The Canadian Pharmacy Fraud

On the surface this website looks legitimate. They appear to be from Vancouver, B.C. and it also says they are Licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.They also send out a confirmation email that your order has been processed. However, your credit card is charged and you receive nothing. I have two charges on my Master Card from Merchant: ED-CS1.NET and ED CS2.NET. One for $179.23 CDN on November 7th and another for $97.48 CDN on October 20th. They have a support centre you can email, but they never respond to your emails. I am very afraid I have been taken and hoping that this email will help get this website shut down.

I have been waiting for a response to several email enquiries since 19th Feb., about an order charged to my Visa as ED-CS1.NET MOSKVA, and not received. Ordered from http://total-med.org/, Canadian Health&Care Mall - Healthcare Online.

After 6 weeks, I'm beginning to feel it's a scam and glad it was only for a small order.

I called these guys (shopmy.org) several times and they really experience problems with the phone calls by the number published on the website. Thus they ask to contact them via email and commonly they are quite fast in answering these emails. In case you've included your phone number in the email they recall you if needed. I use their services for over 2 years and they have never dissapointed me.

I would have to agree that it seems that someone should have contacted me by now to let me know something. By not contacting me it seems as if something fishy is going on. The phone number listed is based in texas and says the number or code you dialed is incorrect. It's to early for me to say I just placed my order last week but time will tell I guess.

I have also ordered a couple of drugs in this store. This is a common
one store that sells generic drugs. The prices are quite attractive.
The first order was a bit late but finally I got it. The second one
caused no problems at all. The drugs were delivered from India.
Probably this was the reason of the delay. However I suppose it is
normal for such prices. It is not a scam anyway.

SAVE your money,
this is an illegal unlicensed fraudulent pharmacy spam ring linked to credit card fraud and identity theft.

Another 1 of 1000's of identical sites running on new domains ever day.
(What legitimate company would need to do this?
Only criminal / scammers need to do it to keep
ahead of the authorities shutting their sites down all the time.)

Look at this list of identical sites caught in spam traps recently:

THERE is nothing Canadian about this criminals spam/scam operation!

The domains are always registered with fake contact information and done at a spam friendly register often in China.

These domains are often running on a huge list of ILLEGAL hijacked/hacked computers!

