When I watch TV5 French Chanel I shut off films that glorify random or deliberate acts of violence. I have complained to MeTV. They need to hear it as often as possible. Get Candy Crush off their emission.

Level 2142 cannot be completed because it does not have 43 sugar spaces to crush... It only has 41 spaces and the level cannot be completed. I have gotten rid of all sugar spaces and had 18 moves left and still could not complete this level. I have tried crushing the chocolate making icon, but nothing happens. Can you make sure this level can be completed?

They took my money afterni put it in there 10 times .. & i want my money back ! I don't have money to waste and that's exactly what y'all think i have which is crazy .. So it would be nice if i could atleast get my money back because taking people's money is not good. Not about to take my money and make me broke so y'all can get rich that's not gonna happen.

When I am playing it's said you have won 120 rupees. Then add credit card details amount will credit. Then I added it's detected while playing 3200 rupees. Please by mistakes I have played and I given my account details I has taken my money 3200 rupees in my credit card. Hello! You need to fix the game properly! I am at the level 2167. I finished it, but the little secret balls kept popping and it continued for an hour and it wouldn't finish the game! I was waiting, but it didn't end, so I had to switch it off, but now it says that I didn't complete it and I have to do it again! Not cool! What's the point of playing!

I have an I pad with iOS 9.3.5 when I try to play candy crush it crashes, or shuts down. I have tried to uninstall and re install. No help will not play any more of your games and tell all my friends to delete theirs. If you need more info. Tell me what you need. My e mail is [protected]@netzero.net. Dont know why you are stealing from people but im over it. This is the second complaint ive now made over losing all bonuses I earn them I pay for them and during play or update or whatever you take them. Might seem petty but when you save them up and pay for them tou want them to be there always. Sort your crap out otherwise I know I wont be spending anymore time or money on any of the apps. To loose over 40 bonuses during play is a load of crap. It is stealing simple! And its not like this has happened only once or twice this happens every second week. Sort it out

I had a facebook account when i created a candy crush account. I was on a fairly high level. I have since deleted my facebook account and now cant recover the account because there is no email attached to it. How can i recover this account please. My old facebook was Mario C. Tamborino. Can the glitch be fixed on level 2142. I've completed this awful level several times but keeps saying "2 more jellies left". Also, ALL of my boosters have been wiped, some which I had over 50 and it's not the first time either! I've got a screen shot but your form doesn't allow me to attach it.

Can I have all my boosters back as soon as possible and let me pass this level without playing it again. It's boooooring!

I am very upset because I just passed this very hard level (Level 205) which i've been working on for a few days now... Finally beat it! (Yesssss victoryyy) play a couple try's of 206 and closed out of the game for a few minutes. Came back to still being on level 205! Can someone please tell me what the hell happened in the room with you people behind the screen ####ing #### up for me! This #### gets hard out here and you dont know how many lollipop hammers and color bombs and rolling donut looking thingys that turn 3 rows into striped candies that I have used on this level all for your stupid glitch to take away my vicorty! You evil

EVerybody everywhere is complaining about this game going off every time you try to play it. Been going on for weeks and nobody seems to be doing anything about it. I suggest you get this fixed before you come up with anymore games. IM at level 1800 and have been stuck there for weeks. I love the game but it's so frustrating. Please resolve this matter for all your customers.

Hello, I am having problems with you games crashing on my iPad such as Candy Crush and Candy crush soda. I have tried all the usual things such as shutdown of my iPad and deleting the app and reinstalling nothing has worked. I have no issues on my PC laptop why is this happening? I used to be able to play them without any problems! Seems this just started a few months ago! Help!

I just opened the CC Saga app on my Android and all of my saved boosters are gone! I had between 35 & 65 of every type. (wheels, fish, hammers, checkmarks, hand switches, stripe/bag combo, color balls) This is the second time this has happened. My lives and progress are correct.