I placed an online order the Canadian Pharmacy Online for an Rx of Bactrim antibiotics 90 count pill form in the first week of March, 08 (my credit card statement showed a charge for the full amount of $68.19 on March 18, 08.) I waited the full 21 days for my order to arrive before filing a dispute for the full amount with my credit card company. Meanwhile, I made every attempt to contact Canadian Pharmacy online by email and by phone at the number they provided [protected].) I only received a busy signal when I called the number (which was nearly daily) and I never received any reply to the emails that I sent.
Then, literally out-of-the-blue I received my order today, April 23, 08 in the mail. The order was correct and arrived in good condition. I certainly would NOT recommend that anyone order from this company! I was sure that I would not receive my order after such a long wait and especially after reading the comments left on this and other sites concerning fraud. If you are in need of low cost medication I would urge you not to take this route in getting prescription drugs! The wait is LONG and the company is UNRELIABLE!

~~~I do not doubt for a second that many of the people who left comments on this site truly did not receive what they ordered and paid for!
Hi,
The guy is not just a spammer. He's actually a criminal phisher. He sends spams to collect credit card numbers to steal money your.
The guy is well documented in the following urls. He's the kingkong of all spams according to the spamhause: "Canadian Pharmacy".
You can find his foot prints by searching the following keywords;
The good news is that this scammer has extreme hatered against receiving spams. It's rather irony, isn't it? So forward all the spams to the following email addresses. Send them using different email addresses as many as possible, so that he won't be able to block your email addresses. He has the tendency that if you send a lot of spams to him, he will remove you from his spam databases. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN REMOVE FROM HIS SPAMBASE! You can also automate your email system to redirect to him. Then congratulations!
You will get far less spams!
The Canadian Pharmacy Scam and fraud!
I would like for someone to tell me if they have been scammed by the site . The logo on their page is a red oak leaf in a circle between the words Canadian and Pharmacy. Address is online-edmeds.com. I have ordered from them three times since early last year and received my meds in a timely manner. I ordered again a few days ago and their e-mail response looked odd. Wording was different, return e-mail addresses were different and when I sent them a # of e-mails they were returned as undeliverable. They had e-mailed me that my credit card had been denied. The credit card company called the next day to tell me they had blocked all transactions since Jan 6th but could not tell me why. But that was the day after I placed my last order with this company, which I did receive. But I left the block on and have been getting e-mails trying to get me to correct the credit card problems and place the order.
The Canadian Pharmacy Are these people rip offs?
I am sick & tired of different people emailing me & telling me about this fantastic Canadian pharmacy. At first I fell for it so I sent a few enquiry emails regarding medicines to this company & never got a reply. I've read some of the complaints about them & just want someone to confirm if they are a rip off or not. If they are a rip off then why are they still able to advertise there business & why have they not been done for fraud? All I done was ask there advice about certain medication, I'm just so glad I didn't send an order. As far as I am concerned if a company cannot be bothered to reply to an inquiry then they cannot possibly be legit. Nobody with any business sense would ignore prospective business. Can somebody please let me no if my suspicions are right? Also I want to know how they got my details in the first place as I have spam & security soft ware on my PC.
I cannot comment about the ability to "send or not send" the medications you order. What I can tell you is that first of all there is a long wait to make sure the credit card transaction is not declined or rejected. Step two is a certain period of time that they wait to make sure you are not going to “cancel” or “recall” the transaction. I will talk more about this later. You then get an email that your order has been received and is being processed. This is about a one to two week process, so we are now three to four weeks from the original order submission.
You then get an email that the order has been processed and is being shipped. Of course it must pass through US Customs and that could take from a couple of days to forever since the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) does not include pharmaceuticals. This is the reason they are shipped in “plain packages.” This is in order to disguise them from the US Customs Agents. However when you get them you wonder how could anyone not know what is in this package. The US Customs is seizing drugs along our borders that are hidden inside the blocks of engines and in the diapers of infants used as a smuggling method of deception. One has to wonder how did this 3X4 plain package wrap that obviously contains numerous pills, pass?
Well let’s assume for arguments sake that they did pass, as mine allegedly did. You will receive blister packs that may or may not have the same lingo or “language” on the outside, however I have yet to receive any “medications” that actually look like anything you can get from Walgreens or Walmart. Of course they give the disclaimer that they are packaged for different countries and may or may not represent the products you receive from your local pharmacist, however you can rest assured that they are the same and meet the same standards. Question: Who exactly is monitoring these same standards?
What I can tell you from experience that the 10 out of 10 prescriptions I have ordered anywhere from “Canadian” to “European” pharmacies have proven to be nothing more than a really bad placebo. When my insurance went up 150% on my cholesterol medicine, I ordered from a “Reputable Canadian Pharmacy”, three months later my LDL increased by 60 Points. My wife suffers from bi-polar disorder and at Wal-Mart her 30 day supply of Seroquel was almost $600.00. We have tried pharmacies from both Canada and Europe and all I can tell you is that I would now pay $1, 200.00 per month just to get her back to the real medication. Three months later we went back to Wal-Mart and after a couple of weeks we can now be seen in the same room again.
Don’t take my word. I submitted samples to local chemist who performed a test using a gas chromatograph analysis on the “foreign” samples and because of pending court litigation I cannot reveal the true results of the tests. I can only say that from my experience “if it sounds to good to be true, than it most likely is.” Don’t get me wrong the pills we pay for here in the US are the same pills that pharmacies in the UK or Canada are dispensing for practically nothing. All I am saying is that if you live in the US and are trying to get that same deal than you should buy a ticket and get your passport. Because I almost got divorced from buying my wife’s anti-depressants and bi-polar medication from these people.
If any of you know a reputable company please let me know. Also let me know who is referring this site because of all the spam and paid spammers need to know that if you do this again I CAN AND WILL HUNT YOU DOWN and unleash my un-medicated ### wife upon you. Trust me, you don’t want to go there…..
The Canadian Pharmacy Order never received!
This so called company had no problem taking a payment out of my account. I cannot reach either phone numbers [protected] or [protected], if that is the numbers!The website address is bogus too. I wish I would've known! I hope you read this before you make the same mistake I did! I have contacted my financial institute, and I have two excellent lawyers that deal with fraud, I hope it doesn't come down to this and I receive my order safe and sound.
The answering message is a Russian accent. After placing an order and realising it was a bogus company that had my bank number I closed my bank account. They wait a while then clean out your account. But the ### still burned me for $130.
I placed an order with an Indian firm that according to tracking should be here tomorrow. We shall see.
This company operates a slew of websites that are all totally bogus - the address they list in Vancouver is a legitimate college of Pharmacy, but has nothing to do with the websites. You are all screwed - sorry, wish I had better news, but they SPAM by spoofing e-mail addresses and are very hard to trace.
Here is the company who is letting them use their e-mail servers to SPAM - the websites are hosted in Russia - so not much you can do about that.
I have ordered from canadianpharmacy.com and have always received my order. The only complaint I have is that I agree you can not get a response when you try to contact them. The other thing that bothers me is that my meds come from India, I assumed that I would get them from canada. They do take a month to get to me but I have always gotten and they seem to be ok. I am skeptical though about my meds coming out of India and am not sure I will continue with this ordering. The prices are good and the meds seem to be correct and I can get without a prescription so this is why I have been ordering from them. I do not trust most of the other sites that they are not scams.
number of time and they will not answer their calls, and other
times I've called and the line would be busy, so I know that
there is someone there... The order number is: R43-239597.
We really need this medication at the price, as it is twice as much here. Please let me know if they are a legitimate company, or have just taken my money and ran... If they aren't legitimate, how can we get our money back? We paid by credit card.
When I ordered my product I knew that it might take up to 90 days to recieve. It did come 25 days and it was certified from India. I'm completely pleased with the product and would re-order again. A satisfied customer.
Please note that CanadaDrugs.com is not in any way associated with the illegal, fraudulent and dangerous "My Canadian Pharmacy" websites that have been sending SPAM to the world and stealing money from consumers everwhere for years.
These scam websites copy our CEO's information, fake all of the accreditation seals at the bottom of the site and steal "valid" content from reputable companies like ourselves to make themselves look more credible and fool consumers into giving them their credit cards.
One of the largest purveyors of SPAM are website calling themselves "My
Canadian Pharmacy". http://www.mycanadianpharmacy.info/
As well, there is an excellent White Paper available from the Iron Port
website (a Cisco company) that details their own observations regarding the
Canadian Pharmacy SPAM phenomenon and their research into who is behind it.
http://www.ironport.com/pdf/ironport_trend_report.pdf
The Better Business Bureau, both in Canada and the US, has also published
some brief advisories about this:
http://www.bbb.org/alerts/article.asp?ID=597
http://www.bbbmwo.ca/commonreport.html?bid=1134034
Please be careful who you order from. In the 7 years I've been trying to fight back against pharmacy spammers the #1 thing I can recommend to consumers is CALL. Call the toll-free phone number on the website. Speak to the people at the call centre. See if they are knowledgable about the products and the industry. If anything doesn't pass your own personal "smell test"...don't order.
Sincerely,
Brock Gunter-Smith
The Canadian Pharmacy Never received product
Dear Canadian Pharmacy,
On 10/07/07 I ordered Viagra=+Cialis (confirmation ID, S19-575966). 75.67 was charged to my credit card ending in 5538. I thought it might take 4-6 weeks to receive the product but here it is
12/8/07 and I still have not received my order. Please let me know what happened and when I will receive said product.
The site appeared to be legitimate. Placed an order 2/2/08.
Received 1 email which said shipment was delayed. That was 5 weeks ago. Neither the support email or the calls placed to company were replyed to. This is a totall Bogus opperation which is stealing money. I would suggest a class action suit to blanket all victims of this scam.
I ordered Requip for restless legs for my mother from
Canadianpharmsupport.com on 1/3/08, and since then have been on a roller coaster of deceit and fraud. I immediately cancelled the order 2 hours after I sent it, as I became aware of their record. To date, I have received emails from INTASUPPORT.COM saying it was cancelled, and then from
INFO@SHOPTRACKID.COM, GIVING ME A FALSE SHIPPING NUMBER.
All three of these companies are big time ripoffs.
